As it is known, the dialectic--Carthesian methodology forms the basis for natural-science and humanitarian investigations on whose foundation the modern scientific picture of the world is constructed. According to this methodology, the struggle of opposites in combination with an external action is the driving force of changes in the world and its evolution, while any natural object is considered as a wholeness whose parameters are determined by elements constituting it without internal prerequisites for development.  In this case, mechanistic principles of causality including reactivity, causality proper, and reductionism form the basis for cause--effect links; whereas concepts on the Objective Reality are reduced to a set of individual natural phenomena.
There are grounds to state that the potential of the indicated methodological lines was exhausted. Within these lines it is more and more difficult to find out causal links. Many unsolvable problems accumulate. For example, what is the driving force for the Universe and objects of microcosm? What is the meaning and purpose of human life? The way out of the arising ontological deadlock can be found only by overcoming the epistemological gap in the cognition of the Universe formed due to absolutization of its substance nature and by accepting concepts on the Creation containing not only the visible world.
The spiritual--heuristic concept is constructed on fundamentally different concepts on the Objective Reality. This Reality in it is considered as the process of self-development through self-organization. The Objective Reality is the continuous self-sufficient process caused by the aim to improve material forms according to the unified law and not requiring external cause. Such a process is initiated by the internal demand of material forms for self-development; while the integrity of natural objects is determined by its relation to surrounding objects and manifests itself in the formation of intersystem links conjugate with them. According to the concept, it is incorrect to consider properties of natural objects as integrities and parameters of their individualization without analyzing interindividual relations (as a whole with a whole). Without them potencies of systems for development neither show up nor become actualized. The foundation of a demand for interaction in the form of self-organization is in qualities of a natural object. They cannot be characterized only by intrasystem relations. This point of the concept is in agreement with the Godel theorem on the incompleteness of a consistent theory describing a set of axioms deduced from it. In contrast to the dialectic--Carthesian methodology, the essence of the spiritual-system methodology of the description and cognition of the reality is in the predisposition of natural objects to interaction with the medium. Three system principles of causality (internal activity, quest for self-development, and hierarchy) are determined as the spiritual ones opposed to reactive and mechanistic principles of causality. The principles are of a system character, because all natural phenomena, according to the concept, occur within system relations: subsystem -- system -- metasystem. According to the concept, the Objective Reality as the spiritual--creative process can be grasped only by thinking and can be realized only in thinking. This determines identity of the Objective Reality and thinking. Search for a subject of thinking is one of problems solved by the concept.
In the indicated interpretation the Objective Reality is realizable only in the Creation containing not only the substance world, i.e., the visible Universe. In the concept the Objective Reality of such a Creation is represented as the process of sequential formation of system-related Realities. They arise in the continuum of the Universe on the basis of radically different, though successive, material forms.
Our Universe (Physical Reality) with the substance form of materiality is a result of self-development of the previous Transphysical Reality that in turn is a product of self-development of the Transfinite Reality. Originally our Universe as the integral system contains, according to spiritual--system principles of causality, prerequisites for creation of subsequent Metaphysical Reality.
The Transphysical Reality in the initial state is a set of nonsubstance corpuscles termed primary spiritual entities in the concept. Their spiritual nature is interpreted in the concept by functional qualities (ability to follow spiritual--system principles of causality). Possessing individual, creative activity, and potential energy primary spiritual entities are capable of self-organization in two directions of their self-development:  collectivist and individualistic. The first way is accompanied by classification of entities into subsets according to their individual qualities. Subsequent development of subsets is represented in the concept as the logic--mathematical process of working out a model of further self-organization of the Transphysical Reality. In the concept such a model that is constantly variable by the creative process is called the Ideal world. Since, owing to self-organization of the Transphysical Reality, its substances are intellectually and energetically ready for continuous self-development, in the concept it is named the Spiritual world. Self-development of the Reality in the Spiritual world is initiated via growth of functional properties of spiritual entities (second way) in some its regions, for example, stars. This self-development consists in interaction of primary spiritual entities with each other with the formation of larger entities up to the corpuscles of the Physical Reality with attributive properties which in the concept are termed spiritual--substance formations (SSFs). Their two-in-one nature is caused by the fact that they are spiritual in nature and have substance form from acquired properties.
Since notions about the Objective Reality as the episteme of the concept required development of the unified mechanism of evolution in the Creation, they should be inherent in the Universe. The retrospective view on the evolution in the Universe points to three its main signs: syntropy character, energy constancy, and target directivity. On the microscopic level, the evolution seems to be a sequential self-organization of primary SSFs to creation of “elementary” particles from which then atoms are self-organized; from them, molecules; up to cells of vegetable kingdom and animal world---they all conform to the above spiritual--system principles of causality.
