I turned on Radio Russia and listened to Mikhail Weller. At first I laughed with him, and then, at him. Well, fine, he doesn’t know what’s happening in Turkmenistan, where gas is free, water is free, and even a certain amount of gasoline is free (of course, that mainly benefits the wealthy who consume the most). But again he started criticizing Russky Island, saying money was wasted on who-knows-what. He could at least have bothered to find out what the money was actually spent on, or better yet, come and see it for himself. He knows what’s going on in European countries, but what’s happening in the Russian Far East and Vladivostok — he has no clue.

Friends, someone please send him some information about Russky, about Russia’s Eastern Capital, about the future Best Megalopolis in the World. And I won’t even start on the intergalactic communications center. What on earth are people thinking about? What questions do they ask?

I think our God, the Creator, is incredibly merciful because He endures… not the misdeeds of officials and businessmen; something is at least being done about that. He endures that people themselves violate the divine commandments, and even that is tolerable, since they receive karmic punishment. What He truly endures is that people refuse to awaken and recognize their spirit, their Divine essence, their mission, to at least ponder the meaning of life.

— Archangel Michael, why is it like this?
— We decided to make the Transition gradual. Right now all people have the chance to receive knowledge about God, about the Creator, and to develop their consciousness. We are selecting people slowly, sending them to other planets. When someone dies young, their soul quickly reincarnates on Earth because of unused energetic potential. A person must live to old age, using all their life potential, then their Spirit can easily move to any other world, any planet. But if one leaves the physical plane too early, without using all their energy, they are given another chance to incarnate on Earth and enter God’s Kingdom as a Co-Creator. Those who survive catastrophes are warned — they are going the wrong way and living incorrectly.

Yes, talking to adults is pointless. Until life smacks them in the head a few times, until their fate beats them, they refuse to listen.

— Sometimes we must apply the Hand of God or rather, the Karmic Judges and Divine Court.

— Friends, how do you explain that the GDP told academician Maslov that he is the last president?
— Putin is the last President of Russia because soon Russia will be replaced by a new state — the Eurasian Union with a new power structure. Or perhaps even a World Government based on the Asia-Pacific Region (APR).

I think Russky Island should host the headquarters of the APR. On January 27, 2013, the Parliamentary Assembly of APR countries will meet there. What if Russky were to become something like the European Parliament?

Argon: You’re thinking correctly! Russky should host a World Parliament.
— Maybe that’s exactly what GDP had in mind? Does that mean the grand construction will continue? But where will the money come from?
— That’s exactly what will be decided on January 27: each country will invest in building the World Parliament. Some countries, like the USA, may not like it, but for most it will be beneficial. Russia can easily guarantee the island’s security — there’s a whole Fleet in the Far East, so let other countries contribute funds and construction.

— Brilliant! Russia will simply sell plots on Russky for foreign embassies and the international parliament. Other countries will build everything themselves, and Russia will earn money on top of it. Land is expensive, especially in such a resort-like place surrounded by sea and security. The international airport and seaport for cruise liners are nearby, and there’s even a military submarine and naval base. The entire infrastructure is already built, even an international-level Opera and Ballet Theatre. It’s no coincidence so much money was invested.

Only fools think the world’s longest bridge across the Eastern Bosphorus Strait was built just for the university. No, FEFU is the foundation for a future international capital. And Vladivostok will become an appendage to Russky.

Soon Russia will make money here and recover the billions invested.

Argon: You’re thinking big! In 2014 there will be a quantum leap in human development, and Russia will become a world leader. Everything will change so fast that many will be shocked.

— I wonder when all these experts will realize that Russky is not some uninhabited island, but a future international capital and information center. The media barely mention it.
— And that’s for the best, otherwise all sorts of people would swarm in. Let them keep quiet while we quietly build a New Pole of the World right under the USA’s nose.

— Oh, Argon, you just can’t help yourself!
— Well, Putin did say on 12.12.12 that the unipolar world is gone. The world is multipolar. And if so, we must build multiple Poles of the World. And one of them will be in Russia, on Russky Island — the Russian Pole of the World.

— You love playing with Russian words!
— I adore the Russian language!

