  The world's problems are:

1.The psychological reconstruction of nations.
2.The problem of children in the world.
3.The problem of capital, labor and employment.
4.The problem of racial minorities.
5.The problem of churches.
6.The problem of international unity.

  This essay deals with one of the world's problems: “Capital, Labor and Employment”.

                Introduction.

  The World Problem of “Capital, Labor and Employment” is a reflection of the problem of mental polarization of Mankind and its becoming the Third Divine Center, coming into increasing contact with two other Divine Centers: Hierarchy and Shambhala.

  The Active Intellect or Concrete Mind, which enables it to survive in Matter and to prepare it for the convergence of the other two Divine Aspects: Love-Wisdom and Divine Will, is in the stage of formation and correct use, both in each individual and in each nation and in the human race.

    This is how the Divine Triad on Earth is formed: Humanity (Mind-Form) - Hierarchy (Love-Wisdom) - Shambhala (Divine Will).

  It should be noted that it is the Mind enlightened by the soul and its correct application that makes a human being a Man. Up to this moment the animal part dominates in man, responding to the Material Forces and Energies of the planet and hardly responding to the Divine Ideas and the Light of the Hierarchy.

                Part 1. Mind and Capital.

  The main Capital is the Thought of God, His Mind, embodied on Earth in the form of Nature and all its kingdoms, including the human one.
  The cooperation of the Mind of Man with the Mind of God leads to the fulfillment of the Divine Plan, one of the goals of which is the establishment of “Life with Abundance” for everyone living on Earth.
   And vice versa: isolation of the Mind of a person, group of persons or nation from the Mind of God leads to a resource crisis on Earth.
   Human Mind must learn to use the Divine Capital wisely and multiply it for the prosperity and evolution of all kingdoms of the Earth.
   In the Mind of God, all possible variants of development of the human Mind are laid down.
  Besides, the mechanism of combinatorics of new variants of development, as well as mechanisms compensating for erroneous experiments, which the human Mind ventures on.
   Human Mind is creative. It is daring and is often indomitable, both in positive experiments and in negative ones.
   The problem of “Capital...” in the present historical period is the problem of the totalitarian power it has taken over all spheres of man's life.
   The basic Capital of man is his Mind.
  Without a developed Mind a man has no Capital in the form of resources, money or potential opportunities.
  All holders of the World Capital are people who have developed Mind.
  People whose Mind is not developed and they are emotionally polarized are always under the power of those who have developed Mind. They dispose of money, but they are not able to turn it into Capital, which strives to multiply itself.   
  Moreover, the property of emotionally polarized people (explicitly or implicitly) belongs to those who rule the World with the help of their more developed Mind.
  The ability to manage one's capital in the form of money and resources is the ability to manage one's mind.
   The ability to manage the World Capital is the ability to influence, control and manage the less developed or inert minds of other people.
   A mentally polarized person creates Capital for himself, and with the help of it everything necessary for his life.
  An emotionally polarized person sells himself, his work, his energy and his labor as a commodity for Money (symbol of desire), with the help of which he acquires what he wants and needs from the one who owns it.
  What concerns man concerns every nation and the entire human race.

The more mentally polarized a person, nation or community of people is, the greater the amount of thought energy they can accumulate in themselves, and, as a consequence, the more resources they can (will) manage and control.
  They create stable thought-forms, according to which the world economy develops, unlike people whose consciousness is on the astral-emotional plane.
  If a nation's mentality is small or inert, then even historically, having obtained resources on its territory, it will not be able to hold them in its hands and properly dispose of them for its own good.   
 More mentally polarized nations will seize the resources, on her territory. They will control and direct the nation's thought process, keeping it within the framework of national and world illusions.
  The mechanisms of such neo-colonial politics have long been fine-tuned.
  By the extent to which a nation disposes of its resources in its own interests, one can judge its polarization at the present historical moment.
   The same is true for human beings.
   If all people living on the Earth are given the due part of the universal World Capital in their hands, will they be able to increase their well-being or improve their living conditions by disposing of their share profitably?
   Most likely not, as not every person can concentrate his mind and create a thought-form, which will become a mechanism of multiplication of the received part of the World Capital.
  Any mentally polarized person thinks with the concept “Capital”.
  An emotionally polarized person thinks in terms of “Money”.
  A person with a developed Mind always thinks about how to start working for himself and realize his plans and dreams, rather than implementing the ideas and plans of his employer.
  His Mind pushes him to search for Freedom: business, financial, legal, physical, creative, etc. And most importantly, his Mind, to a greater or lesser extent, realizes his dream of Freedom in his daily life. 
 

