Soul - 2

A book about the Soul. Continuation

Chapter 1.

"Recognition of presence"

There are experiences that do not come from outside - they exist to all words, to convictions, to the first thoughts about yourself.
It's not a flared-up feeling, not an epiphana, not a "signal" - it's the silence that was waiting to be noticed.

What we call the soul is present in a person from the very beginning, but awareness of it does not come immediately. A person can live for decades next to her, not knowing that he lives side by side with his authentic self.

And then it seems as if the soul "came" or "woke up".
But in reality, the one who is watching woke up.

The soul does not enter life -
life notices that it has always been inside it.

It doesn't go up and doesn't go down -
she finds out.

This recognition is not like a meeting, but like a return.
As if someone quietly called by name - not for the first time, but as if a long time ago -
and memory responded effortlessly, before the thought had time to explain.

So a person suddenly understands:
"I always felt it, I just didn't know what to call it."

When the gaze turns inward, he doesn't find anything new.
He discovers what has always known him - his light, his root, his silence.

And then the question disappears:
"Does the soul come to a person or does a person ascend to the soul?"
Because the truth is deeper:

they were never separated.
Only perception was divided.

Chapter 2.

"How the soul recognizes a person before a person recognizes the soul"

Before a person is able to call presence the word "soul", it has known his breath, his pain, his joy and silence for many years.
She is not a guest in the body, and not an observer from the outside.
She is the main witness of life.

A person recognizes his soul later,
but the soul recognizes a person from the very beginning.

Why doesn't a person recognize it right away?

Because at the first stages of life, consciousness is directed outwards:
to people, to the world, to the reaction, to survival, to adaptation.

The body learns to walk.
The mind learns to understand.
Personality learns to be reflected in others.
And only then does the attention turn inward.

The soul remains the "background" all this time,
like the sky, which doesn't disappear if you close your eyes.
She is not waiting for the moment of appearance, she is waiting for the moment of recognition.

How does the soul recognize a person first?

The soul has no doubts about who it is connected with.
Only the mind has questions.
The connection is established not through knowledge, but through the identity of origin.

The soul is not an "additive" to a person.
It's the man himself -
in the form it is before experience, to fears, to biography.

And on the day when a person feels for the first time:
"I've always known it..." -
it's not a discovery.
It's a memory.

Why is this recognition so quiet?

Because the soul never needs proof of its existence.
She doesn't require attention - she's waiting for her return.
She doesn't knock - she's present.
She doesn't ask - she remembers.

A person may not know her,
but she always knows him.

Chapter 3.

"Why does a person lose touch with the soul if the connection is never interrupted"

The paradox of the human path is that the soul does not leave -
attention is deverting.
The inner light does not disappear -
eyelids close.

The connection is not broken,
but the feeling of connection can disappear.

How does it happen

A person comes into the world open, transparent, feeling.
But gradually attention is deverted from the inner to the external:
• to the requirements
• to the role
• to the expectations of others
• to fears and comparisons
• to the need to be "someone"

This is how personality is built - the shell that a person wears to be accepted in the world.
But at the same time, he temporarily loses his sense of self to his personality.

He stops hearing not because the voice of the soul has disappeared,
but because it's getting too noisy around.

Lost - not lost

It is very important to understand:
A person does not lose his soul
- he loses access to the memory of her.

Just as the sun doesn't disappear at night -
it's just from the other side of the horizon.

While the attention is occupied with struggle, protection, search for recognition or fear -
the inner voice sounds too subtle to be heard.

But he doesn't shut up.
He's waiting.

Where does the break occur?

It's not between the soul and the person.
He is between a person and himself - what he is to all conventions.

When a person says:
"I lived without knowing that it was a soul" -
it means:
there was a feeling, there was no understanding yet.

At first you can feel the connection,
then it is recognized,
and only then it is realized.

; Chapter 4.

"How does the return begin?"

Returning to the soul never looks like a sudden epitation that has fallen from the outside.
It begins quietly - not with an event, but with fatigue from external search.

Not when a person "becomes spiritual",
and when he stops finding support where he was looking before.

The return begins with a question without words

This is not a wording, but a feeling:

"What I live now is not everything I am."

Everything can remain the same from the outside:
the same house, the same people, the same responsibilities,
but inside there is a feeling of opening, as if the space opens from the inside.

There is no "turn to the soul" -
the tension is going away, which kept the attention out.

Turning point

A fracture is not a pain,
and the cessation of resistance.

It's as if a person had been standing with his back to the inner light all this time,
and one day I just got tired of keeping my tension,
and the back turns around by itself.

Not an effort - it returns.
And permission.

What changes first?

Not thoughts.
Not convictions.
Not even behavior.

The subtlety of perception changes.
A person begins to feel deeper than to understand.
He begins to hear what has always sounded.

The soul doesn't come -
audibility returns.

Recognition of oneself

And at this moment, the inner presence is not perceived as "other",
and as "I, who always was".
Without masks.
Without a role.
Without evidence.

This is a return home, but not geographically,
but existentially.

Chapter 5.

"What comes back: the soul to the person or the person to himself"

When we say "return", it seems as if someone is approaching someone.
But inside it is felt not as a meeting of two different entities, but as a recognition of a single one.

It's not the soul that comes back -
she didn't go anywhere.
It's not a person who comes back -
he was always "inside himself", he just didn't know the way to silence.

Coherence is returned.

What does "returning" mean in reality

The ability to recognize oneself by depth, not by form, returns.
Not by role.
Not in history.
Not on the wounds.
Not for fears.
Not in the past.

Presence returns.

This is not a "new state" -
this is a native state that a person finally ceases to overshewst-who-survived, and begins to be himself-who-lives.
The soul does not take steps towards a person

And a person does not take steps towards the soul.
Step makes consciousness,
which ceases to be identified only with the external.

Until that moment, a person "lived on the surface of himself".
After that - in the depths of myself.

It's not an approach.
It's a memory.

True return

A true return is when a person feels for the first time:

"What I was looking for was always me,
and lived in me more quietly than the thought."

