On the 15.9.2025, Vladimir Tsegoev's article "Why unemployment in Russia turned out to be lower than in other major economies of the world" was published on RT in Russian. And the subtitle: "Russia has the lowest unemployment rate among the G20 countries." "According to the results of the 1st half of 2025," the author writes, "unemployment in the Russian Federation amounted to 2.2%. The business notes an acute shortage of personnel. According to the ILO methodology, official unemployment in the country exceeds 2%, but the actual value has already approached zero, says Georgy Ostapkovich, research director of the Center for Market Research at the Institute for Statistical Research and Economics of Knowledge at the National Research University Higher School of Economics: "The official 2.2% is due to the fact that in large countries about 2-2.5% of the population are always in a state of temporary unemployment. But in fact, we now have all the human resources involved." The trend is explained by demographic reasons and structural transformations of the economy. The country is gradually moving away from the raw material model and is starting to produce more goods. Also, due to the departure of Western companies, Russia is engaged in import substitution.
Natalia Milchakova, a leading analyst at Freedom Finance Global, has the same opinion.
According to Ostapkovich, the birth rate in the country plummeted in the 1990s. As a result, today the number of employees aged 25-39 years (and these are the most productive staff) is decreasing, while the proportion of citizens of retirement age is growing. The shortage of personnel leads to the fact that salaries are growing at a higher rate than labor productivity."
Can we trust the official scientists?

The staggering numbers about Russia

Officially, unemployment in the Russian Federation is 4%, which is 2.5 million people. for about (let's say) 140 million people.
But there are 19 million freelancers in Russia, they earned 320 billion rubles in 2024. That is, they earn 46 rubles a month, and they are actually unemployed.
2,5 – 4, 19 + 2,5 = 21,5 – x. x = 34.4%.
More than 34% - this is the real unemployment in Russia!
In recent days, the Kremlin has been claiming that unemployment is 2.2% ~ 1.4 million people.
1,4 – 2,2, 19 + 1,4 = 20,4 – x. x = 32%, the difference is minimal.

Thus, there are at least three inadequate people in Russia's intellectual elite: Tsegoev, Ostapkovich and Milchakova. There are few options: either they are illiterate, or they are crazy, or they are just cretins, or they are scammers. At the same time, without any options, they are Putin's lackeys.

To this staggering figure, we need to add the death rate in Russia.
At the beginning of 2022, 320,400 babies were born between January and March, which is 16,600 fewer than in January-March 2021.
The number of deaths (584,700) was almost twice as high as the number of births.
That is, the birth rate in the Russian Federation is slightly more than 9 ppm, and the death rate is 16.7 ppm.
This is official data.
Let me remind you that in 2012, Rosstat agency claimed that the death rate in the Russian Federation was 13 ppm.

In fact, official statistics do not take into account:
1) the removal of coffins from the city to the village, in the city of Perm, where 900 thousand people live, this is about 1,500 coffins annually;
2) the work of crematoriums;
3) the so-called adjacent cemeteries. For example, in Perm, the cemetery on Linden Mountain is located on the border between the Sverdlovsk and Motovilikhinsky districts. The administration of each district attributes this cemetery to a neighbor, which is why they are not included in the statistics.
4) The registry office takes into account the number of holes dug in cemeteries. That is, the registry office counts a mass grave for the homeless to one death. If we summarize the deaths unaccounted for by Rosstat, the total mortality rate increases to 20 ppm and above.

According to official data, the natural decline of the Russian population increased by 20% by the end of 2024. Russians decreased by 0.6 million people.
Moreover, 10 times fewer people die in war than in car accidents or due to heart disease.

Life expectancy in Germany in 2-25 years – for women: 81.7 years, for men – 79.4 years.
The average life expectancy of both sexes in France is 81.2 years.
 In Russia, the average life expectancy of both sexes is 72.4 years, while men's life expectancy is about 65 years.

The average pension in France in 2023 rose to 69,970 rubles.
In Russia, the average pension in 2023 was 22,174 rubles.
In 2024, in Russia food prices increased by 14%.

To this second staggering figure (20 ppm), we need to add the level of labor productivity.
In 2015, labor productivity in Russia was three times lower than in France.
Between 2016 and 2023, labor productivity declined in key industries such as mining, trade, transport, science and technology.
In 2023, labor productivity in Russia in absolute terms (GDP in terms of work) is 5 times lower than in the United States and 3 times lower than in Germany.
According to other data, the average Russian worker produces 5.6 dollars per hour, while in Sweden it is 31 dollars, in the USA it is 33.7 dollars, in Denmark it is 37.8 dollars per hour, i.e. labor productivity in the Russian Federation is already 6 times lower than in the USA.

