Trump Plans Record National Security Budget of $1.01 Trillion

The US President intends to request a record $1.01 trillion for national security in the budget for the new fiscal year.

This is more than 13% higher than the current level of spending, according to administration officials familiar with the plans.

The Pentagon budget provides for funding for priority areas such as the Golden Dome missile defense system, ship construction, nuclear modernization, and border security.

It also provides for a 3.8% increase in military salaries.

According to Bloomberg, the 13% budget increase is reminiscent of the large-scale military buildup during the time of President Ronald Reagan.

The publication also notes that exceeding the $1 trillion mark could cause discontent among lawmakers who have previously criticized the Pentagon for failing to provide transparent financial reporting.

On Tuesday, the US Government Accountability Office  reported that in 2017-2024, the Defense Ministry identified cases of fraud totaling about $10.8 billion.

Earlier, Trump told reporters that the budget request would be high, "because there are too many dangerous forces in the world right now."

"Nobody has ever seen anything like this," the president noted. "We need to strengthen the army. We are very careful about spending, but we can't skimp on the army."

There is not so much competition between the world's big capitals in this world, they are like rats in one spot, devouring each other, they practically cannot live peacefully, they don't have time to arrange one bloody mess, the next one is already knocking on the door of humanity!

We gave way to private capital, and it did not justify our hopes for a peaceful and happy life for all of humanity, it saturated the market with goods, satisfied our consumer demand, and then, no matter how you look at it, a crisis of overproduction sets in, because private capital cannot plan production, it only insatiably "plans" endless profit.

And as soon as the next world crisis is on the horizon, capital - it has nowhere else to go - seeks salvation in the militarization of the economy, in fascism, hatred and war.

 That's what happened twice in a row, but guys, the third time we, humanity, won't get off so easily, we'll have to swallow nuclear dust, and you won't be able to cough it up, and no pill will help... we'll all end up in the same grave, and our once-blooming planet will become our grave...

Nature is imperfect in its human manifestation, man depends on the laws of development and movement of society, and the law is harsh - you gave birth to a freak, this freak will strangle you, you brought God's private capital into the world, be kind enough to reap the harvest, but this harvest is bloody and deadly!