This recognition is not an emotion or a thought.
It's recognition - like a memory that doesn't learn, but remembers.

That's why no one comes and goes up -
the meaning returns to its place.

Chapter 6.

"Why the connection with the soul feels like "I'm at home", although the person has not gone anywhere"

The state of "I'm at home" does not arise because a person has returned somewhere,
but because the feeling of alienation within myself disappeared.

While attention lives only in the outside world,
a person experiences internal fragmentation:
he acts - but does not feel that it comes from the depths;
he lives - but as if "near him".

When the connection with the soul awakens,
there is not a new feeling,
and the old disappears -
feeling of inner loneliness.

Home is not a place

A house is a coincidence with yourself.

Not "I found my soul",
and "I stopped passing by myself".

That's why it's so hard to describe in words:
nothing changes outwardly,
and inside - as if you stop being a guest in your own life.

There are no new answers -
there's just no need to look for them outside.

Why does it seem like a comeback?

Because the soul was a recognized kinship, forgotten for a while.
When this kinship is realized again -
a person feels not a find, but a recognition,
not a discovery, but a reminder,
not a second birth, but a memory of the first.

This is the feeling of home:
not walls,
not the address,
not circumstances,
and a deep "I am", which is no longer looking for a master.

Chapter 7.

"Why doesn't the soul blame a person for the years of oblivion?"

In the world of human relations, attachment is often accompanied by the expectation of:
if someone has left, they are expected to explain;
if someone has returned, guilt, repentance or justification are expected from him.

But the soul does not live in the mechanics of expectations.
She doesn't compare or judge,
because she wasn't abandoned.

To blame, you need to feel the loss.
The soul has never felt lost -
she felt a connection that was invisible only to a person.

Why is there no resentment?

Resentment is possible where there are "two" -
the one who left, and the one who was left.

But there are no "two" between the soul and the person.
There is one consciousness experienced in different layers - deep and superficial.

When a person forgets his soul -
the soul doesn't disappear,
she's just waiting for her attention to stop being occupied by someone else's noise.

Her silence is not silence, it's a presence without a claim.

Why does the soul return instantly?

Because to return to it -
it's not "fixing a mistake",
and stop splitting inside yourself.

The soul does not ask:
"Where have you been for so long?"
She says:
"You're here again."

And even these are not words -
it's a sense of integrity that doesn't need explanation.

The soul is not offended, because it is not a memory of pain,

and the memory of the original closeness.

Even before all the stories, before all the wounds, before all the losses.

Chapter 8.

"When the connection with the soul ceases to be an experience and becomes a state"

While a person is just returning to the soul, the connection is experienced as an event:
as a moment of silence, revelation, inner light or recognition.
It seems that these are "special minutes" or special states.

But when the connection takes root,
she ceases to be a moment
and becomes the foundation.

At first, the soul feels like a presence

Then - as a support
And only then - like Me

Not "me and my soul",
and I am like a soul living through human experience.

What used to seem like a meeting,
becomes Then even the word "connection" itself disappears,
because there is no more separation that needs to be tied.

How does it feel?

It's not euphoria
and not peace,
and the deep "is",
which does not depend on external circumstances.

This existence without having to prove to yourself that you are alive,
and without the need to confirm the right to be.

What changes in a person?

He stops looking for himself in events
and begins to recognize himself in the presence.

He stops relying on the outside world
and starts to stand from the inside.

Not because the world has improved,
but because its center is no longer outside.

If you are ready, in the next chapter I will reveal an important transition:

"What happens to pain, fear and loneliness when a person lives from the soul, not from the mind?"

This part is one of the most important because it shows how inner integrity changes the experience.

Chapter 9.

"What happens to pain, fear and loneliness when a person lives from the soul"

When a person lives only with the mind, pain is felt as a threat, fear as a lack of strength, and loneliness as a break with the world.
But when a person begins to live from the soul, the same phenomena do not disappear, but change the depth and meaning.

They stop being enemies
and become signals of awakened sensitivity.

Pain

In the perception of the mind, pain is "something that needs to be stopped".
In the perception of the soul, pain is something where attention asks to return to the living.

Pain ceases to be a punishment
and becomes a pointer -
where a person still keeps himself away from himself.

Fear

Fear ceases to be a barrier
and becomes a threshold.

The mind sees "danger" in fear,
the soul is "the linge of growth that I have not yet crossed".

Therefore, fear does not disappear,
he just stops controlling the direction of movement.

Loneliness

This is where the deepest changes.

The loneliness of the mind is "I am without others".
The loneliness of the soul is "me with myself".

What used to feel like a break,
becomes a depression.
Not isolation, but the returned inside.

Therefore, people who live from the soul,
may be alone,
but they are not abandoned.

And most importantly

The pain no longer breaks - it reveals it.
Fear no longer restrains - it cleanses illusions.
Loneliness no longer hurts - it brings a person into integrity.

Not because the shadows have disappeared,
but because there was a light through which they can be seen differently.

Chapter 10.

"How the soul leads a person not through answers, but through recognition"

The mind is always looking for answers.
The soul is recognition.

Answers are needed where there is doubt.
Recognition occurs where the truth is already present, but has not yet been noticed.

Therefore, the soul never "explains" the way to a person -
she reminds him of what he always knew, but did not remember consciously.

Why doesn't the soul speak in words?

Because words belong to the mind,
and recognition - silence.

Recognition is not reasoning,
and the fall:
"yes, it is"
even before the thought had time to say "why".

This inner "I recognize" deeper than any arguments.

How does the soul lead?

She doesn't push forward
and doesn't pull behind him.

It attracts attention,
as if a person is going for warmth,
not realizing at first that the heat comes from him.

The mind is looking for landmarks outside.
The soul is a reference point inside.

A sign of what the soul is leading?

When the decision does not come as a "choice",
and how

"otherwise - it's impossible, because it's not me."

It's not a compromise,
not a calculation,
not logic.
It's self-recognition through action.