The Russian Economic Kaleidoscope

The 4% GDP growth in 2024 is due to an increase in the output of the military-industrial complex, but this is not a profit, but a loss.
But that's not the point, but the fact that inflation in 2024 was over 7%, i.e. in fact, there was not an increase, but a decrease in GDP.

The bank rate is a wild 17%, and more recently it was 21% (more only in Turkey).
The dollar exchange rate is 80 rubles per dollar, with a real exchange rate of 10 rubles per dollar.
Russia ranks 21st in terms of electricity production per capita, after France, Sweden, Finland, and even Slovenia.

Energy consumption per capita, kW/year: Iceland – 52,688, Norway – 23,027, Bahrain – 21,365, Qatar - 16,346, Kuwait – 15,450, UAE – 13,202, Sweden – 12,702, USA – 11,840, Taiwan – 11,690, Australia – 8870, Austria – 7,740, Russia – 6767, slightly less Slovenia. France, Germany, China – 5467.
But if we calculate the population of China correctly, then the energy consumption in China is higher than in the Russian Federation.
That is, according to the most important industrial indicator, Russia is in the ass.

In the Russian manufacturing industry alone, the proportion of worn-out equipment exceeds 50%.

A significant part of intermediates — intermediates for the production of substances are imported from China.
According to Himmed Trading House, they receive 90% of intermediates and substances from China and India, while domestic producers account for only 2% of supplies.
The Russian shoe market was destroyed by the Chinese market. In 2024, 20 shoe factories were closed in Russia.
The dependence of Russian medicine manufacturers on imports is total — up to 80% of the raw materials used are imported from abroad. More than 2/3 of the supplies come from China and India. Russian manufacturers are crushed by the lack of government protectionist measures.
Mechanical engineering in Russia fell by 18% in 2024.

Russian moronic ministers have disabled the space industry, the failure of the lunar mission has been added to the crashes of “Proton” and “Progress”, and the low number of space launches.

Foreign manufacturers have mastered the 4nm process technology. In the early 2030s, Russia plans to reach the level of 28 nm, but it won't reach it.

Russia has not produced a single civilian aircraft in 2024.

The Russian Ministry of Defense is corrupt from top to bottom. In 2024, it turned out that 11 trillion disappeared into the depths of the ministry. rubles = 0.157 trillion dollars.

Putin's Fake rating

Every week statistical agency VTsIOM hammers into the heads of Russians that Putin is allegedly supported by 79-82% of Russians. However, there is no way to verify the VTSIOM data. There is no evidence of their data. VTsIOM does not even publish the survey methodology.

In July 2023, more than 1,300 respondents from different parts of Russia were interviewed. They were all asked a single question.: "Have you participated in the polls conducted by VTSIOM?" The result was frankly discouraging - 8% of Russians took part in VTSIOM polls, 92% did not take part. In this case, who is VTsIOM interviewing??

In 2023, according to VTsIOM, Vladimir Putin's rating reached as much as 89.9%. But what is a rating? Putin's rating is high, but worse than that of Tunisia's Ben Ali in 2009 – 90%, not even a rating, but an election result.

Anyway, in 2024, 80% of Russians (VTsIOM) trust Putin, while only 26% of French trust Macron.
At the same time, the standard of living in France is three times higher than in Russia.
Why is Putin's popularity more than three times higher than Macron's??

The data from other agencies is strikingly different. So, during the research of the center for public expertise "AXIO" from June 10 to July 10, 2019, 85606 people were interviewed, 85284 questionnaires were accepted for processing.
In relation to the government and the people, the data is as follows: admired – 1.2%. Satisfied – 8.5%. It's hard to say -16.6%. Dissatisfied – 30.4%. Outraged – 41.6%.
How can the chief representative of the government have an 80% rating when 41.6% are outraged by the government and 30.4% are dissatisfied with the government??

And it's not only VTsIOM's fault. VTSIOM sociological survey among Russians: do you agree that the Sun is a satellite of the Earth? 12 years ago, there were 28% positive responses, now there are 35%.

15.9.2025 на ресурсе RTна русском вышла статейка Владимира Цегоева «Почему безработица в России оказалась ниже, чем в других крупнейших экономиках мира». И подзаголовок: «В России зафиксирована самая низкая безработица среди стран G20».

