First deputy:
— Half the budget for defense?! Are you out of your minds? What about healthcare, science, education?!
Second deputy:
— Our mission is the demilitarization of Ukraine! Sacrifices are necessary! You can’t print guns on a 3D printer, you know.
First deputy:
— But in reality, it’s Russia that’s being militarized — not Ukraine! We’ll all end up in military fatigues!
Vyacheslav Volodin:
— Debate closed! The budget is approved — unanimously!