The soul doesn't teach - it remembers us

She doesn't give direction -
it reveals a direction that has always been natural.

Therefore, the path of the soul does not begin with effort,
it starts by finding out that
that doesn't require effort to be true.

Chapter 11.

"Why the path of the soul is always a return, not an achievement"

In the human view, the spiritual path often looks like a movement "up", "to something", "to the ideal", "to enlightenment".
But the soul doesn't strive somewhere - it remembers from where.

Therefore, her path is not to a new state,
and to the original state, lost!
The achievement measures:
how much is left to go.
The return sees:
how much has already been forgotten.

Why is it so important?

As long as a person believes that the path is an ascent to something,
he still feels far from who he is.

But when he realizes that the path is a return,
the distance between themselves and themselves disappears.

Not "I have to come",
and I gradually stop being a stranger to myself.

Turning the key

The deepest inner peace is born in this turn:

"I don't need to become -
I need to remember."

Enlightenment in this sense is not a reward,
and recognition of the native state, from which a person once was distracted.

Chapter 12.

"Where is the house of the soul"

If the path of the soul is not a movement forward,
not going up and not looking outside,
then the natural question becomes inevitable:

where is the "house" then, where does it return?

House of the soul -
not in space
and not in time.
He's not "there" and not "then".

The house of the soul is at the point of coincidence of a person with himself.

Home is not a place

Home is a gathering

A collection of feelings
concentration of attention
concentration of presence

A person turns out to be "at home" then,
when he stops standing next to himself
and begins to live from the center of himself.

Why don't you need to look for a house?

Because he's not outside of a person,
and not even "deep inside" -
it coincides with the very fact of "I am".

Man has never left the house of the soul -
he was just next to him,
without recognizing it as a "place of belonging".

It's like my heart has been beating all this time,
but the man considered it a "background",
until one day I found out:
that's me.

The house of the soul is not the point of arrival

This is a recognition point.

The place where a person ceases to be an observer of his life
and returns to the state of being present in himself.

That's why the return always feels like "I'VE REACHED",

even when there were no steps.

Because it's not the body that reaches,
and not a person,
and attention.

Chapter 13.

"How the soul begins to lead a person when he returns home"

When a person lives away from himself, he is controlled by circumstances, fears, expectations, plans, roles and survival reflexes.
But when a person returns to the presence, control does not go to the mind, but to inner clarity, which does not require evidence.

The soul does not lead through effort.
It leads through naturalness.

What changes in the way of moving through life?

Previously, the path was through search:
"How correctly?", "Where is my place?", "What to choose?", "What will happen if?"

When the connection is restored,
another quality appears:
if you don't choose, you'll find out.

Not analysis - recognition.
Not control - consent.
Not the fear of consequences - a feeling of correctness.

The guidance of the soul is not orders

This is recognition of conformity

The soul doesn't say "do it",
the soul creates inner clarity:

"Yes, because it's mine"
Or
"No, because it's not me"

Without a fight.
Without self-confidence.
No internal bargaining.

Silence becomes a compass

When the connection with the soul is rooted,
a person begins to hear not words, but the tone of himself.

And he feels the boundaries not because of fear,
and because of the lack of response.

And the directions are not through logic,
and through internal inclusion.

You don't need to understand the soul -
she needs to be recognized.

The most important thing

The soul does not control a person -
she turns a person to his authenticity,
and then the movement becomes natural,
like breathing that doesn't need to be controlled.

Chapter 14.

"Why the soul leads not to the goal, but to the integrity"

The mind is always focused on the future: "where to come", "what to achieve", "what to become".
For the mind, the goal is the horizon to be reached.

But the soul does not lead to the horizon.
The soul leads to the center.

The goal of the mind is always movement.
The goal of the soul is coincidence.

The soul does not ask:

"Who will you be?"
She asks (without words):
"Are you yourself now?"

Her direction is not in time,
but in authenticity.

Why integrity is more important than achievement

Achievement gives a result,
but doesn't always bring a person back to him.

Integrity brings back to itself
and the result ceases to be something external -
it becomes a natural consequence of internal compliance.
The soul doesn't create a biography

The soul creates consistency with life itself

A person ceases to act "to",
and begins to act "from".

Not to meet expectations,
but for the sake of matching your depth.

Integrity is a place where the internal split disappears

There is no need for:
• justify yourself
• prove the rightness
• keep the image
• fight for significance
• protect fragile identity

Because what is genuine does not require protection.

Chapter 15.

"How life changes when a person lives not out of fear of loss, but out of fullness"

When a person lives out of fear -
each action is aimed at retaining:
status, relationship, security, approval, role.

When a person lives from fullness
he doesn't hold anything,
because he doesn't draw himself from the outside.

The one who is afraid of losing is always outside.
The one who lives from fullness is already at home.

What exactly is changing

1. Motivation
• earlier: "to make it good"
• now: "because it responds"

2. Attitude to people
• earlier: "need for confirmation"
• now: "joy in presence"

3. Attitude to events
• earlier: control
• now: cooperation with what is happening

Why does the tension disappear

Fear is compression.
Integrity is disclosure.

When a person lives in compression, he defends himself all the time.
When he lives in disclosure, he sounds all the time.

Integrity does not give a guarantee -
she gives support.

And when the support is inside,
the external ceases to be a threat.

That's why they say:

"when a person connects with the soul, life begins to flow"
- not because everything suddenly becomes easy,
but because a person ceases to be an obstacle to himself.

He stops holding,
and life can flow through it again,
and not just around it.

If you are ready, in the next chapter we will touch on an even deeper layer - the transition from internal support to inner silence as a form of wisdom:

"Why, after connecting with the soul, a person stops looking for answers and begins to hear them inside"

Chapter 16.

"When life ceases to be a task and becomes an expression of the soul"

As long as a person lives from the mind, life is perceived as a set of tasks:
what needs to be fixed, what to achieve, who to keep, what to provide, where to manage.

Life becomes something that must be "led", "controlled", "proven" or "protected".

