 There are small moneylending offices and modest accounting offices.

 But the government report shows something completely different.

 “- VTB Group (by all indications, it is a financial capital) received a net profit of more than 402 billion rubles in 10 months.
 The forecast for the year has been increased - more than 430 billion rubles are expected."
