"Billionaire Elon Musk has been living at Trump's Mar-a-Lago mansion for most of the days since the election.

Musk lives in a house that is rented to Trump's guests for $2,000 a night, hundreds of yards from the estate's main house — and thus can participate in many dinners with Trump, phone calls with high-ranking world leaders.

Musk's team has also moved to the Florida estate and is interviewing candidates for senior positions in the new administration from there.

New Vice President J.D. Vance has also been living at Mar-a-Lago since the election, but not to the same extent as Musk."
