Сибирь, громадная Сибирь,
От Урала и до океана во всю ширь.
Здесь Орда была разбита.
Здесь Россия новая открыта.
Отрядами Ермака,
Отважного волжского казака,
Ставшего атаманом сибирским.

С ним в Сибирь шли Никита Пан,
Малоросской вольницы буян
И волжский атаман Иван Кольцо,
Истинно казак сибирский.
Мурза Карача в засаду  позвал его.
Обманом упоив вином.
В своём  сражении последнем,
С дружиной малой Кольцо Иван,
Своим мечом сносил неверных басурман,
Но под стрелами и копьями татарскими пал,
Со словами Ерёма, Сибирь наша,
И вера Христова тут навеки воссияша...   

Атаман Ермак люто татарам мстил за Ивана
Кровью за кровь, нехристям басурманам.
Орда, собаки месть готовили казакам,
Поганые следили за отрядом атамана,
И на дружину напала ночью Кучумова охрана.
В Вагае, в сражении лютом, Ермак тонет.
Прознав про подвиг сей, что не числом,
А с казачьей верой со Христом,
Атаман в Сибирь Орду шёл побеждать,
И ханство, иго последнее добивать. 
Вся Русь прознав, казаки, да стрельцы,
Царёво войско, в битвах удальцы,
Пошли в Сибирь, Орду Кучумову добили,
Кого огнём сразили, посекли, иных пленили.
И край ордынский, стал Россией,
Под Христовым стягом, стягом войска Ермака.

Siberia, vast Siberia,
From the Ural Mountains to the ocean.
Here the Horde was defeated.
Here new Russia was opened.
By Ermak's troops,
A brave Volga Cossack,
who became ataman of Siberia.

Nikita Pan marched with him to Siberia,
‘A free man of the Malorossiya Volnitsa.
And the Volga ataman Ivan Koltso,
A true Siberian Cossack.
Murza Karacha called him into an ambush.
and tricked him with wine.
In his last battle,
Ivan Koltso and his small retinue,
With his sword he slew the infidel Basurmans,
but fell under the arrows and spears of the Tartars,
With the words Eryoma, Siberia is ours,
And the faith of Christ shone here forever...   

Ataman Yermak fiercely avenged Ivan on the Tatars.
Blood for blood, to the unchristian Basurmans.
The horde and dogs were preparing revenge on the Cossacks,
The vile ones followed the ataman's detachment,
And Kuchum's guards attacked the squad at night.
In Vagai, in the fierce battle, Yermak drowned.
Having learnt about this feat, which was not in numbers,
but with the Cossack faith with Christ,
The ataman went to Siberia to defeat the Horde,
And the Khanate, the last yoke, to finish it off.
All Russia learnt about it, Cossacks and Streltsy,
The tsar's army, brave in battles,
They went to Siberia and finished off Kuchum's Horde,
Some were killed by fire, some were slaughtered, others were captured.
And the land of the Horde became Russia,
Under the banner of Christ, the banner of Yermak's army.
