Ultraterrestrial Cryptozoology

Ultraterrestrial cryptozoology is similar to occult cryptozoology – only it is based on a slightly different assumption – the theory of Multiverse (shared by many well-respected experts in theoretical physics).

According to this theory (which has not yet been proven beyond the reasonable doubt), there is an infinite number of Universes like our own (“parallel Universes”) - some of which are vastly different from each other, but all share some (although not necessarily all) natural laws – such as laws of physics.

Most scientists are confident that entities in flesh and blood can not cross the border from one universe to the other (which makes complete sense). However, some think that entities from one universe can communicate with entities from another universe… by creating apparitions. Apparitions of UFOs and cryptids… and possibly of other entities.

Exactly as invisible, intangible, spiritual beings that populate the spiritual component of our Universe communicate with our visible, tangible, physical world. These apparitions manifest themselves in carefully selected (by their creators) spiritually powerful places on Earth to carefully selected (ditto) individuals – the latter must possess mystical capabilities (communicating with other worlds).

Apparitions are created in spiritually powerful places (e.g., many lakes) and can be seen only by sufficiently spiritually (mystically) powerful individuals. Hence, ultraterrestrial cryptozoology – just like occult cryptozoology - investigates, first and foremost, where the cryptid was sighted and who saw it.

If both were found to be sufficiently spiritually powerful, ultraterrestrial cryptozoology proceeds to investigate the sighting proper to determine the true nature and purpose of the apparition in question (more specifically, what was the message that the apparition was created to deliver from another universe).

Hence, ultraterrestrial cryptozoology is far more interesting (and challenging) than mythological cryptozoology (let alone the scientific one).

Actually, there is ultraterrestrial ufology as well (it is called Interdimensional UFO Hypothesis and is accepted by many prominent ufologists); it works exactly the same way – only investigates sightings of UFOs (which it believes to be apparitions… at least some of them), not cryptids.