«По итогам 1-й половины 2025, - пишет автор, - безработица в РФ составила 2,2%. Бизнес отмечает острую нехватку кадров. Официальная безработица в стране по методологии МОТ превышает 2%, но фактическое значение уже приблизилось к нулю, считает научный руководитель Центра конъюнктурных исследований при Институте статистических исследований и экономики знаний НИУ ВШЭ Георгий Остапкович: «Официальные 2,2% связаны с тем, что в крупных странах примерно 2—2,5% населения всегда находятся в состоянии временной безработицы. Но по факту у нас сейчас задействованы все трудовые ресурсы». Тенденция объясняется демографическими причинами и структурными преобразованиями экономики. Страна постепенно отходит от сырьевой модели и начинает производить больше товаров. Также в связи с уходом многих западных фирм РФ занимается импортозамещением.
Того же мнения ведущий аналитик Freedom Finance Global Наталья Мильчакова.
По словам Остапковича в 1990-х в стране резко упала рождаемость. В результате сегодня численность занятых в возрасте 25—39 лет (а это наиболее производительные кадры) сокращается, тогда как доля граждан пенсионного возраста растёт. Дефицит кадров приводит к тому, что зарплаты растут более высокими темпами, чем производительность труда».
Можно ли верить официальным ученым?

Ошеломляющие цифры о России

Официально безработица в РФ – 4%, это 2,5 млн чел. на примерно (пусть) 140 млн населения.
Но в РФ 19 млн фрилансеров, они заработали в 2024 году 320 млрд. рублей. То есть, они зарабатывают в месяц п 46 рублей, фактически являются безработными.
2,5 – 4, 19 + 2,5 = 21,5 – х. х = 34,4%.
Более 34% - такова реальная безработица в России!

 Последние дни Кремль стал уверять, что безработица – 2,2% ~ 1,4 млн чел.

Таким образом, в интеллектуальной элите России есть, по крайней мере, три неадекватных человека: Цегоев, Остапкович и Мильчакова. Вариантов немного: либо они неграмотны, либо они сумасшедшие, либо они просто кретины , либо они мошенники. При этом без всяких вариантов они являются холуями Путина.

К этой ошеломляющей цифре нужно добавить уровень смертности в России.
В начале 2022 года в период с января по март родилось 320 400 младенцев, что на 16 600 меньше, чем в январе-марте 2021 года. Число смертей (584 700) почти в два раза превысило число рождений.
Т.е. рождаемость в  РФ – немногим более 9 промилле, а смертность – 16,7 промилле.
Это официальные данные.
Напомню, что в 2012 году Росстат уверял, что смертность в РФ – 13 промилле.

На самом деле официальная статистика не учитывает:
1) вывоз гробов из города на село, в городе Перми, где проживает 900 тыс. человек, это примерно 1500 гробов ежегодно;
2) работу крематориев;
3) т.н. смежные кладбища. Так, в Перми кладбище на Липовой горе находится на границе между Свердловским и Мотовилихинским районами. Администрация каждого района приписывает это кладбище соседу, отчего они не попадают в статистику.
4) ЗАГС учитывает число вырытых на кладбищах ям. То есть, братскую могилу для бездомных ЗАГС считает до одну смерть.
Если суммировать неучтенные Росстатом смерти, то общая смертность возрастает до 20 промилле и выше.
По официальным данным естественная убыль населения России по итогам 2024 года увеличилась на 20%.
Россиян стало меньше на 0,6 млн чел.
Причем на войне гибнет в 10 раз меньше, чем в автокатастрофах или из-за болезней сердца.
Продолжительность жизни в ФРГ в 2-25 году – женщин: 81,7 лет, мужчин – 79,4 года.
Средняя продолжительность жизни обоих полов во Франции составляет 81,2 года. В России средняя продолжительность жизни обоих полов – 72,4 года, а мужчин - около 65 лет.

Средняя пенсия во Франции в 2023 поднялась до 69 970 рублей.
В России средняя пенсия в 2023 году составила 22 174 рубля.
В 2024 году цены на продукты питания в РФ выросли на 14%.

К этой второй ошеломляющей цифре (20 промилле) нужно добавить уровень производительности труда.
В 2015 году производительность труда в России была втрое ниже, чем во Франции.
В период с 2016 по 2023 годы производительность труда снижалась в таких ключевых отраслях, как добыча полезных ископаемых, торговля, транспорт, наука и техника.
В 2023 году производительность труда в России в абсолютных значениях (ВВП в част работы) - в 5 раз ниже, чем аналогичный показатель в США и в 3 раза ниже — чем в Германии.
По другим данным средний работник России производит 5,6 долл. в час, тогда как в Швеции – 31 долл., в США – 33,7 долл., в Дании - 37,8 долл. в час., т.е. производительность труда в РФ уже в 6 раз ниже, чем в США.