        Part 2. The Quality of the Mind and its Will. The Quality of Capital.

  Accumulating mental energy, attracting mental atoms from the 4th sub-plane of the mental plane of the planet, the Active Intellect (Concrete Mind) of man attracts also the quality of these atoms, colored by the quality of Cosmic Evil, the door behind which is not completely closed until now.
  This vibration is involutionary. It manifests the qualities of power, division, capture, and does not know the principle of “Doing No Harm”, both at the level of domestic economy and at the level of World Capital.
   The consciousness of the mental atoms of the 4th level of the mental plane, on which the Concrete Mind - the Active Intellect of man is formed, is egoistic and centered exclusively on themselves.
  They have their “will-to-live” and seek to maximize its manifestation.
    The mind of man becomes the possessor of a “group” will of mental atoms, with their will-to-live.
  The mind, consisting of such atoms (and up to a certain point it consists only of them), participates in interaction with individual and collective thought-forms.
  It fights with them for its freedom or tries to subordinate them to its own benefit, bringing its share of participation in the world process of struggle for possession of a part of the Divine Capital.
    Man develops methods and algorithms of adaptation in Matter on the plane of Mind-Form, becoming a stable, stable mental unit.
  Encountering similarly advanced Minds, he learns to interact with them and comprehends the principles of Control and Subordination. He subordinates and is subordinated, controls and is controlled. He seeks and occupies that place in the hierarchy of the surrounding Minds on which he can sustainably exist without losing his self-identity.
  This process prepares him for the future understanding of the hierarchical arrangement of the unified mental plane, the Divine Mind.
  If a person's Mind responds to the light of the Soul and learns to interact with the Abstract Mind, he gradually begins to see the Divine Plan and becomes a Servant-Divine Manager on the earth plane, multiplying the Divine Capital.
  Through changing the quality of his mind he closes the single “...door behind which Evil” in his mind, thus covering it on the universal level.
    If a person's Mind persists in isolation from the light of the Soul, a critical mass of mental atoms “infected with Evil” concentrates in it. Such a mind undergoes the process of anti-transformation and it begins to see only itself, its radiation and dictate its will to the world, mistakenly believing that it is God and its will is the divine will.
   His Mind, possessing a huge ''evil'' Will, is able and does not miss opportunities to subjugate other minds, but at the same time he may not notice how he falls under the power of an even greater Will of the Lodge of Materialistic Forces.
   The quality of his Mind determines also the quality of the Capital he has and creates.
   His Will is directed to the destruction of other financial structures and to the predatory plundering of the Divine Capital-Nature.
   He creates such structures that accumulate in themselves atoms having vibrations of Evil, and on which the entities of the lower worlds, who have other goals and tasks, unlike human ones, and which go against the Divine Plan for our Earth, can rely in the future.
   The modern world economy is a single structure for siphoning off energy from all the realms of Nature, including the human one, lowering the vibration of the planet and establishing on the Earth the power of the lower worlds, which are on the involutionary arc.
   As an example it is enough to mention one of the projects. Its essence is to close the Earth from the Sun with a high-tech screen.

                Part 3. Fraternity and Slavery.