But when a person returns to the presence of the soul -
life ceases to be a project
and becomes a manifestation.

Not "what should I do with life" -
and what life wants to show through me.
The difference is thin, but absolute
Why does the tension dissolve?

When life is a task, it goes through effort.
When life is a manifestation, it goes through naturalness.

This is not passivity and not a refusal of action.
This is a change in the source of action.

A person ceases to be the executor of his destiny
and becomes a carrier of the meaning that is revealed in it.

Connection with the soul does not change circumstances -

it changes the center from which it lives

And then life ceases to be a struggle for a place
and becomes a presence that creates space itself.

Life ceases to be something "external",
and for the first time it becomes mine not as belonging, but as a manifestation of myself.

Chapter 17.

"Why does a person stop "building destiny" after connecting with the soul and begins to live a destiny"

Destiny is what a person tries to build from the outside,
until he feels the support inside.

Purpose is something that begins to manifest itself from within,
when the connection with the soul is restored.

Fate is based on effort,
purpose - for compliance.

What distinguishes destiny from destiny?
Why is there no need to look for a destiny?

Because destiny is the direction of the soul,
and not a task for the mind.

The mind is looking for a way,
the soul learns the direction.

When a person is still far from himself, he asks:
"Who should I be? What should I do? Where is my place?"

When the connection is restored, the question disappears,
because life begins to flow in unity with inner nature.

Purpose is not a choice,
and the natural consequence of who you are.

Fate is about an external scenario,

purpose is about internal authenticity

Fate says:
"I need to become."

The soul answers:
"I need to be."

And when a person begins to be,
what is called destiny,
reveals itself - as an extension of its depth.

Chapter 18.

"How does a person know that he already lives a destiny (even before he understood it with his mind)"

Destiny does not begin on the day when a person "realises his mission".
It starts much earlier -
at the moment when his actions begin to coincide with his authenticity,
even if he can't explain it yet.

The soul always lives by destiny,
mind - catches up with this understanding later.

How do you find out?

This is not recognized by the results,
and not for success.

This is recognized by the inner feeling:

"I'm real in this."

Even if it's hard.
Even if no one sees.
Even if there is no form and recognition yet.

The main sign of destiny is self-compliance,
and not meeting the expectations of the world.

Early signs that come before understanding:

1. Traction without explanation
Not "needed", but "pulls where I'm alive".
2. State of presence
I'm not disappearing from myself in this.
3. Reliability of sensations
Even if the mind doubts - it's quiet and true inside.
4. Deep naturalness
It's not an effort, it's an extension of me.
5. The comparison is going
When I'm in my place, I don't need to measure other people's lives.

Purpose is known by the heart sooner than by the mind

The mind asks:
"Is that really right?"

The soul just knows:
"This is mine."

And only after a while the mind catches up:

"So that's what I've been looking for all this time."

There is no need to look for a purpose -
you need to recognize him inside yourself.

And when this recognition happens, a person suddenly feels:
I'm not going my way,
and the path always went in me.

Chapter 19.

"Why the purpose cannot be missed"

Many people are afraid that they were "late", "did not realize themselves", "chose the wrong path", and now it's too late to change something.
This thought is born only where a person believes that the purpose is outside - in form, event, role, profession, success.

But the purpose is not in the form, but in the source.
And the source is not in time.

Therefore, it is impossible to miss it, it is impossible to "miss" and it is impossible to lose it.

You can only lose recognition,
but not the very deep trajectory of the soul.

The purpose is not an event, it's a vector

The form can change dozens of times,
and the direction remains the same, from the early years to the last day.

Even when a person lived "by" -
he still walked inside the line of his soul,
I just haven't recognized her yet.

No one can get away from their fullness -
you can only temporarily not look in her direction.

Why does destiny come "always on time"?

Because it comes not by age, but by the degree of recognition.

When a person becomes ready to see himself,
destiny ceases to be a search and becomes an awareness of what has already been part of the path.

Not "it started now",
and "it became visible now".

The quietest truth

Purpose has always been inside a person.
It's just that one day he turns his face to
that all this time was from the inside.

Therefore, the spiritual path is
it's not the achievement of meaning,
and a meeting with the meaning you've always been.

Chapter 20.

"How the soul chooses the form of self-realization - and why it does not coincide with the expectations of society"

Society teaches a person to look for his place "by form":
profession, role, status, success, recognition.

But the soul does not choose the form -
the soul chooses the state through which it manifests itself.

Therefore, what looks like a "random way" from the outside,
from the inside it turns out to be the most accurate correspondence to the inner nature.

A person can think:
"I turned off", "I lost time", "I'm not there",
but the soul never thinks so.

It's not the form that matters to her,
and the depth of presence with which a person lives.

Why is the realization of the soul not like social success?

Because success is meeting the expectations of the outside world.
And the manifestation of the soul is a correspondence to the inner truth.

Success measures "what you have achieved".
The soul is "who you are".

These are two different levels of existence.

How does the soul choose its shape?

She doesn't choose "what to do" -
she chooses what state to be,
and the action becomes a consequence.

That's why the same actions committed out of fear are tiring,
and the finished from fullness fill.

The soul chooses not an external scenario,
and the quality of presence, which will manifest itself through this scenario.

Misunderstanding arises only where they try to compare the incomparable.

And that's why the purpose always unfolds from the inside out,
and not vice versa.

Chapter 21.

"Why the soul chooses not success, but maturity of expression"

For society, maturity is measured by achievements:
age; status; result; position.

For the soul, maturity is measured by the depth of presence:
how much a person corresponds to himself,
and not the role in which circumstances put him.

The soul never strives for success.
Because success is a form.
And the soul is the content.

What is maturity for the soul?

Maturity is the moment when a person stops living in an attempt to become someone
and begins to be what he has always been in the depths.

It's not an addition, it's a disclosure.
Not becoming, but unpacking.

Maturity is not something that comes after achievements.
Maturity is what allows you to stop depending on achievements.

Why can success come later, and maturity sooner?

