Instead of making the US the flagship of science, peace and progress.
The world population in 2123 will be 15 billion people.
And now, instead of world wars, it is necessary to engage in science, to convene monthly congresses of scientists in order to discover new solar systems and make photonic rockets, to know where to transport the extra 10 billion people in 100 years.