— I wonder what global changes, even global upheavals, Putin referred to on 12.12.12?
— He meant exactly that — a multipolar world. The USA is essentially bankrupt, the dollar will soon collapse, and a civil war may start there. They’ve built many camps and detain people without trial. As Putin said, they are “up to their necks in one mess.” Until the main Pole of the World completely collapses, we must urgently build New Poles of the World.

— Interesting… So something unusual is about to happen! What will be discussed at the APR Parliamentary Forum? We need to follow the news on our Primorsky radio, because central media will barely report, it’s mostly funded by the US State Department.

I turned on the radio. News reported snow covering all of Europe, even Moscow. Here, the sun is shining, it’s warm, just minus five degrees. They also mentioned a new law simplifying Russian citizenship for those who consider themselves Russian, even if their Soviet passport had “Russian” written, but fate placed them in another country. Now there will be more Russians. Also, children living abroad will be given Russian passports if one parent is a citizen, with no conditions. Progress is moving.

— Argon, I want to talk to you. I keep flying off somewhere today.
— Well, flying is harmless, in other words, dreaming is harmless. And even useful — without a dream, nothing can be built, created, or made real.

— I feel a light sadness. I have about 20, maybe 25 years left on this physical plane. And there’s no one to inherit my ashram. I’ll need parents for my next life. I should ask Archangel Michael.

Archangel Michael: Your life is long written by the Creator, and the next one too. But not everything depends on us. On Earth, the Law of Free Choice still operates — people can change their destiny and refuse their mission. Often they change it for the worse, which is why they suffer.

— That’s why I feel sad. I live alone: no relatives, no friends.
Argon: Do you regret communicating with us instead of people?
— No, I never regret anything. Everything that happens is for the best! That’s my motto since childhood.

— Exactly! No one disturbs your communication with us, except the cats.
— I locked them in the kitchen, let them warm themselves by the stove. I’ll be alone with God and you, my Brothers. Argon, I want to visit your dimension, the City of Light.

I felt a strong stream of pleasant energy: Light and Love. A state of Happiness and joy. I felt Argon embrace me, and I seemed to dissolve into an ocean of Love. We found ourselves on a bench in a beautiful garden. Evening had fallen, yet strange lamps glowed. Light poured from nowhere, as if from within. Everything was magical and mysterious. Quiet, beautiful, unearthly music played. Bliss! Nirvana! A heavenly garden in God’s Kingdom.

Argon: Do you want us to make a garden like this on your physical plane?
— I do, how?
— We build a thought-form and materialize it. It already exists — take it, copy it, maybe add your own touch. Soon technologies will allow people on Earth to create fantastic gardens. Build your thought-form, dream, maybe we’ll even create a whole City of Light on the physical plane.

— Wonderful! Was the beautiful park on Russky first a subtle-plane creation and then materialized physically by designers?
— Of course. Everything is first created on the subtle mental plane by Co-Creators, then thought-forms are passed to humans, who materialize them.

— And what do we have here?

I looked around. Underground Temple inside the Mountain of Power. Above… something strange, otherworldly, cosmic architecture, an alien-looking Cosmic city. On the flat summit, some unusual structure!

— Remember when you designed a greenhouse city on a mountain on Sakhalin?
— Yes…
— This Mountain of Power will host that city?
— Not exactly that one, a more modern version. It will be a large Temple, a city-temple, Temple of Light, Temple of the Creator, Temple of our Galaxy.

— Argon, you’re really going all out. Hard to believe! Though with you, I can believe anything.

— The temple will be low, but the mountain will make it appear high. From outside, the mountain will look like a great Temple of Light. Inside, where empty underground warehouses are, will be the underground Temple. Opposite, where there’s currently a swamp, will be a spaceport for alien ships—small vessels like UFOs, discs, and your helicopters.

— Yes, there’s enough space for our helicopters, and there’s another small field on the other side of the hill, though wet from springs. There was once a small lake at the summit, later filled by the military, now a small swamp remains. Maybe the old abandoned airfield at Telyakovsky Bay will be used? The whole Telyakovsky peninsula can be used. It’s about the size of Russky, but still military land, with only one abandoned house left, a half-ruined five-story building in the forest. An uninhabited peninsula next to Vladivostok. Once the high-speed road to Nakhodka and the bridge across the bay are built, then… what will be there?