Because success depends on external recognition.
And maturity is from inner recognition.

Sometimes external success comes very late -
not because the person is "late",
and because the soul was waiting,
when a person becomes ready not to lose himself inside success.

Many people are given shape too early -
and they get lost in it.

The soul is always waiting,
until a person is ready to remain himself in any form.

That's why the soul chooses depth, not speed.

She doesn't care about height,
and rootedness.

Without roots, height breaks.
With roots - nourishes.

Maturity is when the result no longer defines you,
but only keeps you going.

Chapter 22.

"How the soul reveals its purpose softly - through maturation, not through pressure"

The soul never presses or rushes.
Pressure is the language of fear.
Maturation is the language of depth.

While a person lives through tension and expectations, he feels that he "must correspond" and "have time".
But the soul knows: the fruit ripens not from effort, but from the readiness to open up in due time.

Maturation is an inner willingness to be yourself

Not an external opportunity,
and the inner willingness to withstand the light of one's own presence.

First, a person searches,
then it grows,
then it is revealed.

And only after disclosure it becomes clear,
that that was the purpose.

The soul reveals the way as a flower unfolds

Not a jerk,
not by leap,
not by coercion,
and through the maturation of the natural form.

While the flower is a bud,
it is impossible to force it to be petals.
Its depth has not yet opened outward.

So is the soul:
she doesn't demand "faster",
she is waiting for readiness for self-knowledge.

Why is softness more important than speed?

Early discovered depth becomes a vulnerability.
The ripe one becomes a force.

While a person holds on to the image,
the soul is waiting.
When he stops holding -
she's starting to show up.

Maturation is not passivity,
it's an inner willingness to accommodate the present self.

Chapter 23.

"How the soul chooses trials and pain as part of maturation"

What the mind calls "test", the soul calls maturation.
What the mind considers an obstacle,
the soul knows how to prepare for the depth.

Pain is not a punishment -
it is an expander of perception,
a container of future understanding.

Only through contact with one's own vulnerability
a person becomes capable of true depth.

Why doesn't the soul avoid trials?

Because the soul does not strive for comfort -
she strives for integrity.

Integrity is not born when "nothing hurts",
and then, when even pain does not tear a person away from himself.

Tests do not test strength,
and communication.

What happens in difficulties

In the test, a person sees for the first time:
where he relied on the outside world,
where I was looking for confirmations outside,
and where he hasn't recovered yet.

Suffering is not pain in itself.
Suffering is resistance to what leads to growth.

When the connection with the soul is restored,
a person begins to see in the test not hostility,
and the transition threshold.

Why the soul chooses the path through experience

Because only the experience becomes inner knowledge,
and not someone else's concept.

What is understood by the head is forgotten.
What is lived by the heart becomes a support.

And that's why difficult stages are not a deviation from the path,

and the deep point of self-touch

Exactly where a person thinks:
"I'm broken" -
the soul knows:
"I'm opening up."

Chapter 24.

"How the soul heals not pain, but division"

Many people think that healing is getting rid of pain.
But this is not the case in a deep spiritual reality.

The soul does not remove the pain -
it removes the separation, because of which pain becomes suffering.

Pain is a signal of the living.
Suffering is the experience of breaking with yourself.

When a person is connected to his own depth again,
pain ceases to be an enemy
and becomes a movement back to integrity.

What exactly is healed?

It's not the event that heals,
and that place inside, where a person turned away from himself at the moment of pain.

The external wound is just a trace.
Internal rupture is the cause.

The soul heals not what happened,
and where a person lost himself on the way through it.

Why does healing come with silence, not with effort?

Effort fights pain.
Silence brings back the presence.

When the presence returned,
pain ceases to be a threat
and becomes an experience of depth.

So the soul does not erase the past,
she fits it into the fullness,
stopping internal tornness.

True healing is a return.

Not to the past,
and to himself - to the one who was alive in this experience.

And then a person feels:
"It hurt, but now I'm more than pain."

Not because the wound disappeared,
but because the detachment from myself disappeared.

Chapter 25.

"Why the soul does not heal pain, but expands the capacity of love"

The mind believes that the purpose of healing is to get rid of pain.
But the soul knows that its true goal is
expand the ability to love without closing and shrinking.

Where the pain is experienced to the end and accepted,
it's not a wound that appears there -
space appears there.

And this space is that,
where a person can now feel deeper than before,
because he stopped defending himself.

Pain doesn't make a person tough.

Resistance to pain makes

When a person defends himself, he shrinks.
When it takes it, it expands.

The soul doesn't try to remove the pain,
because it doesn't destroy integrity.
Destroys the rejection of pain - the rejection of a part of oneself.

Why does a person become softer, not weaker after the pain experienced?

Because softness is not fragility,
and transparency.

When protection is no longer needed,
depth appears instead of armor.

Where there used to be a wall,
permeability appears,
and love can flow further than before.

The soul heals not the wound, but the narrowness

It expands the inner space so,
so that love could hold what
which seemed impossible to bear before.

Therefore, the deepest people are those,
who didn't avoid pain,
and went through it without losing myself.

Chapter 26.

"When the space of pain becomes the space of love"

The moment that the mind considers "the end of the forces",
for the soul is often the beginning of depth.

When the pain is lived to the end,
a person suddenly discovers,
that there is more space inside him than wounds.

It's not the disappearance of pain,
and the overgrowth of its capacity.

Not "the wound has closed",
and the heart became wider than the wound.

How does pain turn into love?

Pain in itself is not an obstacle to love.
The obstacle is the fear of feeling it again.

When the fear disappears,
pain ceases to be a threat
and turns into a passage.

And the place where a person used to close,
becomes a place where he can now touch softer,
feel deeper,
to empathize without protection.

So the wound becomes permeable to love,
not weakness.

That's why the deepest people are not those who avoided pain,
and those who are no longer afraid to feel

Their softness is not fragile,
and the maturity of the heart,
which knows the pain,
but it doesn't shrink in front of her anymore.