The possibility of such a self-organization on the macroscopic level is caused by the three conditions: self-manifestation of the medium in which a new SSF will arise, origination of conditions of its occurrence, and the presence of internal motivation (will) of elements of the medium to form a new SSF. The first condition is ensured by transition of objects of the medium into an unstable nonequilibrium state either because of internal processes in it or under the action of external forces (cataclysm). Realization of the evolutional act in the system is ensured by creation of specific energy with the help of SSFs arisen at previous stage of the evolutional process. The formation of a new-type SSF is similar to generation of energy of higher quality in an operating generator from the initial energy with the use of intermediate energy.
A schematic of any evolutional act in the Universe (hence, in the Creation) is clarified by the process of photosynthesis. The region of macroscopic interaction of water and carbon dioxide with the formation of carbohydrates is determined by the volume of a plant. The process is initiated by the energy arising upon transformation of solar energy with the help of chlorophyll. This energy, however, is the necessary condition of the process rather than its cause. The cause is in internal quest of molecules of water and carbon dioxide for self-development via organization of complex compound (carbohydrate). Participation of the Spiritual world in such a process causes its energy constancy and target directivity.
In the latent dynamics of genesis of spiritual entities manifested in the form of spiritual-- substance transformations true goals of the Universe evolution were revealed. Since a human in it is the acme (hierarch of the Universe), the human energy should exceed energies created by other substance forms in quality and must be considered as a substrate of fundamentally different form of materiality---the Metaphysical Reality within which self-development of the Creation will continue.  Genesis of the human spiritual entity as human self-development should occur so as to ensure transformation of this entity into the spiritual body-independent structure capable of becoming for the Metaphysical Reality as primary spiritual entity is for the Transphysical Reality. Genesis of the human spiritual structure as internal self-motion of spirit should be accompanied by progressively growing filling of a human with spiritual energy. The hierarch of a human in human self-development resides in the Metaphysical Reality rather than in our Reality.
Extension of principles of self-organization to all stages of evolution in the Universe (and of the Creation on the whole) resulted in philosophical interpretation of the Objective Reality on principles of monism. The foundations of self-organization of the Universe adopted in this concept are in agreement with the triune interpretation of the essence of the God. Each hypostasis of the God of the Universe manifests itself in a substance manner through creation of the Transphysical, Physical, and Metaphysical Realities. A human is included in the third hypostasis, unless the human abandons the own Divine nature.
The concept differs radically in its fundamental reference points from the scientific picture of the world when answering the most important questions of natural-science and humanitarian character. The concept starts from a fundamentally different base model of the arising Universe that predetermines evolutional processes in it as purposeful and the human progress and existence as value-oriented. The effectiveness of human social organization should be determined by the above aims. The human psych in the concept acquires a material status; the psychology as science, the object for investigation.
Being within a hylozoic search, the metaphysics of spirit suggests its own solution of many physical problems. The interpretation of the Spiritual world as a substance creating our Universe and directing cosmological and microscopic processes in it means abandonment of the trialistic paradigm in modern natural science. In this case the dark matter and dark energy in astrophysics should be renamed bright ones, because our beautiful Universe and Earth are created by their efforts. Within the concept, as distinguished from paradoxical explanation of microcosm phenomena by quantum mechanics, these phenomena are explained quite naturally. The concept clarifies synergetic conceptions with mystical meaning, for example, attractor.
Thus, the spiritual--heuristic concept of the Objective Reality (metaphysics of spirit) as a new paradigm based on ideas of the spiritual nature of the Creation and mechanisms of its functioning deserves further development. The self-organization observed in all spheres of the natural world is taken as the mechanism of self-development of the Creation. In this work its Objective Reality is represented as evolution of Realities consequently arising in the Continuum on the basis of radically different forms of materiality possessing the spiritual--corpuscular nature. The Realities are system-interrelated between themselves. The Weltanschauung arising on these principles characterizes the following: the Universe space is a set of spiritual entities imparting to it organism properties of the thinking substance that provides its formation intellectually and energetically; the Universe as one of Realities of the Creation is the megasystem of SSFs endowed with internal activity and theological vision of self-development on the basis of spiritual--system principles of causality; the goals of the existence of each Reality are in providing the formation of the following Reality; the Universe produces the Metaphysical Reality; mankind and all formations of the Universe which are self-conscious must create spiritual structures capable of being substrate of a new Reality; a human is the hierarch and goal of the Universe, Christos is the human hierarch and guides the way to a new Reality.