Российский экономический калейдоскоп

Рост ВВП в 4% за 2024 год обусловлен ростом объемов продукции венно-промышленного комплекса, но это не прибыль, а убыль. Но суть не в этом, а в том, что инфляция в 2024 году составляла свыше 7%, т.е. на самом деле наблюдался не рост, а убыль ВВП.

Банковская ставка составляет дикие 17%, а еще недавно была 21% (больше только в Турции).
Курс доллара – 80 рублей за доллар, при реальном курсе 10 рублей за доллар.

Россия по производству электроэнергии на душу населения стоит на 21 месте – после Франции, Швеции Финляндии и даже после Словении.
Энерговооруженность на душу, кВт/год: Исландия – 52 688, Норвегия – 23 027, Бахрейн – 21 365, Катар - 16 346, Кувейт – 15 450, ОАЭ – 13 202, Швеция – 12 702, США – 11 840, Тайвань – 11 690, Австралия – 8870, Австрия – 7740, РФ – 6767, чуть меньше Словения. Франция, Германия, Китай – 5467. Но если пересчитать на правильную численность населения Китая, то энерговооруженность в КНР выше, чем в РФ.
Т.е. по важнейшему промышленному показателю Россия – в жопе.

Только в обрабатывающей промышленности России доля изношенного оборудования превышает 50%.

Из Китая импортируется значительная часть интермедиатов — полупродуктов для производства субстанций. Как сообщили в Торговом доме «Химмед», они получают 90% интермедиатов и субстанций из Китая и Индии, а на отечественных производителей приходится всего 2 процента поставок.
Российский обувной рынок был уничтожен китайским рынком. В 2024 году в РФ закрылись 20 обувных фабрик.
Зависимость российских производителей лекарств от импорта тотальна — из-за рубежа ввозят до 80% используемого сырья. Более 2/3 поставок идут из Китая и Индии. Российские производители раздавлены отсутствие протекционистских мер государства.
Машиностроение в России в 2024 году обрушилось на 18%.

Российские дебильные министры вывели из строя космическую отрасль, к падениям «Протона» и «Прогресса», к низкому числу космических пусков добавился провал лунной миссии),
Зарубежные производители освоили 4-нм техпроцесс. В начале 2030-х годов Россия планирует достичь уровня 28 нм, но ведь не достигнет
Россия за 2024 год не произвела ни одного гражданского самолета.

Министерство обороны РФ коррумпировано сверху до низу. В 2024 году выяснилось, что в недрах министерства исчезли 11 трлн. рублей = 0,157 трлн. долл.

Фальшивый рейтинг Путина

ВЦИОМ каждую неделю вбивает в головы россиян, что Путина якобы поддерживают 79-82% россиян. При этом проверить данные ВЦИОМ нет никакой возможности. Доказательств их данных нет.
ВЦИОМ даже не публикует методику опросов.

В июле 2023 года было опрошено более 1300 респондентов из разных уголков России. Всем им был задан один единственный вопрос: "Вы принимали участие в опросах, проводимых ВЦИОМом?". Итог прямо скажем обескуражил - 8% россиян принимали участие в опросах ВЦИОМ, 92% не принимали.
Кого, в таком случае, опрашивает ВЦИОМ??

2023 году по данным ВЦИОМ, рейтинг Владимира Путина достиг аж 89,9%.
Но что такое рейтинг? Рейтинг Путина высокий, но хуже, чем у тунисского Бен Али в 2009–м - 90%, даже не рейтинг, а результат на выборах.

Так или иначе - в 2024-м Путину доверяют 80% россиян (ВЦИОМ), а Макрону лишь 26% французов.
При этом уровень жизни во Франции втрое выше, чем в РФ
Почему же популярность Путина выше, чем у Макрона, более чем в три раза??

Данные других агентств разительно отличаются. Так, в ходе исследования центра общественной экспертизы «АКСИО» с 10 июня по 10 июля 2019 г. было опрошено 85606 человек, 85284 анкеты приняты в обработку. По отношению власти к народу данные следующие: восхищен – 1,2%. Удовлетворен – 8,5%. Трудно сказать -16,6%. Не удовлетворен – 30,4%. Возмущен – 41,6%.
Как при возмущении властью 41,6% и при неудовлетворенности властью 30,4% может быть рейтинг 80% у главного представителя власти??

И ведь не только ВЦИОМ виноват.
Социологический опрос ВЦИОМ среди россиян: согласны ли вы с тем, что Солнце – это спутник Земли? 12 лет назад положительных ответов было 28%, сейчас 35%.