Where the soul touched the pain,
she doesn't leave a scar -
she leaves the ability to see the living in the other.

The real maturity of the soul looks like this:

not "I don't suffer anymore"
a
"Suffering no longer separates me from me"

not "no more pain"
a
"I'm wider than pain"

not "I feel better"
a
"I'm deeper"

Chapter 27.

"How the soul begins to shine through a person when the memory of oneself is complete"

When the connection with the soul is restored, it first feels like a presence.
Later - as a support.
And then - like silence, in which a person recognizes himself.

But there is another stage that comes after that:
the soul ceases to be an inner experience
and becomes a way of shining outward.

This is the moment when her presence is no longer just felt,
and manifests itself through:
• look
• voice
• actions
• softness
• presence
• depth of hearing
• the quality of touching the world

Man does not "bear the light" -
it becomes permeable for him.

The shine is not an action.

This is a natural consequence of the lack of internal resistance.

Light is not created -
it reveals itself where there is nothing else to defend.

And that's why the soul begins to shine not through effort,
and through transparency.

The radiance is not an effect,

Purpose has always been inside a person.
It's just that one day he turns his face to
that all this time was from the inside.

Therefore, the spiritual path is
it's not the achievement of meaning,
and a meeting with the meaning you've always been.

Chapter 28.

It's not the form that matters to her,
and the depth of presence with which a person lives.

and the state of continuous presence

It's when next to such a person
it becomes easier to be yourself.

Not because he teaches,
but because it's not closed.

A sign that the soul began to shine through a person

Not what they say about him,
and not how it is evaluated.

And the fact that in his presence
other people suddenly remember themselves.

Chapter 36.

"What is a spiritual glow and why it is tangible to others, even when a person does nothing"

Spiritual glow is not an action or a charisma.
It's not a force of influence or an attraction.
This is a presence in which tension disappears - and the space becomes soft.

Glow is not something that a person conveys to others,
and the fact that others suddenly remember in themselves next to him.

Why is it felt by others?

Usually people unconsciously live in defenses:
they are tense, closed, wary, internally "gathered into a fist".

When a person is nearby,
who doesn't hold anything and doesn't evaluate anyone,
their nervous system gets the experience of inaction of protection for the first time.

There is silence inside -
and this silence is read as light.

Glow is not radiation, but the absence of a shad.

The mind thinks that spirituality is "emitting light".
But in fact, no one needs to "radiate" light:
he is always there.

Glow happens then,
when nothing else overscures a person.

This is not an addition,
and transparency.

That's why you can't see the glow with your eyes,

but it is felt by the soul of another
• next to such a person, I want to breathe deeper
• words become quieter
• presence becomes dense
• time seems to stretch
• the need to "be someone" disappears

A rare condition appears:
you can be - just be.

That's why the glow works effortlessly.

It's not trying to change the world.
It creates a space in which the world ceases to be on the defensive.

It's not an influence,
and the removal of the invisible.

Chapter 37.

"Why the light of the soul is inaudible to the mind, but recognizable by the heart"

The mind perceives only what can be explained, compared, measured or justified.
But the light of the soul does not belong to the area of the explainable -
it belongs to the area of the recognizable.

That's why the mind can't hear it,
and the heart will know instantly.

The mind is looking for evidence

The heart recognizes the presence

The mind asks:
"Why am I calm next to him?"
The heart responds with silence.

The mind is looking for a reason,
and the heart already feels the truth.

The light of the soul is read not with the eyes, but with the field

It's like warm:
you can't see him,
but you can feel it.

Similarly with the inner light:
he doesn't "glow out" -
it removes the distance between souls.

When the internal distance disappears,
another person feels indisemited,
and it is lived as acceptance without conditions.

Why does this happen without words?

Because the soul does not communicate through the tongue,
and through the recognition of kinship.

The soul in one person feels the soul in another
not as a message,
and as a coincidence of the vibration of being.

And even if the mind hasn't figured it out yet,
the heart has already said:

"This space is safe,
you can be real in it."

That's why the glow doesn't require witnesses

You can't see him with your eyes,
and presence.

And the one who shines,
usually doesn't even notice what's shining -
it just stopped being closed.

Chapter 38.

"Silence as the language of the soul: why depth does not require explanation"

When a person lives with his mind, he communicates with words.
When a person lives by soul, he communicates by presence.

Words are needed there,
where there is division.

Silence is possible there,
where there is recognition.

Silence is not the absence of sound

It's the lack of disunity

Silence does not arise from the outside -
it spills from the inside,
when a person stops explaining himself to the world
and just becomes himself.

Then every word becomes secondary,
because the most important thing has already been said by presence.

Why depth doesn't explain

Because it manifests itself,
and not proved.

What requires explanations has not yet been lived.
What has been experienced sounds without explanation.

Depth does not need arguments,
just like the truth doesn't need advertising.

When does silence become a tongue?

It happens then,
when a person no longer "defoses his truth",
and is to her.

He doesn't convince -
he is present.

He doesn't attract attention -
it doesn't blow the light.

Silence is a form of soul maturity

She appears then,
when a person stops living in reaction
and begins to live in harmony with himself.

In such silence, the struggle disappears,
because the need to prove one's existence disappears.

Chapter 39.

"Why the soul speaks not with words, but with a state - and how this state is read by others"

The soul never speaks with text.
She speaks of the quality of presence.

This state is not conveyed through the meaning of the sentence,
and through who the one who pronounces the words is.

So sometimes the same sentence from different mouths
feels completely differently:

- for some it sounds empty,
- in others - reveals the space inside.

It's not a phrase,
speaks the state from which it is pronounced.

People feel the state before the meaning

Before the word comes to mind,
the presence has already touched the heart.

It happens instantly:
not through analysis,
and through resonance.

We feel the truth not because it is logical,
but because she will find out.

Why is that so?

Because the soul is not an "idea about us",
and the frequency of our existence.

Where a person speaks from the mind, the form sounds.
Where from the soul - the source itself sounds.

