An oncology clinic in Russia.
In the doctor’s office: the patient sits on the examination table. The doctor, in a white coat, is bandaging his chest.
Patient:
— Doctor, when will chemotherapy start?
Doctor (indifferently):
— Not in this lifetime. The budget’s been cut. So… we’ll just tighten the bandage. Slows the metastases a bit. Nurse! Holy water injection! Hold on — we’re praying for you.