  Influence on the development of the Unified Mind of Mankind and on its formation as the Third Divine Center on Earth has been and continues to be exerted by two planetary Poles: the Hierarchy of Light and the Lodge of Materialistic Forces.
  Responding to the energies of these two Poles, the advanced minds of humanity created two types of society, one of which was led by the Disciples and Devotees of the Hierarchy of Light, and the other by the representatives of the Lodge of the Dark Brothers.
    Over the past millennia, both communities have accumulated their unique, both positive and negative experiences.
  The difference between the two models of building a Society depends on the Goal they have chosen, the attitude of consciousness to the Divine Capital and interaction with it.
  Brotherhood and Slavery went hand in hand throughout the history of the human race.
  These communities were not rigidly separated.
  They existed simultaneously in the same space-time continuum.
  There were all kinds of interactions between them, from peaceful to conflictual, and even military.
  We can say that there are still two Minds in conflict: Communal (Communist), whose goal is Brotherhood; and Slavery (Capitalist), whose hidden goal is to have full power over other people and Divine Capital.
  Capitalism is the same formation, Slavery, but in a different form.
  Brotherhood and Slavery, as the credo of each Mind, show in what direction each Mind directs its Will.
  The Fraternal Mind directs it towards Service and the Common Good. The Slave Mind, directs its Will to serve itself, if at the moment it is a Slaveholder. If, at the moment, he is a Slave, he dreams of establishing power over other slaves and the Divine Capital.
   And no matter who or what an individual becomes a slave to: another person, things, traditions, beliefs, etc., his status is determined by his Mind.

Since, for the most part, the human race is still at the stage of individualism, its group consciousness does not rise above the individual, we have the world Capitalist economy, its highest level: Oligarchism.
   As a result, we have a world Systemic Crisis as a consequence of the separation of the Capitalist mind from the Mind of God.
   
  It is believed that the Capitalist Formation, which is characterized by the concentration of Capital (resources and means of production) in some hands and, as a consequence, greater rights to rule the world and the absence of such in other hands, the division of society into classes and their different degrees of access to abundance, is a long period of evolution of mankind, which has always been, is and will be.
   However, if we look deeper into this matter, we will notice that the Communist economy and classless social organization of society is laid down in all spiritual Teachings, which are fragments of Truth brought by the Teachers of Light for the Earth, in accordance with the Divine Plan.
 
  All modern economic developments of a new type, aimed at satisfying the needs of every human being of the planet have the direction of social, communal, Communist economy, and teach the reasonable cooperation of the group human Mind with the Mind of God.
  These models are based on a change of consciousness in relation to property, fair distribution of resources and the product produced by Labor.

  The idea of Commune, Community, Kingdom of God, aims to build a casteless, classless society of universal abundance in the form of access to all material resources and spiritual abundance in the form of knowledge and mystery.
  The ideas of Communism: “Man is man's friend, comrade and brother” and Christianity: “Love your neighbor as yourself”, are close, if not to say that they have a common idea of Divine Love.

   The idea of Brotherhood and Freedom has always lived in the minds of people, it has not disappeared in the present time. Besides, mankind has accumulated sufficient experience of communal life, which has been realized not only in spiritual communities, but also in the form of whole states all over the world for centuries.

  It is worth noting the problems of the two Minds: the Fraternal and Slave Minds, and the civilizational models that gave rise to them.

 In Communal-Communist society, the Mind of a person can be suppressed for the sake of a high spiritual Idea. The power of the Idea over the minds in the Community can suppress the uniqueness of each Mind in the Community and stop its development.
  In a Slave Society, Mind develops only in the slave owners who have power, and most of the society is kept within the emotional framework of desire and consumption. Knowledge in such a society is a commodity.

  Such is the historical experience of the two civilization models, such are the errors of manifestation of the two Minds.
  The efforts of the Lodge of Materialistic Forces have always been directed to the fact that as many people as possible did not develop the Mind and did not learn to control it, did not learn to work with the energy of the 3rd Divine Ray of the Active Intellect, but strengthened their emotional part with its companion-desire and desire for pleasure.


