Open letter to the President USA

                Dear Mr. Donald Trump,
                President of the United States of America,

Thank you for your peacekeeping position and the fateful dialogue of world leaders, inspired from above, which some admire for its courage and wisdom, while others - resistance. This is a new direction for the development of humanity and an opportunity to avoid the apocalypse in the near future, for many people this is a chance to find the path to truth and life. The world and the Almighty support this idea!

My peacekeeping project of the global world order "Planet - Our Common Homeland" has been developing in this direction for 15 years and it has been waiting for such world leaders as you and Russian President Vladimir Putin, capable of introducing the concept of a clear social structure with logical relationships instead of the social web of chaos and swamp, instead of governing the world by corrupt clans and groups, instead of terrorism, military and other crimes with an imitation of legality, to introduce a humane and strong program of social modeling with the help of AI, achievements of science and culture, with the partnership participation of civil society and the people, on the platform of metaethical values inherent in all humane religions and philosophies of the world.

The theoretical principles and methodological tools of the project, according to the assessment of scientists, cultural scientists, politicians and clergymen from different countries of the world, are systemic and universal and are applicable to almost all spheres of life, including economics, management, education and enlightenment, adaptation of migrants, conscious participation of the people in state policy, formation of the Eurasian model of democracy, etc. The project is the result of my studies and work in the countries of Europe and Asia, creative understanding of the scientific achievements of authors from the USA, the Russian Federation, Great Britain, classical philosophies, the philosophy of the Ancient East and enlightened Islam. The project was formed spontaneously and self-organized, like an open book, in front of the world community, aroused international interest and high praise as a unique contribution to world science, culture and the policy of peaceful global development.
 
The development and implementation of the project is hampered by supporters of radical, totalitarian, terrorist and other violent methods of governance and separation of powers. According to the works of political scientists, today their followers have their people in the government structures of Central Asia, including Uzbekistan. I described specific cases of their repressive and violent attitude towards the author of the project in my book “Keys to World Harmony”. They also prevented our idea to give the world a joint Uzbek-American-Russian gift of peacekeeping initiative based on the agreement concluded with me in 2024 by the US youth media corporation. This gift is a joint video film about the project "Planet - Our Common Homeland", the book "Keys to World Harmony" (Publishing House of the International Union of Writers, Moscow, 2024), as well as a conference dedicated to them. We planned to present this gift to you, President V.V. Putin and the international community in December 2024, in accordance with your words that the ice of peace negotiations will move on the very first day of your presidency. Government officials of Uzbekistan prevented the implementation of the agreement. On 12/23/2024, together with the organizers, I held the Republican Conference and filmed the video myself. On 30.01.2025 we sent you an open congratulatory letter in connection with your inauguration.
The high international assessment of my project and book obliges the author and the director to continue the work. As the UNESCO representative noted at the conference, "The study and analysis of the works of the philosopher and writer A. A. Chilyakova as a new model of world order is in the center of attention today and is an important factor in sustainable development at the national, regional and global levels, has historical significance and is timely in connection with the declaration of the Summit of the Organization of Turkic Speaking States... Joint projects of the Turkic-speaking and European worlds, especially in the field of education, science and innovation, can become an important factor in solving modern issues of philosophy and in the field of practical ecology, economics, politics and peacekeeping..."

In the event of the creation of a Global Analytical Center at the UN from figures of science, clergy, culture, politics, education, AI, economics and other spheres of life from different countries of the world for the joint solution of pressing problems and tasks of our time, I am ready to carry out its professional leadership. The creation of such intellectual products also has a financial effect. Even the most successful businessman Mr. Elon Musk, an entrepreneur "changing the world for the better", could be interested in my project! The project is connected with God's plan and a cosmic ultimatum. The fateful dialogue of world leaders, the project and the position of the Galactic Council form a single whole. The declared cosmic position, dangerous for the human community as a whole, is a strong argument in favor of joint implementation of the project, including the participation of those who are still in the camp of opponents. Europe participated in the birth of my project.
We are sending you a video film and other materials related to the Republican Conference and the project "Planet - Our Common Homeland", which has received recognition even in countries in military confrontation (Russia, USA, Czech Republic, Slovakia, England, etc.)

Chilyakova, as the sole intellectual owner of the project "Planet - Our Common Homeland", as well as all scientific, journalistic and artistic works related to the project, is ready to conclude an agreement with a more successful producer and sponsor on mutually beneficial terms. Writer, philosopher, journalist and publicist, playwright and director, academician, professor and PhDr. Adel Chilyakova, laureate of many medals and prizes of Russia, the Czech Republic, Uzbekistan and Kyrgyzstan, as well as the state prize of the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Czech Republic, will be happy if her project helps to ensure a decent life and the future of human civilization, and together with her we appeal for support to modern leaders of the world, to you and to President V.V. To Putin.

Открытое письмо Президенту США

Уважаемый г-н Дональд Трамп, Президент Соединённых Штатов Америки!