This is what sometimes only one look is enough to understand everything.
And one silence is enough for the truth to stand up.

How do others "read" the state?

They don't think about it
and are not aware of the process.

It happens as naturally as breathing:
• the soul of another person captures the presence,
• recognizes the kinship of frequency,
• and you can feel a soft "yes",
even if it's still unclear why.

Therefore, the one who lives from the soul,

"speaks" even when he is silent

He communicates in peace,
and not just a phrase.

And people hear it,
even if they don't understand - what exactly?!

Chapter 40.

"How the soul is recognized by the soul: the phenomenon of inner attraction"

Sometimes a person meets someone for the first time -
and suddenly there is an inexplicable closeness, a feeling of recognition,
as if this is not a new meeting, but a continuation of a long-started dialogue.

The mind calls it a "coincidence",
soul - a meeting by memory.

It's not about appearance, not about biography, not about compatibility of habits.
It's about frequency recognition.

Why does it happen instantly?

Because the soul doesn't need time,
to know the one who is related to her in the world.

Recognition is not built -
it pops up.

It's as if two strings were tuned the same:
when one sounds, the other one responds by itself.

Attraction is not a search,
and the coincidence of fields.

People are attracted to each other not because "they need to be together",
but because their souls hear each other without interference.

Not by lack,
and from recognition.

Why does it feel like "I've already seen it somewhere"?

Because the soul recognizes by the state,
and not by personality.

There is no intellectual memory,
but there is a memory of presence:

"I already know this feeling
to all sorts of stories."

This is the spiritual kinship -
not psychological, but ontological.

And most importantly...

Such recognition does not require explanations,
does not need an excuse,
doesn't depend on how long people have known each other.

It just exists -
as a fact that was before the words.

Chapter 41.

"Why is the soul attracted not to a person, but to the space in which it recognizes itself"

When we say "I'm attracted to this man",
in reality, it's not an attraction to personality,
and the attraction to the state that awakens inside us next to it.

The soul always moves there,
where she meets the reflection of her own depth.

It's not the form that matters,
and what I'm becoming in this space.

It's not a person who attracts,
and the degree of truth that I feel in myself next to him

If the soul is revealed next to someone -
there is a feeling of warmth, latitude, breathing.

If the soul shrinks next to someone -
there is anxiety, tightness, self-disassance.

It's not about characters and coincidences of interests.
It's about the state of presence, which either maintains communication with itself or closes it.

The soul does not recognize the person,
and transparency

When another person does not cover the space,
the soul feels: you can be here.

Not for the sake of —
and in full.

Therefore, "native" people are not those with whom there is much in common,
and those next to whom you don't disappear from yourself.

This is the most accurate criterion of spiritual closeness.

The afinship of souls is not about uniformity,
and about recognizing light in another as your own.

And that's why a real connection is never built on needs.

It is built on recognition.

The soul is not looking for nourishme -
she's looking for a space where she doesn't need to hide.

Chapter 42.

"What happens when two souls recognize each other at the same time"

When recognition occurs only on one side, it feels like attraction.
But when it happens on both sides at the same time,
there is not just an attraction -
there is a meeting.

It's no longer a movement towards a person,
and the experience of common space,
where two presences begin to sound like a single chord.

At this moment, the "between" disappears
There are not two "I" left -
and one field of recognition.

Not "me and the other",
and two transparencys inside one light.

Not an addition,
and coincidence in depth.

Signs of such a meeting
1. Time loses density
It seems that the moment lasts longer than it should.
2. Words become secondary
The dialogue is felt before speech.
3. There is an ease to be
There is no need to play a role - nothing needs to be "held".
4. Silence is not awkward
She becomes a carrier of communication.
5. Presence is as dense as light
You can feel the depth that cannot be "explained".

Why is it felt so strongly?

Because at this moment
the soul does not meet a person,
and the own openness reflected in the other.

It's not "two lights",
and the light, which recognized another manifestation of its own.

Therefore, such meetings are not forgotten -
they are remembered by the body of silence, not the mind.

That's why such people feel "like I've always known them"

Because recognition -
it's not learning the story of another,
and recognition of one's own depth, reflected from the outside.

At this point, the connection does not expand -
the capacity of love is expanding.

Chapter 43.

"Why the meeting of two knowing souls always changes both, even if their paths do not continue together"

When two souls recognize each other,
there is no exchange of information between them,
and exchange of presence.

It's not a meeting of personalities,
and the meeting of the depths.

And after that, a person can no longer be the same,
because once experienced depth
expands the space of the soul irreversibly.

Why does it change both?

Because the meeting doesn't add anything new,
and removes the excess -
everything that prevented me from being myself.

Another person becomes a mirror
not for appearance,
but for the truth.

And what was in the soul is ready to be revealed,
finally receives confirmation:
"Yes, it's always been in me."

Even if the paths diverge,
The meeting doesn't remain like history,
and as a turn of awareness.

Such meetings are not "for connections",
but to recognize yourself.

Sometimes they continue in time,
sometimes exist as one turning point -
but in both cases
they move a person closer to them.

Why is that enough?

Because the purpose of meetings is
it's not always community,
and mutual awakening.

People don't come to hold back,
but to remind.

Some souls stay close,
others are imprinted by light and go further.

But the meaning of the meeting is already perfect:
what has been awakened does not fall asleep again.

So the soul doesn't "fall in love with a person",
she recognizes the space,
in which she can be without borders.

And this recognition -
in itself a completed act of love.

Chapter 44.

"What is the difference between the love of the soul and the human love"

Human love is almost always directed "to someone" -
it has an object, form, expectation, history.

The love of the soul is not directed,
it radiates like light:
she doesn't exist for someone,
and regardless of the addressee.

Human love needs reciprocity.
The love of the soul is in truth.

The main difference: Why does the love of the soul not require retention?

Because it's not built on a lack,
and on the experience of fullness.

Human love often says:
"I love you because you..."

The love of the soul says:
"I am love, and when you are near, I remember myself even deeper."

