Коммуникация и интересы в проектном менеджменте

Проблема коммуникации, обмена данными и получения достоверной информации об актуальном положении вещей при управлении проектом является центральной. Акт коммуникации имеет непреложные особенности, влияющие на достоверность дынных и вытекающей из них информации. Путем коммуникации и данных происходит влияние на участников проекта, и вместе с тем на результат его реализации. Применение ряда описанных математикой явлений упрощает и иллюстрирует эти особенности.

Работа опубликована впервые 13 октября 2023 года в Лейпциге в форме видео-семинара и сохранения материалов работы среди документации.

Abstract:
The problem of communication, targeted data exchange and obtaining reliable information about the current state of affairs in project management is central -- as is the aspect of influencing events at a certain time.
The act of communication has immutable features that affect the reliability of data and the information they produce. Through communication and data transfer, the project participants are influenced and, at the same time, the result of its implementation. The use of a number of phenomena described by mathematics simplifies and illustrates these features.
The work was first published on October 13, 2023 in Leipzig in the form of a video seminar and preservation of the work materials among the documentation.
