                Мои Хренологические Размышляшки

       Омару Хайяму приписывают грустняшную наблюдашку, что "мерзко, когда в словах человека высокие убеждения, а в действиях - низкие поступки."

       Что ж, согласен с этой размышляшкой. Можно лишь с горечью добавить , что "дела и слова не вечные спутники или попутчики. Чаще всего люди не просто слабы, но ничтожны..."

               My Khrenological Musings

       They attribute a rather glum observation to Omar Khayyam: "It is wretched when a man's words are lofty, but his actions are base."

       Well, I concur with this bit of musing. One can only add, with a tinge of bitterness, that "deeds and words are not eternal companions, nor even fellow travelers. More often than not, people are not merely weak... they are wretched."