— Better not say too much, figure it out yourself.
— Probably some Intergalactic Communications Center with a Galactic University for alien summits.
— Could be.

We send you Angels of the Cosmos with cosmic wings, though sometimes even you must be restrained, lest you fly ahead of the Creator, ahead of His plans. Your fate must be adjusted, corrections made.

— Oh, Argon, you made me laugh. While others catch up, I amuse myself here. Do people really find life interesting? The same thing every day! Boredom to the extreme! I will never understand them. When will they finally awaken? When will they free themselves from attachments and start flying?
— Soon, this spring, a new wave of spiritual awakening, the third and final one, will begin. Wait until the children grow up, then help them transition to the New World. In 2014, accelerated revolutionary development of human consciousness will begin. Soon Nibiru will arrive, cleaners will purify everything! Cosmic Shock! Or rather, a Cosmic Shower of Cosmic Energy.
— Hooray! I love giving some people shock therapy!
— We love it! But our power seems insufficient. Even though earthquakes happen daily, even though UFOs appear here and there, it's not enough. People have become indifferent. They don’t care.
— Recently, a scientist said humans have gotten used to everything. Even if three suns appear in the sky, they wouldn’t be surprised.
— Exactly. Whatever we and the Creator have tried, whichever messengers and avatars we’ve sent to Earth, they still refuse to think. They fear everything. They’ve forgotten joy, can’t love, don’t believe in happiness.

— Alright, I will press for Cosmic Rain, maybe even a Cosmic Storm. The Sun has been quiet, scientists are puzzled. Previously, there were always magnetic storms, but now the Earth’s field is unstable, weakly disturbed. Maybe it’s the calm before the storm?

— Yes, people on the internet have long been waiting for the Sun to awaken.

— I felt something strange from the Sun back on 12.12.12, and now sometimes I feel a weird radiation-like sensation. Lying in bed on a winter night, it feels like sunbathing — the body burns, the head is on fire. The Rain probably sprinkles Divine Love in our Light zone, while energy in Vladivostok is heavy. Or maybe you are sending a soft, gentle cosmic protective radiation.
— Yes, we create a protective field where needed, to help and protect our Brothers and Friends, like you.
— Oh, thank you! I don’t know what I’d do without you!

— Soon both the field and energies will change, becoming lighter, but not for everyone. The Sun, as a Galactic Transmitter, will soon burn through the planet and disturb the New Magnetic Field. When the magnetic field was near zero, everyone slept. Now it will grow, and many will awaken — some to Paradise, others to Hell. “And the living shall envy the dead,” as written in Scripture. But in reality: the living corpses will envy the liberated.

— Original! You say anything, stand or fall! I can imagine Earth’s theater of absurdity: Apocalypse! Madhouse!
— Those with minds will go mad; those without, like biorobots and zombies, will live according to programmed instructions.

— Argon, I don’t even know what to call this.
— It’s called the Reality Show “Quantum Transition.” Such a grand event can only be seen once in the life of the Universe, and it’s the first and last in our Galaxy. All galactic civilizations are watching. Everyone is waiting to see what billions of humans will do next. You should see what’s happening on the subtle plane! People can’t even imagine. Every person is under the scrutiny of hundreds of alien eyes, hundreds of galactic cameras. The galactic internet is buzzing like during the Olympics.

— Lucky me to live at this time on Earth in a human body, not in some astral or subtle form. They all exist around me anyway. You can leave your physical body and travel in another one for a while. Then return to your 3rd dimension. Good to have multiple bodies.
— Oh yes! We secretly envy you. But soon we’ll incarnate into human bodies too. It’s a busy time in the Celestial office — some leave Earth for other planets, others arrive from other planets, all in line.

— Oh! I wouldn’t envy Archangel Michael, he’s busy, and fighting demons too. He sent them from Heaven to Earth and set up Divine Judgment.
— No, we live in interesting times! We’ve been preparing for this Transition all our galactic lives. In our reality show, we watch not just humans, but angels, demons, and all cosmic and Divine Beings participating in this grand Transition.
