The Story Olivia and Enchanted Star

        The Story : Olivia and Enchanted
                Star

It was a warm evening.  The star's in the sky were shining especially bright.  Gnomych decided to show Olivia a secret place in the forest. He told her that under an ancient oak tree, an enchanted star was hidden.

Olivia asked Gnomych :
- Gnomych,  why is this star lying under the oak? And way ------does it need to hide?

Gnomych paused, leaned on his cane, and answered :
- It's an ancient story, Olivia. Once, this star was no ordinary star. It lived in the night sky, lighting the way for lost travelers. But one day... the star heard a wish that seemed too dangerous to her.

- What wish was that? - whispered Olivia.
- Someone asked the star to grant them power over all the forests, rivers and stars.The wish was greedy and evil.The star was afraid that if she granted it, it would harm the whole world. So, she fell from the sky and hid here, in the  forest, so no one could find her.

- Come closer and touch it,  - whispered Gnomych.

Olivia gently leaned toward the star, felt its warmth , and whispered  :
- I wish for peace and friendship to always reign in our forest.

The path was difficult : the tree roots tangled underfoot , and owis hooted in the darkness. But Olivia wasn't afraid , for her friend was by her side.

When they reached lit by a soft glow, in the  center of the clearing lay a tiny star, pulsing with warmth.


The star fiared with bright  light,  then slowly rose into the sky, scattering golden dust all around.

- You chose the  most beautiful wish,  Olivia, - smiled Gnomych,  - Now our forest will be under the protection of the stars.

Olivia gazed thoughtfuly  at the  starry sky, where her star now shone brightly.
- But why did it grant my wish? - asked Olivia.

Because your heart was pure,- smiled Gnomych, - You didn't ask for anything for yourself.  You thought  about our forest and about making sure everyone would be well. The star felt your kindness and decided to shine again,  just as it once  did. Now its light will protect our world.  But remember , Olivia, true magic isn't in the star,  it's in the  kindness of your heart.

And they headed back to the  village , where Gnomych  taught Olivia the secrets of the forest.
