и в силу высокой температуры, мог бредить.

Так как предудущее завещание короля было в пользу Леди Грей
и также и Английское законы престонаследования очерёдность наследования трона
были в опльзу Леди Джейн Грей, британской принцессы,
в спорной ситуациии оспаривания завешание в Суде,
решения Судья обязан принимать по английским законам:
что: отдать трон Леди Джейн Грей.

Леди Джейн Грей уже была де-факто оглашена Королевой Англии:
 а потому: власть уже как переход власти, была совершена.

Завещание Короля имеет впечатление бреда и было написано им он болел, с высокой температурой, что ставит сомнение в решении и в завещании.

Однако, завещание короля было подписано массой свидетелей (около 350? все католики? горожане?  подписи под завещанием: подлинные?) (как много протестантов поствили подписи т.е. были допущены к миссии быть свидетели завещания?) (или только католики?) В плане: эти вопросы были бы исследованы Судьями.

Включая и: допрос докторов Короля.

Допустим: Суд счёл бы Завещание Короля подлинным: его мнение было именно такое.

Тогда далее эту ситуацию должн был решать Парламент , ЛОрды и Пэры,
что делать и как посутпить в случае,
если трон Англии наследовался по закону о наследонии трон а Англии,
а завещание короля противоречит Закону о Наследовании Трона Англии?
И, власть перешла по объявлению, автоматически, уже по наследному праву и порядке очереди наследования трона Англии?

Лорды могли принять решения:

- просить Королеву Джейн Грей отречься в пользу Мери (в завещании Короля)
- признать оглашение Джейн Грей недействительным: была совершена ошибка
- признать совершившееся, хотя и ошибка если наследовать вопреки праву наследования трона в порядке очереди взамен по завещанию короля, в силу совершённого де факта оглашения: Воля Божья факт
- это был по сути Конституционный Кризис . Решать должен был Парламент.

Винить в ошибке оглашения Глашатая? Они поступили по Английского Закону.

Король устроил Конституционный кризис,  зачеркнув Законы на "Завещание" :

- "Хотя трон Англии по завещанию должна заследовать британская принцесса Мери, трон Англии по Английскому Заону наследования Трона Англии уже заняла Королева Джейн Грей"

- "Что делать?"

Британская принцесса Мери, католичка, под духовными советами Ватикана и Папы Римского:

- Я - королева Англиии по Завещанию Короля Англии! ПРиказываю отрубить голову моей кузине самозванке Леди Джейн Грей! Также её мужу и отцу!

* Отец кузины припятствовал браку британской принцессы Мэри перед тем с понравившимся Леди мужчиной-иностранцем.  Ответил за это так: П приказу Королевы Мери, занявшей Трон Англии: ему отрубили олову, также и его дочери и её мужу 20 лет.  А том во след: 38 тысяч казнённых подданных по приказу Королевы Мэри.

* далеко не все считают, что Королева Мэри была неправа. Отец кузины Леди Грей не имел права запрещать в выборе спутника жизни для британской принцессы: она имела право наследования Трона Англии: и потому сословно стояла выше.

*  Посещение Королём Англии и Королевой Англии впервые за 500 лет католической мессы в Ватикане:  службу вёл сам Папа Римский,   ставит вопросы: если король и королева тамв Ватикане крестились в католиков и там же обвенчались Папой Римским тайно?

* Если так: так как помазанье на Трон Англии было сделано в Англиканской Церкви Англии:   то оно уже не действительно?  Или действительно?  Или недействительно и снято с Короля и с Королевы?


* В Англии нет свободы слова. А потому и возможности обсудить и задать вопрос.


А демократия США не даёт пользоваться системой поиска Гуглсом,
чтобы узнать и уточнить:

Кто у нас сейчас Король Англии?

Может быть, Гуглс тоже это не знает?

Потому и банит и не спросить?

Тогда надо говорить без имён: в посто "король и королева"
и страну тогда "Англия" тоже на всякий случай не называть.
Мало ль что?

Сообщение:

"Король и Королева посетили католическую мессу в Ватикане::
выглядит:

"Король и Королева Ватикана посетили католическую мессу в Ватикане".

И слово "католическая месса" означает%
в Ватикане есть мессы и англиканской церкви, Церкви Англии, тоже.


Или Король и Королева ЗАБЫЛИ  В СИЛУ ВОЗРАСТА
что ОНИ САМИ являются Главой Англиканской церкви?



Как бы реагировали верующие России
если бы Путин и Митрополит сидели бы в зале как прихожане
в ВАтикане?

Это бы подняло дух российской армии ,
верующие русской православной церкви?

- Идите сражайтесь за Путина и Митрополита!
Их Благословил как атоликов (?) Сам Папа Римский в Ватикане!
Вы сражаетесь за Власть Ватикана!


А каково протестантам Англии
видеть
видеть вот это всё?

А протестантам в Британской Армии?

-  Вы сражаетесь на Украине за Власть Ватикана!


А протестантам Северной Ирландии в составе Великобритании, каково?

Король отдаёт Северную Ирландии с Белфастом Ирландии с Дублином? им быть единой католической странй сейчас надо?


Но тогда: Ватикан захвачен Англией?  по де-факту?
