Once again — the state of the Great Emptiness, as Buddhists describe God. Even the radio sounds as if from another world. I am not here. So where am I? Somewhere between Heaven and Earth. Time has stopped. Or perhaps the magnetic field is again at zero? They said on the news that Earth’s magnetic field is unstable. They used to report magnetic storms constantly, but now the storms have disappeared. Maybe the calm before the storm? Once again I’m falling somewhere. I must wake up. Where are my Friends, my Brothers?

At last, I felt a flow of Light energy. Before, they couldn’t reach me, and now — I can reach them. Today, on the program Unknown Planet, they talked about Miklouho-Maclay — the first Russian traveler to explore the Asia-Pacific Region (APR). Two monuments have been erected to him: one in Oceania, and another in New Zealand, in Jakarta. And in September there will be the Asia-Pacific Summit, where they will remember the first Russian traveler — the researcher of the APR, Miklouho-Maclay. Perhaps we should install a monument for him too?

I feel myself awakening, coming alive — my brain has begun to work. My Brothers are probably now at the Asia-Pacific Parliamentary Forum on Russky Island. Today in Vladivostok they’re celebrating the Forum — a concert and fireworks for the citizens. And they launched a new bus route No.15 over the two bridges across Golden Horn Bay to Russky Island. Strange that they didn’t block the roads and bridges on Russky. Perhaps parliamentarians aren’t guarded as strictly as Presidents.

I turned on Radio Russia — Chinese stations are jamming our frequency from both sides, I’m so tired of it. As if we live not in Russia but in China — middle-wave bands full of Chinese broadcasts. Oh, I’m so tired on this earthly plane. I want a parallel world — the 5th dimension where there is Light and Love!

Argon:
— And who will work here then? If you call yourself a mushroom, climb into the basket. You’ll have your rest in the other world.

— I’d be happy to work here — but they don’t let me, and I don’t have the energy. I’m constantly sleepy, my head spins, I walk as if drunk, everything falls from my hands.

— All right, endure a little more. Soon the magnetic field will begin to strengthen, magnetic storms will return — and it won’t seem so easy. There is already unrest among people — everywhere. Too much aggression.

— I remembered — today they said on the radio that near Moscow they caught a gang of thieves-in-law, 23 people. After the contract killing in Moscow of Ded Hasan — the main thief-in-law — his buddies gathered with Belarusian crime bosses to crown three new ones, but the police stopped them. And Medvedev said that 50,000 criminal corruption cases have already been opened. The Investigative Committee works, and the FSB too. They must have young specialists — perhaps from other planets. Right, Argon?

— Right. Soon our Cosmic Brothers will appear everywhere, in all spheres, restore order, clear everything, and begin building the New World. Just like when financial flows to the opposition were cut off from the U.S. State Department — they fell silent. We too have cut off the demons’ energy channels to their conductors — and everything began to calm down, along with Earth’s magnetic field. Everyone was put to sleep, and only those who need it receive our help. Like at Dubrovka — the terrorists were put to sleep and eliminated.

— No wonder I wanted to sleep all day today — no strength at all, fog in my head. Only now I’ve sobered up.

— The struggle will end soon. Purifying energies will pass, and in spring bright energies will come to Earth.

— And Medvedev also said today that the crisis is no longer dangerous for us. Industry and agriculture are developing well. Today a plant opened in Vladivostok for assembling Japanese jeeps — 25,000 per year — and also Japanese trucks. In Bolshoy Kamen they’re building a Korean shipyard for oil tankers of a new ice class for Russia, and in Wrangel a new oil platform. I wonder what will happen when free energy becomes available to people?

— Oil will be used for synthetic materials, and gasoline will become cheaper.

— Well then, we shall wait. It’s hard to live on Earth in such low vibrations. Not every high Soul can survive here.

— True. That’s why we gather heroes from across the Galaxy. We need true Warriors of Light — fearless builders of the New World, Co-Creators — selfless and sinless.

— Will such people really appear on Earth soon? In human bodies?

— They have already begun to incarnate, they just haven’t revealed themselves yet. Everything in its own time. They must be helped to remember their mission and their Home — why they came to this planet. Not to return Home, but to become the new masters of the New World — a Just World on Earth. And the old masters will leave to other planets with Lucifer and Satan. They will be more needed there. But this is still a secret. The New Game of the Creator…

… I turned on the radio — jazz was playing. Music of a parallel reality — that’s what the host said. The composition Blue Sky, the piece White Cloud, Jan Garbarek, 1979, Norwegian jazz. More like meditative music — light, luminous, joyful, blissful, full of tenderness and love. Truly — music of a parallel reality, from the 5th dimension, perhaps from Alton’s Musical Universe. How music can convey a state! I realized that New Age prepared the Quantum Transition of 1987 and our Perestroika. Listening to White Cloud, I imagined myself lying on summer grass, looking at the sky, at a cloud. And then flying away with it — dissolving inside a white, fluffy cloud. Such relaxation! If I still lived in the old low vibrations, I probably wouldn’t understand this music. Thank you, Alton! A wonderful gift!

Today begins the 21st session of the Asia-Pacific Parliamentary Forum (APPF) with 27 participant countries. Normative acts for legislative cooperation will be adopted in all spheres. Today a plant for producing electrical equipment opened — 240 units worth 7 billion rubles per year. Perhaps also cosmic, military, and free-energy production. There will be a concert, fireworks, and kites. I heard a song by Viktor Tsoi — the lyrics struck me:

“I have Brothers, but none are kin” — that’s about me.
“I have paint, but no canvas” — the colors of music and words.
“I have a river, but no bridge” — the river of life.
“I have a wound, but no bandage” — a wound of the soul.
“I have the Sun, but clouds hide it… yet a sunbeam pierces through” — about me again.

