Peter I the Great, Catherine II the Great, Alexander II, Joseph Stalin, Vladimir Putin...
The rulers of Russia who ruled the country, of course, were not angels at all,
but together with their people they maintained a powerful, great, world state
connecting the West with the East, helping their true ally, punishing vile enemies.
