The Moments 2024
Look at the moments, rather gently,
With time, you'll learn to understand.
They swish like bullets past the temple,
Those glorious moments you attend.
Those moments are arranged by years,
Pressed into centuries gone by.
At times, I lack an understanding of
Which moment's born, which moment die.
The rain is ever woven of moments,
Like common water, they fall from above.
You wait so long for a special moment,
One you reckon is the best of them all.
It will arrive like a gulp of holy water
To quench your thirst in the scorching rays.
In general, remember the given oath,
Embrace each moment of your fleeting days.
Can't think of time in a way that's snobby.
One day, you'll surely understand —
They fly like bullets by the temple,
Quick-passing moments you attend.
