 Sachs noted that “this kind of thing still gets approval in the Senate,” because senators mostly represent the interests of the military-industrial complex and “follow orders that come from there.”

 Whoever seized power through his money is the one who commands the parade... in our case, this is the US military-industrial complex, which is vitally interested in continuing the war anywhere (Ukraine, Palestine, Syria, Iraq) - profits then grow, but they get more  nothing is needed...
