О преобразовании общества в парадигме Соборность

Уважаемые коллеги,
Мы, команда исследователей и разработчиков,  считаем, что в результате многолетней совместной работы нашего коллектива и благодаря предшествующим нам исследователям осуществлён синтез наук. В результате синтеза наук получено целостное общенаучное представление о системе изначальных (наиболее общих) законов, которые определяют организацию, динамику жизни и качественных изменений всего  сущего в Природе – это Кон Природы. Кон Природы снимает противоречие между идеалистическим и материалистическим  пониманием причин мироустройства, которые разобщают общество.
Кон Природы и требования, которые он предъявляет,  определяют парадигму  Жизни – Соборность. Исследования доказывают, что принятая в  обществе парадигма Управление всегда приводит к кризису и тупику в развитии, так как обоснует субъективный подход  к строительству общества. Управление является частным случаем парадигмы Соборность. Соборность наоборот, обоснует строительство жизни общества на основании основополагающих законов Природы. Это определяет принцип строительства общества «не как хочется или как думается, а как должно быть по Кону Природы». Это принцип являлся отличительной чертой копного, вечевого, соборного, земского и советского права, что определило название парадигмы Соборность. 
К настоящему моменту парадигма Соборность успешно прошла предварительную апробацию  на теоретическом, прикладном и практическом уровне в приложении к социальным наукам и реальным социальным объектам и даже сферам жизни общества. Это даёт нам основание  оценить парадигму Соборность как новое фундаментальное научно-прикладное направление в деятельности людей, благодаря которому возможно осуществить эволюционный прорыв в развитии науки и техники, в общественной, экономической и политической жизни.
Предлагаем ознакомиться с парадигмой Соборность и при её осмысленном принятии соорганизоваться в сообщество, которое будет носителем и проводником этой парадигмы, станет субъектом научно-обоснованного преобразования общества.
В приложении 1 и 2 к настоящему письму представлена суть  парадигмы  Соборность и сравнительный анализ с действующей в обществе парадигмой Управление. Эти документы содержат ссылки на полный текст научно-исследовательских работ (НИР) по Обществу.
Другие приложения к письму содержат публикации и разработки, которые наиболее близки к парадигме Соборность. Это сделано нами с тем, чтобы мы могли как можно лучше понять друг друга перед началом совместной работы над эволюционным развитием общества.
 Готовы обсудить конструктивные предложения равноправного сотрудничества.

On the transformation of society in the paradigm of Sobornost

Dear colleagues,
We, a team of researchers and developers, believe that as a result of many years of joint work of our team and thanks to the researchers who preceded us, a synthesis of sciences has been achieved. As a result of the synthesis of sciences, a holistic general scientific understanding of the system of initial (most general) laws that determine the organization, dynamics of life and qualitative changes of everything in Nature has been obtained - this is the Law of Nature. The Law of Nature removes the contradiction between the idealistic and materialistic understanding of the causes of the world order that disunite society.
The Law of Nature and the demands it makes determine the paradigm of Life - Sobornost. Research proves that the paradigm of Management accepted in society always leads to a crisis and a dead end in development, since it substantiates a subjective approach to the construction of society. Management is a special case of the Sobornost paradigm. Sobornost, on the contrary, substantiates the construction of the life of society on the basis of the fundamental laws of Nature. This defines the principle of building a society "not as you want or as you think, but as it should be according to the Law of Nature." This principle was a distinctive feature of the kopny, veche, conciliar, zemstvo and Soviet law, which determined the name of the paradigm of Sobornost.
By now, the paradigm of Sobornost has successfully passed preliminary testing at the theoretical, applied and practical levels in application to social sciences and real social objects and even spheres of society. This gives us reason to evaluate the paradigm of Sobornost as a new fundamental scientific and applied direction in human activity, thanks to which it is possible to achieve an evolutionary breakthrough in the development of science and technology, in social, economic and political life.
We suggest that you familiarize yourself with the paradigm of Sobornost and, with its meaningful acceptance, organize yourself into a community that will be the bearer and conductor of this paradigm, and will become the subject of a scientifically based transformation of society. Appendix 1 and 2 to this letter present the essence of the Sobornost paradigm and a comparative analysis with the Management paradigm currently in effect in society. These documents contain links to the full text of research papers on Society.
Other appendices to the letter contain publications and developments that are closest to the Sobornost paradigm. We have done this so that we can understand each other as best as possible before starting to work together on the evolutionary development of society.
We are ready to discuss constructive proposals for equal cooperation.

--- Sobre la transformaci;n de la sociedad en el paradigma de Sobornost

Estimados colegas,
Nosotros, un equipo de investigadores y desarrolladores, creemos que como resultado de muchos a;os de trabajo conjunto de nuestro equipo y gracias a los investigadores que nos precedieron, se ha logrado una s;ntesis de las ciencias. Como resultado de la s;ntesis de las ciencias, se obtuvo una comprensi;n cient;fica general hol;stica del sistema de leyes iniciales (m;s generales) que determinan la organizaci;n, la din;mica de la vida y los cambios cualitativos de todas las cosas en la naturaleza: esta es la Ley de la Naturaleza. . La estafa de la naturaleza elimina la contradicci;n entre la comprensi;n idealista y materialista de las causas del orden mundial, que dividen a la sociedad.
La Ley de la Naturaleza y las exigencias que plantea definen el paradigma de Vida – Conciliaridad. Las investigaciones demuestran que el paradigma de gesti;n aceptado en la sociedad siempre conduce a una crisis y a un callej;n sin salida en el desarrollo, ya que justifica un enfoque subjetivo en la construcci;n de la sociedad. La gesti;n es un caso especial del paradigma de Sobornost. La conciliaridad, por el contrario, justificar; la construcci;n de la vida de la sociedad sobre la base de las leyes fundamentales de la Naturaleza. Esto define el principio de construir la sociedad “no como uno quiere o como piensa, sino como debe ser seg;n la Ley de la Naturaleza”. Este principio fue un rasgo distintivo del derecho kopny, veche, conciliar, zemstvo y sovi;tico, que determin; el nombre del paradigma Sobornost.
Hasta la fecha, el paradigma de Sobornost ha superado con ;xito las pruebas preliminares a nivel te;rico, aplicado y pr;ctico en su aplicaci;n a las ciencias sociales y a objetos sociales reales e incluso a esferas de la vida social. Esto nos da motivos para evaluar el paradigma de Sobornost como una nueva direcci;n cient;fica y aplicada fundamental en la actividad humana, gracias a la cual es posible lograr un avance evolutivo en el desarrollo de la ciencia y la tecnolog;a, en la vida social, econ;mica y pol;tica.
Lo invitamos a familiarizarse con el paradigma de Sobornost y, con su adopci;n significativa, a coorganizarse en una comunidad que ser; portadora y conductora de este paradigma y se convertir; en objeto de una transformaci;n de la sociedad con base cient;fica.
Los Ap;ndices 1 y 2 de esta carta presentan la esencia del paradigma de Sobornost y un an;lisis comparativo con el paradigma de Gobernanza que opera en la sociedad. Estos documentos contienen enlaces al texto completo de los trabajos de investigaci;n cient;fica (I+D) de la Sociedad.
Otros ap;ndices de la carta contienen publicaciones y desarrollos que se acercan m;s al paradigma de Sobornost. Hicimos esto para poder entendernos lo mejor posible antes de comenzar a trabajar juntos en el desarrollo evolutivo de la sociedad.
 Estamos dispuestos a discutir propuestas constructivas para una cooperaci;n igualitaria.