Благодарим за Вашу миротворческую позицию и судьбоносный диалог мировых лидеров, вдохновлённый свыше, который у одних вызывает восхищение мужеством и мудростью, у других –  сопротивление. Это  новое направление развития человечества и возможность избежать в ближайшее время апокалипсиса, для многих людей это шанс обрести путь к истине и жизни. Мир и Всевышний поддерживают  эту идею!
 
Мой миротворческий проект глобального мироустройства «Планета – наша общая Родина» уже 15 лет развивается в этом направлении и он ждал таких мировых лидеров, как Вы и Президент РФ Владимир Путин, способных вместо социальной паутины хаоса и болота внедрить концепцию чёткой социальной структуры с логическими взаимосвязями, вместо управления мира коррупционными кланами и группировками, вместо терроризма, военной и другой преступности с  имитацией законности, внедрить гуманную и сильную программу социального моделирования с помощью ИИ, достижений науки и культуры, с партнёрским участием гражданского общества и народа, на платформе  метаэтических ценностей, присущих всем гуманным религиям и философиям мира.
Теоретические установки и методический инструментарий проекта, согласно оценке учёных, культурологов, политиков и духовных служителей разных стран мира, имеют системный и универсальный характер и применимы практически для всех сфер жизнедеятельности, включая экономику, управление, образование и просвещение, адаптацию мигрантов, осознанное участие народа в политике государства, формирование евразийской модели демократии и т.д. Проект - результат моей учёбы и работы в странах Европы и Азии, творческого осмысления научных достижений авторов США, Российской Федерации, Великобритании, философии Древнего Востока, классических философий и просвещённого ислама. Проект сформировался спонтанно и самоорганизованно, как открытая книга, на глазах у мировой общественности, вызвал международный интерес и высокую оценку как уникальный вклад в мировую науку, культуру и политику мирного глобального развития.

Развитие и реализацию проекта тормозят  сторонники радикальных, тоталитарных, террористических и других насильственных методов управления и разделения власти. Согласно  трудам политологов, сегодня их адепты имеют своих людей в государственных структурах Центральной Азии, в том числе в Узбекистане. Случаи их репрессивного и насильственного отношения к автору проекта описаны в книге «Ключи к гармонии мира». Они воспрепятствовали также  идее  передать миру совместный узбекско-американо-российской дар миротворческой инициативы на основе договора, заключённого со мной в 2024 г. молодёжной медиакорпорацией США. Этим даром является совместный видеофильм о проекте «Планета – наша общая Родина», книга «Ключи к гармонии мира» (Издательство Интернационального Союза писателей, Москва, 2024), а также посвящённая им конференция. Мы планировали вручить в декабре 2024 г. этот дар Вам, президенту В. В. Путину и международному обществу соответственно  Вашим словам о том, что лёд мирных переговоров тронется в первые же сутки Вашего президентства. Государственные чиновники Узбекистана воспрепятствовали реализации  договора. 23.12.2024 г. вместе с организаторами я провела Республиканскую конференцию и съёмку видеофильма самостоятельно.  30.01.2025 г. мы послали Вам открытое поздравительное письмо в связи с Вашей инаугурацией.
 
Высокая международная оценка моего проекта и книги обязывает  автора и руководителя продолжать работу. Как отметила на конференции представитель ЮНЕСКО, «Изучение и анализ работ философа и писателя А. А. Чиляковой  в качестве новой модели мироустройства находится сегодня в центре внимания и является важным фактором устойчивого развития на национальном, региональном и глобальном уровне, имеет историческую значимость и своевременность в связи с декларацией Саммита Организации тюркоязычных государств… Совместные проекты тюркоязычного и европейского мира, особенно в сфере образования, науки и инноваций, могут стать важным фактором  в решении современных вопросов философии и в сфере практической экологии, экономики, политики и миротворчества…»
В случае создания Глобального  аналитического центра при ООН  из  служителей науки, духовенства, культуры, политики, образования, ИИ, экономики и остальных сфер жизнедеятельности разных стран мира для совместного решения насущных проблем и задач современности  я готова осуществить его профессиональное руководство. Создание такой интеллектуальной продукции имеет также финансовый эффект. Даже самый успешный бизнесмен г-н Илон Маск, предприниматель «меняющий мир к лучшему»,  мог бы заинтересоваться моим проектом! Проект связан с Божьим замыслом и космическим ультиматумом. Декларированная космическая позиция, опасная для человеческого сообщества в целом, - веский аргумент в пользу совместной реализации  проекта, включая участие тех, кто ещё находится в стане  противников и оппонентов. Европа участвовала в рождении моего проекта.

Посылаем Вам видеофильм и другие материалы, связанные с  Республиканской конференцией и проектом «Планета – наша общая Родина", получившим  признание даже в странах, находящихся в военной конфронтации (Россия, США, Чехия, Словакия, Англия и др.)
