Eileen More's Scottish Island
On Loch Sunarte Lake
It is so stunningly beautiful
A pearl quiet scattering!

Three beaches, bushes, grass,
Pleasant coolness,
Or when it's hot:
It's still a joy.

And a quiet rest, grace!
Landscapes! Mountains! Water!
And to visit here in silence,
Dreaming, in nature.

There are three replacement lighthouses here,
Mysteriously disappeared,
in that 1900 year,
They don't know:
Have they been taken away?

Or the Loch-Sunatran Nessie was
So sensually Hungry?
Into the depths of the lake of three,
Did he steal it? To eat?

No one had even find their bones.
Their food was left in house too.
Three men were missing there.
And a century has passed:
They are being searched for.

Tired of searching and waiting:
Will they come?
The owner is saddened,
Sell that island  Eileen Moor
On a cheap price, sadly.

Three hundred and twenty-five coins,
Counting by a thousand time over, over,
If you pay, this island will be yours.
You will be the owner right away, Hero.

But a house or a castle or a lighthouse
You can not even build it anymore.
As a nature reserve, you can not

Eileen More's Scottish Island,
On Loch Sunart Lake,
So stunningly handsome
A pearl quiet scattering,

Three beaches, bushes, grass,
Pleasant coolness,
Or when it's hot:
It's still a joy.

And a quiet rest, grace!
Landscapes! Mountains! Water!
And to visit here in silence,
Dreaming, in nature.

It looks like it!
Water. Shelter.
Nature surrounded me.
And a lark was singing in the sky.
And there was silence.

Do you know? I'm penniless.
And the memory holds tenaciously,
I don't have to pay anyone.:
This is my childhood!

How fabulously warm it was.
Chirping grasshoppers.
And dragonfly after dragonfly,
And the butterflies were soaring.

Flowers all around. And silence.
And the goosebumps,
Sand, grass-ants,
And the pebbles were flashing.

And the mass is a mass of peasants,
Nobles, Castles, Horses,
Having their Wife in the Castle,
We rode into the distance, in nature.

Other lands, cities.
Other countries even.
And in my memory forever:
Your Land, Buddy!

Eilean Mor, a stunning 30-acre island located in Loch Sunart on the west coast of Scotland, has gone on the market for just ;325,000, less than the average price of a London flat

Located in Loch Sunart on Scotland's west coast, the 30-acre island offers a tranquil escape from the chaos of daily life. It features rolling green hills and crystal-clear waters.

The island's three cove beaches make it an ideal retreat for those seeking an "off-grid" experience.

With a market price of ;325,000, it's a steal compared to the average London flat, which costs around ;543,237, according to Luxury Property News.

Accessible only by boat or a low-tide causeway, the island is part of the Sunart Site of Special Scientific Interest (SSSI) and Sunart Special Area of Conservation (SAC), which means there is no planning permission associated with it.

Despite its seclusion, the island is just a seven-minute drive from the village of Strontian, which offers a range of amenities, including shops, a church, a cafe, and primary and secondary schools. The surrounding area also features various walking and climbing trails, including the Ariundle Oakwood National Nature Reserve, making it an attractive option for nature lovers and those seeking a peaceful retreat.

A doctor's surgery is conveniently nearby and Fort William, often referred to as the "outdoor capital of the UK", is just a 15-mile drive away, reports the Express.

Bell Ingram, who are managing its sale, describe the island as offering "fresh opportunity and adventure". This rare opportunity has arisen since the island has been under family ownership for generations.

Eilean Mor was once at the centre of a baffling mystery in 1900 when three experienced lighthouse crew members mysteriously vanished. Captain James Harvey and replacement lighthouse keeper Joseph Moore arrived at the island, sounding their ship's horn to announce their arrival, but there was no response.

