The sun hung low in the sky, scattering its golden light across the waves and turning the ocean into molten gold. On the shore, a young man sat with his Ibanez guitar resting on his lap, its polished surface catching the sun’s last rays like fragments of a dream. His fingers hovered over the strings, searching for a melody—something raw and true to capture the thoughts swirling within him.

A crumpled piece of paper lay on the sand between his knees, scrawled with hasty lines and corrections. Words etched in red pencil—crossed out, rewritten, and laden with unspoken confessions—held the weight of his restless heart. He stared at the page, the lines blurring into the rhythm of the sea.

Suddenly, a grasshopper landed on his hand, its delicate touch startling him. His fingers twitched, and the guitar responded, letting out a chord—soft, tentative. Then another, and another. Before he realized it, a melody began to take shape, each note breathing life into his scattered thoughts.

The waves rose and fell, steady as his own growing resolve. Above, gulls traced lazy arcs in the sky, their cries distant and unobtrusive, as if they, too, knew not to disturb the alchemy of this moment.

His voice was low, almost a whisper at first, as he sang to the wind:

Verse 1
I ask you now to set your worries free,
Let them drift away into the sea.
And maybe, darling, you’ll feel it too,
This song of mine was made for you.

Chorus

All I want is you, just you alone,
A love that’s deeper than I've ever known.
Stay with me now as the night rolls through,
For all I need is you.

The melody wove itself into the air, soft yet insistent, like the tide carving patterns into the shore. His words, carried by the breeze, seemed to take on a life of their own, reaching out to someone far beyond the horizon.

As the sun dipped lower, its glow transformed into a fiery yolk melting into the sea. Shadows stretched across the sand, and the air cooled, kissed by the salt of the ocean. The boy played on, his music now bolder, infused with the truth of his heart:

Verse 2

I never dreamed of love so pure, so true,
A world of stars was waiting, just for you.
A lifetime with you still wouldn’t be enough,
Your heart, my dear, is my treasure, my love.

Chorus

All I want is you, just you alone,
A love that’s deeper than I've ever known.
No storm or time could break us in two,
For all I need is you.

Bridge

Through every year, through every tide,
I’ll stay with you, right by your side.
The winds may change, the skies may fall,
But in your arms, I’ll have it all.

Final Chorus

All I want is you, just you alone,
A love that’s deeper than I've ever known.
Stay with me now, let this moment be true,
For all I need is you.

The last chord lingered, reverberating against the quiet hum of the waves. His hands stilled, and for a moment, the world seemed to hold its breath. The boy looked out at the horizon, where the sun had vanished, leaving behind a sky awash with stars. A faint breeze ruffled his hair, and he smiled, knowing that his song—his letter—had been sent.

It was a song, a letter, and a revelation, one that blooms only in the fleeting fervor of youth. In such moments, nothing should disturb the purity and light of mutual love.

The wind, his faithful messenger, carried the melody over the waves, weaving it into the shimmer of the night. Somewhere, far beyond the reach of his eyes, she would hear it. She would know.

And in the soft groove of the tide, one could almost hear the echo of his refrain: "You alone… you alone…"
