For the first time in history, the King of Great Britain made an exception for the leader of another state, not requiring him to strictly observe etiquette in wearings.
V. Zelensky met Charles III at Buckingham Palace in London, dressed in his usual dark green jumper.
Interestingly, the king himself asked for this meeting with Zelensky, and warned in advance that he would not require the Ukrainian president to strictly observe etiquette.
Whereas two days earlier, during a meeting between Zelensky and Trump in Washington, the US president reprimanded the Ukrainian president for not coming to him in a suit.