Moore went ashore and reported feeling an eerie foreboding as he walked up the cliff.
He discovered the lighthouse door unlocked, two missing coats and half-eaten food left in the kitchen. Despite Robert Muirhead, a Northern Lighthouse Board (NLB) superintendent, being sent to investigate, the three men were never found

The nice piece of land, but it will be not permit to use make own home place here "on yours" land you bought after, as The Nature Preserve land so lots "Controllers" Inspectors" Drones control how you will use your land not to damage a nature, and annual tax for ownership = to make wages all Controllers for "your private property". If people before owed own land built own Castle, own buildings, here you will be out of right to use just to see thee area drone images. You will be not able to fish too as Nature Reserve area. Lots controllers came to inspect plants (that you had not damage any from Nature Reserve area. This like to marry to a beautiful woman to be able to watch her photos sometimes making someone else by drones and sold to you. Some men would marry this style make them happy husbands.

В Шотландии целый остров с тремя пляжами выставили на продажу по цене квартиры в Лондоне. Об этом сообщает издание Daily Record.

Речь идет об уединенном острове Эйлин-Мор площадью 12 гектаров на озере Лох-Санарт. На нем множество зеленых холмов, а вокруг — кристально чистая вода. Приобрести недвижимость предлагают за 325 тысяч фунтов стерлингов (около 36 миллионов рублей). Это даже дешевле, чем средняя квартира в Лондоне — в среднем жилье в британской столице можно приобрести за 543 тысячи фунтов стерлингов (60,7 миллиона рублей).

У острова есть минусы — добраться до него можно только на лодке или по отливной дамбе, разрешение на строительство на купленной территории не дадут, так как остров считается заповедной зоной. Однако поблизости есть все нужное для жизни. В семи минутах от Эйлин-Мор располагается деревня Стронтиан с магазинами, церковью, кафе, начальной и средней школой.

Ранее в Подмосковье решили продать остров за миллиард рублей. Речь идет об участке площадью 66,8 гектара, который со всех сторон окружен водой. Он расположен в 40 километрах от Москвы в Раменском районе — между поселками Софьино и Тимонино. Его предлагают купить в качестве инвестиций и заработать более 12,5 миллиарда рублей.

Тут трое , сменных маяка,
Танственно пропали,

Так чувственно Голоден?
В глубины озера троих,
Он утащил? Покушать?

И даже кости не нашли.
Еда осталась тоже.

На дроне и на лодке:
Не платите? а вдруг Вы там
Свой Телевизор? в схроне?

Потом налог: ты заплати,
Ведь все кругом трудились:
Все , каждый, кто входил, тебя,
Там беспокоил очень.

Ах, нет! Зачем туда?
Живя далёко даже
Ты фотки станешь покупать,
Кто с дорона остров бацкал.

- Моё! вот это Красота!
Владею и немею!
Ты как мечта! красиво так!
Смотрю. А сам в постеле.

За это стоит заплатить!
И я бы купила: точно.
Но без гроша.
Имея всёж 14 фунтов в месяц:

Мой бедный частный пенсион,
Вся пенсия, на память,
Когда я в Теско продавцом
Покупки паковала.

Тут и квартиру не купить.
Что в Лондоне, что в Крыме.
И Остров Эйлин Мор смотрю:
Как в детстве, так похоже.

Родные, папа, мама, я.
И никого кругом же.
Похоже так!
Вода . Приют.
Природа окружала.
А в небе жаворонок пел.
И тишина стояла.

Ты знаешь? Без гроша сижу.
А память держит цепко,
Не надо мне платить кому:
Моё вот это детство!

Как было сказочно тепло.
Кузнечек стрекотавши.
И стрекоза за стрекозой,
И бабочки пархали.

Цветы кругом. И тишина.
И муравьи - мурашки,
Песочек, травка-мурава,
И камушки мелькали.

И масса- масса мужыков,
Дворяне, Замки, Кони,
Имея в Замке их Жену,
Скакали вдаль, в природе.

Другие земли, города.
Другие страны даже.
А в памяти и навсегда:
Твоя Земля, Приятель!

Шотландский Остров Эйлин Мор,
На Лох-Сунарте озере,
Так потрясающе красив

16 марта 2025. Англия.

Шотландский Остров Эйлин Мор
На Лох-Сунарте озере, -
Так потрясающе красив
Жемчужной тихой россыпью!

Три пляжа, кустики, трава,
Приятная прохлада,
Или жара стоит когда:
Тут всё равно отрада.

