My Healthy Body Affirmation

I love my body. Every atom, every molecule, every cell, every tissue and every organ. I love my brain; I love my eyes; I love my ears and my nose; I love all my bones – all 206 of them; I love all my muscles and all my joints; I love all my gums and teeth; I love my hands and arms; I love my legs and feet; I love my heart and my lungs; I love my blood; I love my liver and my kidneys; I love my stomach and my intestines.

I love my skin – all of it; I love my scalp and my hair – all of it; I love my testicles and my penis; I love all my fingers and all my toes and all my nails; I love my lips and my tongue; I love my prostate gland; I love my colon; I love my throat; I love my neck and shoulders; I love my waist; I love my proteins, carbohydrates and healthy body fat; my anus and all my other body organs.

I love all my body systems – cardiovascular, circular, lymphatic, nervous, digestive, endocrine, urinary and reproductive; I love all my chakras and all my meridians; I love my chi and other energies stored and circulating in my body.

I will make my health – physical, emotional and spiritual – my #1 priority. I will do everything possible (and even seemingly impossible) to provide for my body and to satisfy all of its tangible and intangible needs.

I will stick to a healthy diet – physical, emotional and spiritual – which will provide my body with the healthy food and drink – the optimal quantity and balance of proteins, healthy carbohydrates, healthy fats, minerals, vitamins and other necessary nutrients. And my mind, heart and soul – with peace, positive emotions and the Divine Grace.

I will safeguard and protect my body from toxic food, drink, air, water, sounds, visuals, etc. I will follow a healthy and optimal daily, weekly, monthly and yearly routine.

I will provide my body with the optimal quantity and quality regular exercise – treadmill, weights; swimming pool; stretching; tai-chi, Jacuzzi; sauna; steam bath; massage and other spa services (including the optimal healthy meditation). I will reduce the amount body fat to the healthy level and increase the amount of muscle to the optimal level.

I will move to the place of residence with the optimal climate and will provide my body with quality living space and living accommodations – as well as with the healthy and quality environment. I will provide my body with the sufficient sleep, rest, relaxation and recreation.

I will provide my body with all medications – allopathic, homeopathic, herbal and other; all treatments and procedures – allopathic, chi-gun, acupuncture, acupressure, fasting and other – necessary to fix health problems with my body, bring it into a perfect shape and keep it in a perfect shape at all times.

My Heavenly Father - the Almighty Perfectly Loving God loves me. He will provide me with Divine Grace in the amount necessary and sufficient to heal all my health problems; bring my body, mind, heart and soul into a perfect shape – and keep it in a perfect shape at all times.

This Divine Grace will trigger the regeneration process in my body which will stop (and, when necessary, reverse) the processes of ageing thus de-facto ‘freezing’ (and, if necessary, reversing) my biological age. Making it possible for me to live in my physical body for as long as I want (and keeping my body in a perfect functional, emotional and spiritual shape).

And my body loves me. With the help of Divine Grace provided by my Heavenly Father - the Almighty Perfectly Loving God, my body will heal all its problems, bring itself into a perfect shape (including perfect metabolism, ideal circulation of chi and other vital energies, top professional performance, maximum mental productivity and high physical endurance) and keep itself in this perfect shape at all times.
