The initial principle of evaluating research work in any area of the surrounding reality (including the person himself) is the presence of scientific novelty in this work.
A distinctive feature of the evaluated work of Antoniya Ilyinskaya is that there is plenty of scientific novelty in it.
The research angle chosen by the author made it possible to clearly trace the evolution of the concept and theory of substance and atom from the ancient metaphor to the modern theory, which in turn made it possible to understand the originality of the investigated entities through the multiplicity of their manifestations in various areas of human life in an ever-changing natural and social environment.
The conceptual framework of the assessed work is... the component matrix of a single universal typology of interconnections generated in the continuous topology of the universal space and in the cosmic temporality that is constantly flowing forward (arrow of time).
This multidimensional and multi-probabilistic panorama is convincingly developed by the author in the discussed and evaluated text in existential manifolds, starting from the fundamental principle of the original fractal and up to the construction of a polyintegral Theory of Everything.
This theory is built on the basis of understanding the interconnections and the multidimensional operating principle of fractal universalism and the anthropic principle, which, by their energy impulses, determine the modern genetic-informational unity of the world.
The author's aspiration to build a spiral structure of text presentation in the image of an "overturned funnel" deserves approval and support, giving research judgments and their theoretical explications a multi-branching picture of the spiral movement of thought.
Such a branching thought movement leads Antoniya Ilyinskaya to the conclusion that the pivotal way of organizing the world order and its incessant movement is formed by a dynamic system of interconnections and interactions of material and spiritual entities, which it is inappropriate to subdivide into primary and secondary, but which in their self-movement from the analytical dismemberment of all things and processes are moving towards fractal synthesis and to the reduction of all the substantial facets, projectedly reflected in different levels of beingness, to their integral unity into a universal whole-world-forming and world-transforming substance, which constitutes the fundamental principle of that multidimensional phenomenon that is reflected and comprehended in the Theory of Everything.
It is in this that the main author's idea can be traced: to awaken the interest of a thoughtful reader, to promote this interest beyond the framework of everyday routine to the scientific comprehension of all things and processes of the surrounding reality, including human dimension and human orientation.

The first impression is that this work is striking in its fundamental nature, second, by its solidity. And after reading the work, it should be admitted that the work is worthy of nomination for the Nobel Prize both in philosophy and in physics, for not one of the famous philosophers or physicists has achieved such an understanding of the essence of the World.
Most often, many modern physicists are ordinary artisans who study the particular laws of the World. The same as modern philosophers. And this process is also necessary, but it also needs someone with a talent to combine and integrate what has been developed by the army of artisans. In the education system, there is still a deficiency and wretchedness of the basic provisions of physics, which causes both laughter and tears: what absurd constructions are replicated by school education and how they cripple the mind of students, ultimately affecting their health.
At the same time, there is practically no emphasis on such fundamental properties of the World as heterogeneity, variability, torsion, duality, or they are rejected. For a couple of decades now G.I. Shipov has been breaking through the legality of torsion fields in the RAS (The Russian Academy of Sciences). The heterogeneity / anisotropy of the World is not noticed by physics, although it flickers before everyone's eyes. Many physicists and mathematicians have forgotten that their theories are mental casts of their minds from the fluid structures of the World. It is not without reason that the talented scientist / mathematician A. N. Kolmogorov in his work "Contemporary Disputes about the Nature of Mathematics" notes: "The combination of both sides of set-theoretic mathematics has led to great difficulties and even contradictions. Mathematicians are accustomed to treating numbers, functions, sets as if they were things of the real world, similar in everything to the material". And some mathematicians and physicists still believe in it! But it was said long ago that "the map is not a territory!"
