Nikola Tesla and the World Olympic Wars

Nikola Tesla at the beginning of the last 19th century proposed to replace military bloodshed with deserted World Olympic Wars.
The proposal is perhaps utopian, but it contains elements of inventive novelty and practical significance - Nikola Tesla could well have patented it.
He called it this way: Problem number two: how to reduce the force restraining the increase in the mass of mankind; teleautomation.
It seems that he correctly saw the evolution of methods of warfare - and gave hope for the transition from bloodshed to World Olympic Wars, - by analogy with the World Olympic Games.
Here are his recommendations for the implementation of his proposal:
"As long as people participate in battles, bloodshed is inevitable. Bloodshed will always feed crude passion. To break this ferocious spirit, a radical step must be taken, an entirely new principle must be proposed, something that has never existed before in warfare, a principle that will convincingly and inevitably turn battle into a mere spectacle, a spectacle, a rivalry without bloodshed.
To arrive at this result, it is necessary to eliminate the participation of men: machine must fight machine.
But how to accomplish what seems impossible?
The answer is simple enough: to create a machine capable of acting as if it were part of a man - not a simple mechanical device consisting of levers, bolts, wheels, clutches and nothing more, but a machine embodying a high principle that enables it to do what it must - as if it had intelligence, experience, the power of decision - consciousness!
This conclusion is the result of my reflections and observations throughout, in fact, my whole life, and I will now briefly describe how I brought to fruition what at first seemed an impossible dream."
He then talks about robots, drones and teleautomation – topics that were a bit unusual in 1900.
Thus, in relation to the Russian Federation, Nikola Tesla's recommendations could look like this:
- it is desirable to mobilize the scientific forces of the Russian Federation for the creative creation and implementation of AI in all areas of planetary coexistence.
- the primary life goal of Russians should be to designate the settlement of the uninhabited expanses of the Russian Federation – as preparation for an inspiring exodus together with AI to other worlds.