It's not aimed at another,
it is revealed in the presence of another.

There is no loss in the love of the soul.

You can lose a person.
You can lose contact.
You can lose your form and history.

But love itself is impossible,
because it didn't belong to someone else.

It arose as a revelation of the depth in me,
and not as a gift received from the outside.

That's why after such love a person does not close.

Because he understood:
the main thing was not "with whom",
and who I become in this experience.

He's not looking for more,
he will find out.

Chapter 45.

"Why the love of the soul is experienced as a reminder, not as a beginning"

There is always a feeling of "beginning" in human love:
it wasn't there yesterday - it appeared today.

But the love of the soul is not felt as an emerging feeling,
it feels like what has already been - and has become clear.

Not "arose for the first time",
and became visible.

Didn't "fall in love",
and remembered the ability to be love.

The love of the soul is not an event, but a memory

She doesn't come -
it is revealed.

That's why in such experiences a person often says:
"as if I always knew it",
"as if I went back to where I was already,"
"It's not new - it's native".

It's not a poetic image -
it's an exact spiritual feeling:
the soul recognizes its own light.

Why doesn't it look like "in love"?

Because falling in love is the desire to get,
and the love of the soul is the disclosure of what is already there.

Falling in love wants intimacy.
The love of the soul itself is closeness.

Falling in love gives birth to desire.
The love of the soul gives birth to silence.

A reminder is deeper than a new feeling

Because at this moment nothing appears from the outside,
and what belonged to the source returns.

It's not "you love me"
and not "I love you" -

this is:
"In your light, I remembered my own radiance."

Therefore, such meetings are experienced as fateful

Because they don't bring back a person,
and the memory of one's own nature.

Chapter 47.

"When love ceases to be a feeling and becomes a state of being"

While love is perceived as a feeling,
it obeys fluctuations:
then it intensifies, then weakens,
then it is born, then it disappears.

But when love is revealed as the nature of the soul,
she ceases to be an experience
and becomes an environment of existence.

It's not what a person experiences anymore,
and who he is.

Feeling - depends on the object

Condition - from the source

In external love:
"I love you because..."

In the love of the soul:
"I am love, and through you I remember my depth"

The object no longer generates love -
it awakens the state that was in me initially.

In this state, a person does not "love" -

it radiates presence.

He doesn't choose a moment or an object -
love flows like a quiet outpour of being,
which is no longer narrowed down by a "personal story".

It's not a flash of emotion,
and the stability of light.

The main sign

Love is no longer looking for an answer.
It doesn't require a mirror.
Not afraid of loss.

Because it's not directed to someone -
it manifests itself through a person,
like its natural nature.

Then it becomes clear:

love is not an action and not an attitude,
and the form of the soul's presence in the world.

What at first seemed to be a feeling of "about someone",
turns out to be the state of "who I am".

NEW SECTION

"Love is like light"

Chapter 48.

"When presence becomes a space for others"

When love ceases to be a feeling and becomes a state of being,
a person ceases to just be in the world
and begins to create a space in which others can be.

This is the moment when love becomes light.

Not with light "as an effect",
and light as an environment of presence -
in which another person feels more of himself than usual.

How does it feel for another?

He feels:
• relief,
• silence,
• clarity,
• soft spread inside.

Not because he was "understood",
but because it was no longer evaluated and narrowed down.

When they don't try to put you in a frame -
you begin to remember your breadth.

Light is not an impact

It's the absence of borders

Where a person ceases to be closed,
it becomes transparent to the source.

And the presence ceases to be personal -
it becomes a space,
in which the other can also breathe, hear and be.

Light is not "given away" - it is recognized

It's not energy or attention that is transferred to another -
and the permission to be yourself,
which radiates silently.

Light is the recognition of integrity,
which no longer needs confirmation.

That's why they say next to such people:

"I'm calm with you"
"with you deeply"
"It's easy to be yourself with you"

These are not compliments
is evidence of the presence of light.

Chapter 49.

"Why the light of the soul does not belong to a person, but passes through him"

You can't "have" light.
You can only skip it.

At the moment when a person tries to make the light "his own" -
he ceases to be a light and turns into an image or a role.

But when a person becomes transparent -
the source begins to manifest freely,
like water that flows where there is no obstacle.

The soul is not a lantern

The soul is a window

The lantern shines by itself.
The window misses what always exists.

The radiance is not created by man -
it is revealed through it.

Therefore, spiritual light does not "belong to the individual",
it belongs to the depth that is older than the personality.

True spirituality is always modest

Because the one who shines,
knows:
he is not a source - he is a conductor.

He doesn't say "it's me" -
he feels: "it's because of me".

And the less a person strives to "be the light",
the more light passes without distortion.

Why it can't be faked

Because light is not an action
and not an image that can be played.

This is the level of transparency,
where there is nothing to defend.

And only there,
where there is no shed,
light becomes a natural state.

Light does not decorate a person

He reveals his authenticity

He doesn't do "better",
and makes visible what has always been true.

Chapter 50.

"How the light of the soul changes the space around a person - without words and without actions"

When the soul passes freely through a person,
it doesn't change behavior -
the field of presence changes.

Such a person doesn't do anything on purpose,
but the space next to it becomes different:
• less anxiety,
• less voltage,
• less internal noise.

This is perceived by the body earlier than by the mind:
others begin to feel themselves,
as if their inner weight is removed at least for a moment.

Why is this happening?

Because the light of the soul is an environment of non-resistance.

Next to such a person:
• no one is evaluated,
• no one is trying to manage,
• nothing requires compliance.

For the first time, there is no need to defend.
And when the defense falls off -
there is an opportunity to be alive.

Light does not "impeact" - it dissolves tension

Not by force,
and through the security of presence.

Not because of conviction,
and through recognition:

"no need to hide here"

That's why sometimes next to certain people
there is a feeling of relief...
even if they didn't say anything.

Space changes not because a person "does something",

but because there is no resistance to life in it.

Where there is no internal conflict,
there is a consent field.

And others are starting to resonate!)