By and large, one should clearly distinguish between words / categories that reflect the real properties and structures of the World, and words / categories that reflect the mental constructions of the mind and consciousness of a person. That is, to distinguish between the reality of ontos, Nature, and the reality of the mental, the products of the human mind. Moreover, one should not consider the reality of the mental as primary, generating the reality of Nature, but reflecting it and not always immediately and fully consciously. The classics of Marxism, having made titanic efforts, "cleaned up" Hegel's dialectics, turning it upside down, pointing out that it is the dialectic of things that creates the dialectic of ideas (Lenin), and not vice versa, as Hegel believed. The whole practice of man shows that not only Nature acts on him ("being determines consciousness"), but man, with his work, with his plans, changes the world around him, nature, transforming it for himself ("consciousness changes being"), while, unfortunately, littering it at its stage of development of "childishness". The correct view of things lies in the way of the unity of opposites. The instrument for changing the World is “culture” as a form of human activity, including “science” and “engineering / technology”.
Yes, the classics of Marxism have worked on Hegel's teaching about opposites, their unity and struggle. But what, specifically, is the dialectic of being, i.e. mechanism of its changes and development? As M. Rosenthal correctly writes in his introductory article to the first volume of Hegel's Science of Logic: “Lenin poignantly posed to the Marxists the task of developing a scientifically grounded materialist system of dialectical logic. The development of modern science and social practice shows how urgent this task is at the present time” [5, p. 70]. This was written in 1970. Fifty years have passed, but the relevance remained, for there was not a single philosophical work revealing the dialectics of the World, the mechanism of its self-movement. The concepts of physics - "emptiness" and "particles", "Big Bang", string and loop theories - testified only to the fact that science was still on the way and needed constructive creative thought.
The appearance of Antoniya Ilyinskaya's work “Substance. Atom. The Theory of Everything” (philosophy of new physics) provides a new foundation for the transition of scientific thought to a new round of development. What neither Hegel, nor Lenin, nor Einstein could do was accomplished by the Belarusian philosopher, revealing the natural dialectics of the World, revealing the mechanism of formation of opposites (revealing Hegel's "dialectical contradiction" from within) and the physical form of their existence. As A. Ilyinskaya writes: “While working out the electromagnetic phenomena on the Model execution of the M;bius Strip, it is possible to consider the M;bius ring-shaped closed wave as the Initial Energy Modus with the sealed Potentials of substantial properties. Such a MODUS can be named Magneto-M;bius Energy-Pattern or Package - MMEP, and for brevity use this abbreviation”. Recall that the M;bius strip is a non-orientable one-sided surface. As the mathematician V. Uspensky writes in his book “The Apology of Mathematics”: “The phenomenon of the M;bius strip was discovered in 1858. Its pioneer was... Listing (a German mathematician who coined the term "topology" and "nodal point" - AB), he also owns the first message in print. However, another German mathematician, August Ferdinand M;bius (1790-1868), was the first to describe the properties of this surface. Among his ancestors on the mother's side was Luther, and among the teachers - Gauss". The M;bius strip is represented, on the one hand, by a real physical object, and on the other hand, it exists only in our imagination as an ideal surface, demonstrating the indestructible topologically continuous duality of the World. The main question remains how this duality exists and ensures the stability and vitality of the surrounding reality. This is the main task of scientific thought.
Let me note that the proposed MMEP model, which describes the processes of energy transformations in nature, is disclosed in detail by the author not only from the standpoint of the physics of the nature of things, but also deeply from the standpoint of the semantics of words that fix the very content of these processes. That is to say the author has combined the tools of physics, philosophy and linguistics into one format, creating a solid platform for a new paradigm that the scientific community has long needed. Honor and praise to the talent of Antoniya Ilyinskaya! Her monograph should be perceived as a message from Heaven, as a poetic message from the Universe itself. It should be noted that the author tried to reveal the mechanism of the World as a Whole, and she succeeded! And this is her indisputable merit.

