Why not protesting people in Moscow
And Robert Sapolsky
Robert  Sapolsky : "Well, it's not easy being far from home and trying to adjust."
Oh my God, I'm more then  31 years in USA, and I still don't have legal documents in the USA. Immigration-corrupted lawyers not only cleaned me out, but the decision-making party also concluded that being beaten almost to death and facing a continued threat to my life is not a reason to grant me legal documents giving the right to work or receive government benefits. Survive however you can, and we'll watch and prepare materials for our professors to defend dissertations and write books.
Through what horrors and tortures I have been through here, and not a single American professor stood up for me. As Michael Parenti wrote in his book, the repressive apparatus here uses immigrants as experimental rabbits   to refine its inhumane methods of work, of uncertain goals, primarily for the prosperity of sadism. Especially after long scientific research, ensuring a well-paid and comfortable life, Mr. Sapolsky came to the conclusion that Free Will does not exist, that everything is determined by circumstances and the environment. So why, Mr. Sapolsky, don't you protest? Everything just suits you, you're comfortable, your house is in order, and you don't care about others. Every man for himself in this desert of egoism, that's your principle. In Moscow, there's the same principle as yours; everything is prosperous there. They don't have time for protests; they need to read your books, listen to your lectures, and improve their English.
Man is not interested in the elite, especially if he doesn't belong to the elite. They are interested in ideas. For the sake of this, you can use some people as experimental robits  , deny them civil rights, not send them to concentration camps – they are not Hitler, where experiments were widely conducted on live people, all for the sake of science feeding ideas. In modern conditions, in a highly developed country with modern technologies and the latest discoveries in psychology, this can be done without creating camps. You can isolate a person and conduct your experiments, feeling fine at the top of this sadistic pyramid. But what those subjected to this sadism feel is no more of concern than the fate of children in Eva Braun's Auschwitz.