                Part 4. Labor, Employment and Freedom

   The mind of man longs for Freedom. Such is its fiery quality.
 It wants to be the creator of its own destiny. It rebels against being the commodity into which modern Capital has turned it.
   As soon as the mind comes out of its inert state, the abstract concept of Freedom occupies it more and more.
  Freedom by restricting and suppressing the freedom of others in the Slave Society, or Freedom gained by dissolving into God in the Fraternal Community-the Goal which from incarnation to incarnation increasingly guides man.
   So he becomes more and more mentally polarized, his consciousness shifts from the emotional-astral plane to the mental plane, choosing one or the other part of the Pair of Opposites on the metal plane.
  An emotionally polarized person does not understand what freedom is. For him, freedom is to be able to use the world's product and to have the right to indignation, rebellion and destruction of what he hates. For him, freedom is permissiveness and irresponsibility. His freedom is “rebellion inside prison” for better conditions, but not freedom from prison. He is inclined to sell himself, his labor, his conscience to get money and desired benefits. He fulfills someone else's will, “thinks” and develops someone else's thought-forms, but he does not know how to realize the will of his soul and does not know how to realize his own thought-forms, because he has not learned how to do them yet.  His consciousness is in emotional desires and consumerist outlook, because the mind is not yet developed and cannot build a conscious channel with the soul. His mind does not yet know how to actually think, but it already knows how to accept and obey collective mental thought-forms and delusions.

   The problem of Labor and Employment is the problem of adapting the uniqueness of one's Mind in the world process of becoming the One Mind of Mankind.
  This adaptation can use the freedom given to it in the divine-hierarchical society, the goal of which is Brotherhood, or it can win the right of its manifestation in the class-caste Slave society, where each stratum of the population is given its own niche of labor and employment.
  How can a man achieve his realization and manifest his labor activity in that niche of employment which he likes most of all and corresponds to his Mission or Destination?
  The answer lies in the Mind itself.
  The device of the Mind is such that it can create spaces and situations in which it can creatively realize itself.
   With the help of imagination and visualization, it can create any thought-form-reality in the field of the Divine Mind.
  He sees many variants of the Divine Mind, uses them and supplements them with his thought-creation.
  This works regardless of external reality.
   A person realizes that the external world essentially does not exist. There is only an inner world consisting of thought-forms accepted by the mind, which are reflected outside in the form of forms and events.
  And what he creates, he lives in.

                Part 5.  Interaction of energies and forces.
 
 If we consider economics from the perspective of seeing energies and forces, some dependencies should be highlighted.

  1. There is a relationship between the energy expended by a person to earn money and the Money received.

  A man always gets less money for his labor than the energy expended.   

2. Time corresponds to money borrowed.

  Time has accelerated in the present evolutionary period. This is registered by physicists with their instruments all over the world.
 If earlier a person borrowing money for some time could pay it back in time, now he will need more energy to pay back the debt.
   For example, if a person borrowed 100$ for three months, he had to spend an amount of energy equivalent to 100$ to pay back this amount in three months.
   Now, if he borrows $100 for three months, he needs to pay it back in two months.
  If he borrows money at a credit interest rate, it is even harder to pay him back.
  So, energetically and karmically the debt increases.

3. There is a long-established thought-form called “Money Matrix”. Its uniqueness is that it not only exists on the mental level and is worked out in detail. It is part of the minds of a certain circle of people behind the world economy, which works in such a way that all the money of the world is under the control of these people.
   This thought-form has its own goals and algorithms of work. One of the goals: to reformat the minds of people, especially the minds of businessmen.
  With the help of this thought-form there is a control of the minds of mankind.
  Our civilization continues to worship the Golden Taurus, as it did millennia ago. Most of the thoughts of modern man (including spiritual people) have material and monetary orientation.
