3. The Seven Atomic Worlds

And this Plane, too, has seven Worlds —
seven Atoms upon different levels of the organization of matter.
They are the steps of the universe; on the first are the ordinary atoms.
They possess Spirit, a Monad, subtle bodies,
and they have a physical body as well —
yet it consists not only of a tiny nucleus and electrons.
The nucleus contains billions of lives,
still unknown to your science.
And billions of physical atoms in turn give birth to a cell.
This is the second level. It, too, has a nucleus.
And billions of cells form an organism, whose nucleus is the brain;
it, too, represents an Atom — on the third level of earthly existence.
And on the fourth level a planet is born; all planets possess a nucleus.
And billions of organisms form the Kingdoms and their envelope — the subtle bodies.
You call them the noosphere, and Earth has seven globes in all.
Planets, stars, and comets unite into systems
on the fifth level of the physical plane.
And billions of such systems give rise to a galaxy —
and all of them together constitute the body of God.
And all galaxies unite into systems,
giving birth to our Universe.
Their billions seem to us infinite
on the sixth, the universal level.
And there exists a seventh level,
where countless universes dwell,
and multitudes of Gods and Creators,
where space-time is without end.
And all these vast worlds
are governed by the seven divine Rays.
The first world is ruled by the Seventh Ray,
and the seventh world is subject to the First Ray.
And everything in existence is governed by the Rays,
the Divine Energy of the seven colors.
All exists within the strict Hierarchy
of the Seven Energies, Spirits, and Gods.
