Trump, having become president, can pardon himself...
Despite the fact that ex-President Trump was convicted by a criminal court, he nevertheless has a chance to win the presidential election in November of this year - and, having already become President of the United States, pardon himself in order to get out of prison and take up presidential affairs. If this happens, it will be an absolutely unique case in world politics.
In this regard, America in some extent will following footsteps of Kyrgyzstan, where too, three years ago, something vaguely reminiscent of such a scenario happened. When one judged but freed ex-candidate for president of KR could rise up another convicted but not freed yet politician with truly marvelous way on the very top of state.
Does Kyrgyzstan go ahead of America?
