Power Model 4. Holism

Synergistics defines the positions of Republicans and Democrats in terms of "reductionism and holism." If the essences of species are associated with the microscopic level of being, and the essences of genera with the macroscopic level, then Synergistics "tries to establish connections between these two levels. And it manages to do this thanks to the introduction of the concepts of order parameters and the principle of subordination" [Haken H., Haken-Krell M., Erfolggeheimnisse der Wernimont. Synergetic as Schlussel sum Ghim. Stuttgart^ Deutch Verlag Anstalt, 1992. S. 242]. Let us pay attention to the fact that power and subordination express the essence of management processes. As shown in the article by Knyazeva E.N. "Synergistics as a direction of universalism in modern scientific knowledge", reductionism is divided into "mechanical reductionism and dialectical reductionism". [In the collection "Synergistics, Philosophy, Culture – Moscow: Publishing House of the Russian Academy of Civil Engineering, 2001. P.17]. The same can be said about "holism". Thus, we concluded that the laws of dialectics constitute an essential part of the foundations of Power.

Model 4.
On the integrity of the state (holism)"Parameters of order" are variables. We have found a system of variables that describe the system of equations that describe social dynamics. These are: labor, product, resource, energy, infrastructure and information/money. The only source of labor is man. Therefore, the struggle for the subjugation of the largest number of people turns out to be the goal of all organizations, including states. The system that has the highest values of all variables is the leader. The struggle for a leading position in the world is the essence of any policy. Therefore, the will of a leader to achieve a leading position in the world is one of the foundations of a strong Power. The ratio between the values of the variables should be such that  the term  "integrity" can be characterized. In other words, "holism" includes, to a first approximation, the following propositions, which are included in the list of foundations of strong Power.
Rationalism and chance are now recognized by science in equal measures. Therefore, the new strategies of the state should take into account all possible options.
The integrity of the state does not imply the separation of ideologies and parties, but their unity with the affirmation of the human being as the main goal.
Analysis of model 4.
You might think that Model 4. was created to study social dynamics in one state. In fact, the principle of triadic nature is adequately applicable to the description of the interaction between Nature and Man. Life is the result of evolution, which takes place according to the laws of dialectical logic.
Philosophy today is based on the theory of management (cybernetics plus synergetic).
Russia's goal: To take a leading position in the world.
Country Position Indicator/Criterion: Positive Outcome /Integral Trade and Political Exchanges/Interactions in the World.
Exchange model and method of achieving superiority / result: Superiority of potential / systemically balanced: - political, military-industrial, scientific and informational, ideological.
The model of exchange = the model of competition. Condition: proportional/optimal potential ratio.
The strategy of the state's leading position in the world today is one of the foundations of a strong government.
Thus:
Philosophy is the science of the first principles of being, of power, of the ultimate principle of all that exists, and of the living being that arises dialectically between them.

Власть Модель 4. Холизм

Синергетика определяет позиции республиканцев и демократов терминами «редукционизм и холизм». Если сущности видов связать с микроскопическим уровнем бытия, а сущности родов – с макроскопическим уровнем, то Синергетика «пытается установить связи между этими двумя уровнями. И это ей удается сделать благодаря введению понятий параметров порядка и принципа подчинения» [Haken H., Haken-Krell M., Erfolggeheimnisse der Wahrnehmung. Sinergetic als Schlussel zum Gthim. Stuttgart^ Deutche Verlagsanstalt, 1992. S. 242]. Обратим внимание на то, что власть и подчинение выражают существо процессов управления. Как показано в статье Князевой Е.Н. «Синергетика как направление универсализма в современном научном знании», редукционизм подразделяется на «механический редукционизм и на диалектический редукционизм». [В сборнике «Синергетика, философия, культураю – М.: Изд-во РАГС, 2001. С.17]. То же самое можно сказать о «холизме». Таким образом, мы приходим к выводу, что законы диалектики составляют существенную часть оснований Власти.

Модель 4.
О целостноси государства (холизме)
«Параметры порядка» это переменные. Нами найдена система переменных, с помощью которых описывается система уравнений, которые описывают социальную динамику. Это: труд, продукт, ресурс, энергия, инфраструктура и информация/деньги. Единственным источником труда оказывается человек. Поэтому борьба за подчинение наибольшего количества людей оказывается целью всех организаций, в том числе, государств. Та система, которая имеет наибольшие значения всех переменных, является лидером. Борьба за лидирующее положение в мире есть суть любой политики. Поэтому воля лидера к достижению лидирующих позиций в мире есть одно из оснований сильной Власти. Соотношение между значениями переменных должно быть таким, которое можно охарактеризовать термином «целостность». Другими словами, «холизм» включает в себя, в первом приближении, следующие положения, которые входят в список оснований сильной Власти.
Рационализм и случайность теперь признаются наукой в равной степени. Поэтому новые стратегии государства должны учитывать все возможные варианты.
Целостность государства предполагает не разделение идеологий и партий, а единство их с утверждением человека как главной цели.
Анализ Модели 4.
Можно подумать, что Модель 4. создана для иссследования социальной динамики в одном государстве. На самом деле принцип триадичности адекватно применим и для описания взаимодействия Природы и Человека. Жизнь есть результат эволюции, которая происходит по законам диалектической логики.
Философия сегодня опирается на теорию управления (кибернетика плюс синергетика).
Цель  России:  Занять лидирующее положение в мире.
Показатель положения страны/критерий: Положительный результат /интегральный торговых и политических обменов/взаимодействий в мире.
Обмена модель и способ достижения превосходства/результат: Превосходство потенциалов/ системно сбалансированное: - политического, военно-промышленного, научно-информационного, идеологического.
Модель обмена = модель конкурентной борьбы. Условие: пропорциональное/оптимальное соотношение потенциалов.
Стратегия лидирующего положения государства в мире на сегодняшний день входит в состав оснований сильной Власти.
Итак:
Философия – наука о первых началах бытия, о власти – о предельном первоначале всего сущего и о диалектически возникающем между ними живом бытии.