Dear reader, before you is a unique in its content book by Doctor of Philosophy Ilyinskaya Antoniya “Substance. Atom. The Theory of Everything”. The reason for writing this book is the fact that modern science and civilization are faced with the problem of excess of specialization, with a wide variety of scientific directions. This is how a lack of universal knowledge arose that could explain all the diversity of the real world. Naked mathematics cannot do this.
Only the study of man is devoted to 80 scientific areas of a narrow profile. Penetrating deeper and deeper into the structure of matter, the scientific world, based on the theory of the big bang, faced a complete lack of understanding of the living process and what it (the scientific world) studies. At the same time, in science, the idea of a single electromagnetic origin of radiation and matter has been well developed, which gives every reason to speak of a single plan for the structure of all forms of matter. Possessing a myriad of information, today's man has not yet come close to understanding his essence and his place in nature, which is the reason for arrogance, a desire to rule the whole world. This book allows you to find a way out of the crisis.
At the end of the 20th century, the merger of two most important methodological directions of physics - nonlinear methods and models - with the expansion of metric and topological concepts of space-time was noted. The consequence of this merger was a massive shift in the thinking of the scientific community - there was a scientific substantiation of the so-called psi-phenomena, manifestations of non-contact long-range action.
In the presented book "Substance, Atom, Theory of Everything" the author with deep knowledge of the matter simply described a complex picture of the world associated with the difficult problem of human life, his health, a living process on Earth and in Space under the conditions of the evolution of the Universe. Due to the limited timing of the evolution of mankind itself on Earth and the indisputable priority of knowledge based on the disclosure of the secret of the living process, on the understanding of the purpose and objectives of the development of the biosphere of the Earth and humanity, the harsh reality left us no other choice but to understand the unified theory of everything, the expression of which is the Basic Law development of life in space, to understand that everything in the world is alive and there is no inert matter.
The author of the book showed that the concept of inert and living matter, the random origin of life, the emergence of biological matter from the inanimate mineral world, which has developed to date in a number of branches of science, is only an initial stage in the further development of this concept. Today, the scientific understanding of a living process needs, more than ever, fresh scientific ideas and the generalization of previously accumulated data at the junction of natural sciences. And this book helps this noble endeavor.
The safety of mankind on Earth depends on their real understanding of their place in Space and the purpose of their development. As the author of the book rightly notes, the ability of a person, like any form of substance, to learn and improve himself, reduces the negative aspects of his life in the social structure, reduces the number of laws and rules of behavior, reducing all dynamics to one Law - the Law of the Development of Mind. According to many of the facts given in the book, a living process takes place in the form of waves of evolution, while forming hierarchically subordinate layers like fractals.
For thousands of years, astronomers have observed the movements of celestial bodies, using mathematics to determine the trajectories and parameters of their movement, through spectrometry and radio engineering, they studied the structural parameters of space objects, their energy power and potential capabilities. Attempts to describe the expansion of the Universe within the framework of its stationary model could not withstand the pressure of facts. The author of this book, on the basis of a systematic approach, has convincingly demonstrated the existence of an evolutionary path of living transformations in Space. The author showed that there is no creation for the sake of creation, but there is a living process as an eternal mover, based on the reproduction of the genetic memory of the living process.
Evolutionary processes go in one direction - from a simple state to a complex one with continuous reproduction of memory structures in their exact copies. In conclusion, it should be said that the idea of a unified theory of everything proposed by the author, and it can only be the idea of a living process in space, is very important from the point of view of solving the current crisis in science and economics, in choosing the form of social arrangement, and the safety of the development of society. The author offers a unified theory to explain all phenomena in space. The book anticipates the coming demand for the choice of a reliable path for the development of mankind, for a comprehensive critical analysis of the current state and prospects for the development of the scientific understanding of the living space of the Cosmos. Everyone will find a lot of useful things in the book.
The author of the book adheres to a very important idea: everything you need is SIMPLE, everything complicated is not needed. A single theory of everything can only be the genetic unity of the Universe, and this is possible only if the Universe is a living entity.
