Unconditional Love

What is Unconditional Love? It is the absence of conventions, when we love unconditionally, without CONDITIONS, such as: ‘If you dress nicely, I love you’, ‘I love you when you give me gifts’, ‘I love you when you earn a good living’, ‘It's not my problem’, ‘There is nothing yours here’, ‘Who are you to tell me what to do?’, etc. In other words, unconditional love is when we are willing to understand the other person's feelings. It is the absence of constant control, jealousy, hurtful remarks.  When a person cares about your opinion and does not put in the first place only yourself, children, parents, friends, work, hobbies, your desires and you are obliged to satisfy them ... This lack of manipulation (you can see from the sly look), readiness to make a scandal over the slightest trifle, when living with an unloved person she tries to squeeze out of these relationships maximum benefit. When in your common home you do not live as on different planets, do not speak as if in different languages and at the same time you do not feel here an inferior master, when there are no those who means more, knows and does better.

Of course, love should not be confused with permissiveness and fanaticism. When love crosses the boundaries, becoming consumption and vampirism - it is no longer love, but addiction. Unconditional love is mutual exchange, the absence of ‘carrot and stick’ relationships, when you accept a person as he is and receive the same acceptance in return. It is the ability to hear and listen... Unconditional love is like coming home, for real, to a place where you are loved not for your salary, your status, your name, but for yourself. When you can safely Positively answer the question: ‘Would you love me if I were a simple tram driver, an engineer, a kindergarten teacher, a librarian, a tour guide? Would you be with me if I were not so handsome, not so successful, if you and I ran into each other in a queue at a shop, on the metro or in a caf; where I would be working as a waiter? Would you accept me simply, just the way I am?’ It is simplicity and peace, confidence and faith.

Unconditional love is like light. It exudes light wherever it goes. And it makes the surroundings brighter. And cleaner. And there is no struggle with darkness, but there is just HIS LIGHT, with which there is no fear in the darkness.....