И тихий отдых, благодать!
Пейзажи! Горы! Воды!
И в тишине тут побывать,
Мечтая, на природе.

Тут трое , сменных маяка,
Танственно пропали,
в том 1900 году,
Не знают: их забрали?

Иль Лох-Сунатрский Несси был
Так чувственно Голоден?
В глубины озера троих,
Он утащил? Покушать?

И даже кости не нашли.
Еда осталась тоже.
Пропали трое там мужчин.
И век прошёл: их ищут.

Устав искать и ждать: прийдут?
Владелец, опечален,
Продать тот остров Эйлин Мор
Решил: задёшево, печален.

Три сотни двадцать пять монет,
По тысяче считая,
Заплатишь: остров будет твой.

Eileen More's Scottish Island
On Loch Sunarte Lake
It is so stunningly beautiful
A pearl quiet scattering!

Three beaches, bushes, grass,
Pleasant coolness,
Or when it's hot:
It's still a joy.

And a quiet rest, grace!
Landscapes! Mountains! Water!
And to visit here in silence,
Dreaming, in nature.

There are three replacement lighthouses here,
Mysteriously disappeared,
in that 1900 year,
They don't know:
Have they been taken away?

Or the Loch-Sunatran Nessie was
So sensually Hungry?
Into the depths of the lake of three,
Did he steal it? To eat?

No one had even find their bones.
Their food was left in house too.
Three men were missing there.
And a century has passed:
They are being searched for.

Tired of searching and waiting:
Will they come?
The owner is saddened,
Sell that island  Eileen Moor
On a cheap price, sadly.

Three hundred and twenty-five coins,
Counting by a thousand time over, over,
If you pay, this island will be yours.
You will be the owner right away, Hero.

But a house or a castle or a lighthouse
You can not even build it anymore.
As a nature reserve, you can not
There is nothing to build there.

But do not worry,
There is a local village in the distance,
Having bought a house, stay and live here.

You can come by boat to the island,
To stay and in the silence of peace.
Of course: drones are superior.
Tourists would suddenly attacking noises.
Inspectors check everything:

After all, everyone was working around:

We very worried there
That you may be alone ?

Oh, no way! Why go there?
Living far away even
Are you going to buy photos
By Someone Drone on Sales?

"Mine!" That's the Beauty of it!
I own and am dumb!
This like a dream! It is so beautiful
To watch again, again!
And come in bed!

The Scottish Island of Eileen More on Loch Sunart Lake

Eileen More's Scottish Island,
On Loch Sunart Lake,
So stunningly handsome
A pearl quiet scattering,

Three beaches, bushes, grass,
Pleasant coolness,
Or when it's hot:
It's still a joy.

And a quiet rest, grace!
Landscapes! Mountains! Water!
And to visit here in silence,
Dreaming, in nature.

There are three replacement lighthouses here,
Mysteriously disappeared,
in that 1900 year,
They don't know: have they been taken away?

Or the Loch-Sunatran Nessie was
So sensually Hungry?
Into the depths of the lake of three,

Having only 14 pounds a month:

My poor private pension,
The whole pension, as a keepsake,
When I was a salesman at Tesco
I was packing my groceries.

You can't even buy an apartment here.
What's in London, what's in Crimea.
And I'm looking at Eileen Moore Island:
It's just like when I was a kid.

My family, Dad, Mom, me.
And there's no one around.
It looks like it!
Water. Shelter.
Nature surrounded me.
And a lark was singing in the sky.
And there was silence.

Do you know? I'm penniless.
And the memory holds tenaciously,
I don't have to pay anyone.:
This is my childhood!

How fabulously warm it was.
Chirping grasshoppers.
And dragonfly after dragonfly,
And the butterflies were soaring.

Flowers all around. And silence.
And the goosebumps,
Sand, grass-ants,
And the pebbles were flashing.

And the mass is a mass of peasants,
Nobles, Castles, Horses,
Having their Wife in the Castle,
We rode into the distance, in nature.

Other lands, cities.
Other countries even.
And in my memory forever:
Your Land, Buddy!
