A fox cub and cherry pits
A fox cub named Stefan was running through a forest clearing on a sunny autumn day.
There was still no feeling that the cold weather was coming soon. The yellow foliage creaked under his paws and he, in a wonderful joyful mood, looked at the sky, the trees and the reflection of the river flickering ahead like a lantern.
Running past an oak stump, he stopped, right on it, on the leaves with a twig, lay two cherry pits.
Apparently, the birds picked up the berries and left them as unnecessary.
Stefan picked up the bones with his nose and began to play with them. After running around a lot, he put the bones back in their place and was about to run on.
But something stopped him. "what if they're sad without me?" "what if they die?" "what if we're already friends?" The fox cub dug a small hole, put the bones in there with his paws, covered them with earth and crushed them with his tail. He filled a cherry leaf with water from the river and poured the earth into which he put the seeds. Every day, Stefan came to the forest and warmed them with his warmth all winter.
Settling into a ball in the place where the bones were stored. Winter was over, and Stefan was already desperate. But one day, on a warm spring day, a small green sprout appeared from the ground. Stefan's joy knew no bounds, his cherry tree was growing day by day. And so, faith and warmth created a new life. And now, he has a loyal and devoted friend.
