work 2/of 3  Request a water drops leaks from a boiler pipe
to indetificate to fix to repairs

the place of water drops leak in pipe was not indetified while visual was seen
and recorded by photos too
all left as was

a confusing moment the open boiler inside had some strange brown dust as smallest mices poo or animals or incests inside a boiler no smell. The boiler was left unhoovered inside on annual Gas Certificate service without routine maintenance including  a hoovering boiler inside. B=Plumber was not able indetificate the strange brown  dust mess what is this and closed a boiler

all left as was before as job 2/3 resource of place for a leakage water drops was not indetificated

Be honest I was not ablee maanged to find how water drops came to a pipe too.

Work 3/3 to fix repairs water drop leaks from pipe in bathroom
this 3rd park of requested work on side had been complited , job done

One (1) work of 3 works booked to do was done
other left mainly as was with a fixed 2nd work better level up
a door managed to closed
but the replacement of rusted lock with missed rusted bit was not done.
but Plumber notified this locker need be replaced
(what job was booked to him to do this day)
