10:50 a.m.
I woke up; the sun rose above the hill and shines right into my face, onto the pillow. I began meditating. I look at the Sun and imagine that I am drinking the solar Light. A sensation of Divine taste appeared in my mouth, like delicious creamy pastry, and my heart chalice and stomach felt as if filled with some delicious Divine nectar — soma, amrita. And in my head — bliss. I no longer want breakfast. I won’t eat or drink until hunger appears. The state is like in my youth, in the early 90s, when I was a conduit of the Divine Mother and Divine Love. I am a source of Light. It radiates from the heart chalice. The construction of God’s Kingdom on Earth has begun. We must build new plans, build the New World. Happiness overflows within me. It seems that when I meet people, they will all be happy. My home is now Paradise. At last I have become happy on the physical plane. The Light descended to Earth, to all planes. Even though nothing changed externally, only my state changed — the energies around me are Light.

Went into the garden — beautiful! White snow sparkles in the sunlight with rainbow diamonds, green firs and cedars delight the eye. The energies are incredible! As if Light materialized on the physical plane. A state of divine joy, divine happiness on the physical plane. I don’t need to go anywhere, don’t need to ascend anywhere. We have already ascended. We are already in Paradise, in God’s Kingdom. The cats surrounded me. Lucifer is licking my hands, and Amrita too. I’ll go light the stove and meditate on the fire.

What happiness!
I love everyone!
Darkness has disappeared!
May it always be so!
I want to build the City of Light again!
My heart is about to explode like a new star!
The Goddess of Love has descended from Heaven,
Earth has become Paradise and Light for all.
All evil has evaporated, there is no more need,
For the Sun is the source of Earth’s abundance.

Listened to the news on the radio. Suddenly it became heavy. The joy vanished. I’ll go look at the Sun. The Divine energy returned. The Sun is a retransmitter. Drank some village milk with pancakes. Listened to the news again.

Ate potato soup. My stomach became heavy. Breathing became difficult — better not eat at all. Somehow everything became heavy. I felt sleepy, weak, drained.

The struggle is for human resources, for intellect. We cannot live in isolation. We must serve society and the country. Power must be transparent and accessible… We lack spirituality, compassion, and morality… Russia needs new forces… We must expand Russia’s presence in the world space and promote the Russian language… The cleansing of government will be conducted firmly and consistently… In the 21st century, Russia’s vector of development is development toward the East, Siberia and the Far East, the Pacific region… The main feature of the new era is that political issues cannot be solved alone. The world is multipolar. Collective efforts of countries, integration everywhere, are needed, and we must unite with our neighbors too. We must develop a free trade zone in the CIS countries, the customs union, and the Eurasian Economic Union… The time has come for a radical improvement of the situation — starting now.”

This address is the Divine Plan, and it will be carried out with the help of the GL.
I see a wave of Light and Love, a wave of purification spreading from Russia across the entire world. This address carries a strong energetic charge. Holy Rus has declared its role in the world, its place, and the multipolar world. This is the beginning of Russia’s revival in all spheres. Russia is becoming a world leader — one of the poles of the multipolar world. Now money will flow not out of Russia but into Russia, to the East, to the Far East. And Vladivostok will be the leader of development and the center of the future world.

My mood is neutral — neither good nor bad. I sleep until noon. Neither Alton nor Argon come through. Maybe I should call them? A strong flow of bright energy began. They never come unless invited — too well-mannered to initiate contact without a call.

— Argon, in “Arguments of the Week” they wrote that Putin received, along with the nuclear briefcase, a folder with a list of people who are extraterrestrials. Is that true?
Argon: — For now it’s better that you don’t know that. Otherwise they’ll say aliens decided to conquer Earth.
— But the U.S. has been cooperating with extraterrestrials for a long time. And here they walk among people like ordinary humans. Maybe my neutral state helps me receive information more easily?

We need dialogue, not monologue. Co-creators, not stenographers, who do not judge others.

A beautiful date. Today Putin will hold a press conference, and tomorrow is the promised “end of the world.” Putin (or his advisers) really knows how to choose dates. Nothing is accidental. I think Putin’s press conference will become the “end of the world” for the Black Lodge. There will be 1,226 journalists, with simultaneous translation into German, English, and French. I feel cosmic warriors and archangels in the hall. They protect against negative influence. Journalists love to ask tricky questions, especially when paid well by our enemies. And they all, as if agreed, asked several times the same question about the “Dima Yakovlev Law,” which banned U.S. citizens from adopting Russian children.

Putin: — I love Russia… If someone slaps us, we must respond; otherwise they’ll slap us again… They (the U.S.) are themselves up to their eyeballs in one substance… We must ensure Russia’s national security interests.

Today is Christmas. Strange feeling. On the one hand, as if nothing has changed — everything is in darkness. But as soon as you shift your consciousness into the 5th dimension, to the spiritual plane — everything is like in Paradise and filled with Light. Two parallel worlds simultaneously. Here — Paradise, and outside the gate — Hell. Here — everything evolves and the New World is being built, and there — everything collapses.

— Argon, Rainbow Melchizedek, what will happen?
— Right now the fate of humanity is being decided — which Path it will choose. It is too early for a revolution. Humanity is not ready for mass changes; there will be gradual transformation of consciousness, gradual displacement of darkness by Light. But in 2014, quantum leaps in the development of consciousness and revolutionary situations are possible. Climatic anomalies will continue. The Transition will proceed gradually and steadily as the children of the New World grow up. In April 2014 there may be an economic rise. 2015 and 2016 will be favorable for revolutionary changes in mass consciousness.

Through me and through others, work was being done on connecting Gaia and Melchizedek, connecting Earth with the Higher Mind.

People are such that when everything is good and comfortable — they don’t want to change anything. Only dissatisfaction and discomfort force them to change.

I feel that on the subtle plane my life has already changed, and soon it will change on the physical plane. I want to speak with the Teachers.

— Rainbow, what is happening?
— Everything is going according to Plan… 2013 is the year of preparation for the Quantum Transition, which will begin in 2014. Gradual but global changes will occur. Many people will depart naturally — through illness and small catastrophes. In Russia, however, birthrate should exceed mortality. Therefore mostly older people will depart — they cannot withstand the new energies. What you experienced on 12.12.12 and 25.12.12 will later be felt by others. Some will be in ecstasy, some in horror, agony. New diseases will appear. Those not ready to raise their vibrations will be left behind in evolution. In Russia, many have already departed earlier, especially alcoholics — hence the high mortality. Birthrate began rising in 2000, and mortality began decreasing. In Russia, people will suffer spiritually and fall ill more often than die, and will be forced to turn to God through illness and suffering. There will be many “living corpses,” “biorobots.” Therefore it’s better that birthrate grows together with mortality, with a slight excess of births, to push the government into support programs for children and large families.

We will build a Garden-City, a City of the Sun, a City of Light.

— Changes are in full swing, on all fronts. The entire GL works without rest. Every human on Earth is under supervision; work is being done with each one. We help everyone, but unfortunately many want to leave Earth, or they are asleep and refuse to awaken. We will have to wake them using shock therapy. We use all methods — music (from our musical universe), divine judgment, and miracles.
— Send me at least a small miracle. It’s boring on the physical plane — only the subtle plane is turbulent. Every day is either Paradise or Hell.
