IX World Aphorisms Day (WDA) on November 11, 2023,
is dedicated to the aphorisms of Russian writers Ilya ILF and Evgeny PETROV,
the 95th anniversary of the first publication of the famous novel "The TWELVE CHAIRS" (1928 - 2023).
This holiday is celebrated in their cities, settlements, libraries, theaters,
cultural centers, clubs... - fun, creative, aphoristic!
The place of the main celebration is now being determined...
