       20 сентября 2023 в ООН проходило заседание Совета безопасности. Вне регламента и процедур устава ООН было предоставлено выступление президенту Украины В. Зеленскому, который посвятил свою речь безапелляционным клеветническим утверждениями. Он потребовал выгнать Российскую Федерацию из состава постоянных членов Безопасности ООН, лишить её «право вето», ввести в Совбез Германию, Японию и другие страны зависимые от военного и политического контроля США. Его так называемая «формула мирной инициативы» прозвучала для неграмотного в хитросплетениях международной юриспруденции расплывчато и не состоятельно с точки зрения её реализации. Политические сиюминутные пигмеи «супер держав» и зависимые сателлиты поносили как могли действия Российской Федерации по проведению специальной военной операции на территории Украины. После всех выступил министр иностранных дел РФ С. Лавров. Чёткая защитительная аргументация на основании Устава ООН и норм международного права не оставила коровьих лепёшек предыдущих ораторов. Тот, кто хотел бы сравнить данную Политреплику с содержанием речей ораторов, предлагаю обратиться к стенографии данного заседания для более глубокого осмысления и вдумчивого исследования.
       Итог. Никто не может лишить Российскую Федерацию своего места постоянного члена Совета безопасности ООН. Никакая Германия или Япония, и, даже Франция ещё пока не заслужили за прошедшие 78 лет со дня основания ООН, постоянного места в Совете безопасности, и тем более права «вето». Политический режим в современной Украине явно не на стороне народов Украины. Пусть хоть и внутриполитическая обстановка в России также не замечательная, но в международной политике, современная Россия имеет более справедливое лицо, чем многие великие державы Запада.

His so-called «formula for peace initiative» sounded vague and unconvincing in terms of its implementation, especially for those lacking understanding of the intricacies of international jurisprudence. The political pygmies of the «superpowers» and the dependent satellites condemned, to the best of their ability, the actions of the Russian Federation in conducting a special military operation on the territory of Ukraine. After all, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation, S. Lavrov, spoke, presenting a clear defensive argumentation based on the UN Charter and norms of international law, leaving no room for misinterpretation by previous speakers. For those who would like to compare this political commentary with the content of the orators' speeches, I propose to refer to the stenography of this session for a deeper understanding and thoughtful analysis.
       Conclusion. No one can deprive the Russian Federation of its position as a permanent member of the United Nations Security Council. Neither Germany nor Japan, and even France, has yet earned a permanent place in the Security Council, let alone the «veto right», in the 78 years since the founding of the UN. The political regime in modern Ukraine is clearly not on the side of the Ukrainian people. While the domestic political situation in Russia is not wonderful, in international politics, modern Russia has a more just face than many great Western powers.