I listened to the Central Radio news — nothing good: murders, fires, accidents — only negativity. But on our Primorye radio — almost always Positive. Truly, unlike Moscow, we live in a different reality — as VVP once said. (Later, Deputy PM Golodets said that if all regions had infrastructure like Primorye, we’d live in another country.)

I listened to the program At the Microphone — Mikhail Veller. Someone asked about moving the Court to St. Petersburg — what it would cost, and whether the capital should be moved there. I liked Veller’s answer — playful, ironic. He said there’s no point in moving the Court, and the capital will never be moved. What difference to bureaucrats where to shuffle papers? Maybe send them to Russky Island instead — the bridge is built, let them sit there and sort papers. I burst out laughing! He didn’t even realize there is truth in his joke. Indeed, in the near future, some governmental institutions — especially international ones — will begin to relocate or be built anew on Russky Island. What would be economically reasonable to place there?
The APR Friendship University, already planned. Headquarters of APEC — a union of APR countries, Latin America, and the Eurasian Union — effectively a prototype of a World Government. If Moscow is the European center, Vladivostok is the Asia-Pacific center. Embassies of all those countries — their international, economic, media, and political centers. Parliament of the future APR Union. International scientific-information center. International ecological center and Ministry of Nature. A world exchange and chamber of commerce (the U.S. is already building its chamber here). International spiritual and cultural centers of the APR.

Veller should visit modern Vladivostok and Russky Island and compare it with pre-2012 ruins — an abandoned military base, a ship graveyard. Until 2008 there was no Master Plan for city development. Houses painted randomly — architectural cacophony. Old mansions shattered. But now — a beautiful city with new infrastructure. Restored facades, harmonious colors. Old mansions turned into palaces in one year. New bridges, roads, embankments, an Opera and Ballet Theater; a waste-processing plant instead of the smoking dump. New water and sewer systems. Old oil boiler houses that blackened winter snow have been replaced with gas ones. Almost all Primorye will transition to gas. Russky Island was built with a gas plant and purification systems from the start, full communications including fiber optics for the international center and high-speed internet. During the APPF even laundry and dry-cleaning services functioned. (Later came an Emergency Center, Fire Station, Police Center and Medical Center with new equipment.) In such a future city, one wants to live and work.

A housing cooperative for low-rise construction on Russky Island appeared — for teachers and large families, both elite and affordable housing. Public transport is now running — only 17 rubles to reach Russky Island from downtown Vladivostok, and further across the entire island. A free sightseeing ride! They promised two more sea bridges, one directly to Nakhodka with a highway. Then our Telyakovsky Peninsula — now uninhabited except one five-story former military building — will develop with beaches and bays. Luckily the military didn’t let the land be sold off. It would be good if a new international center were built here as well — there’d be jobs for many locals. I’m descending more often into the physical third dimension — Vladivostok, which I once disliked, has been transformed, though its energy is still heavy. But during APEC Summit 2012 the energy was bright — the Teachers and our Brothers worked well. I should visit Russky during the Forum and feel the energy. It truly feels like a New World is being built here, while Moscow remains the old one — only negativity there.

— Friends, why do central channels barely mention the 21st APPF session?

I saw Argon — immediately I wanted to smile.

Argon:
— Why should they? Those who need to know — will know. Others need not yet. Let aggressive, negative individuals remain unaware — including in the U.S. and other countries. Otherwise they’ll swarm here and interfere on every plane. Let them remain in their old negative world if they don’t want to see good in Russia. They’re funded by restraining forces and wage informational war — but too late, they’ve already lost without knowing it. While they complain, we will build the New World. And the less some know, the better.

— I feel something interesting is coming. I really should go to Russky Island — maybe work there too.

— Yes, work is needed. You can help us on the subtle energy plane, and with Cosmic Portals.

January 28, 2013 — Noon
An hour ago the 21st APPF session opened on Russky Island. Today’s meeting is dedicated to politics and security. I decided to go tomorrow — I must help the Brothers. Before my eyes I often see the International Press Center on Russky. The higher authorities must have scheduled forums three years ahead, during student vacations — even early July and September already planned. Students will rest longer again. And in the Heavenly Office — schedules probably span ten years ahead. I should ask Archangel Michael.

(I immediately felt a strong flow of Light.)

A.M.:
— If we’re building a Divine Plan for centuries ahead, then at least for ten years, yes. We must prepare people who will carry out our Plans in earthly life — bring them into matter. A child is not yet born, but their fate is already written by the Creator. Free will is small — only in details. Pilot projects already exist in our plans until 2025, when the Shambala Council will take place — once a century. A new centennial plan for humanity will be adopted there.

— I imagined the Conference Hall in the International Press Center. What will people think? Valentina Matvienko — Chair of the Upper House — from St. Petersburg, will probably notice the bright snow and sunny weather, unlike gloomy Petersburg, where in winter the day is twice as short and the sun barely rises behind buildings. Delegates from southern countries will see a true Russian winter, dazzling white snow. At least it’s not –30 degrees — tomorrow will be warmer, –6. Thank you, Gaia, for good weather — if only less wind.

— Gaia, you must love Primorye and Russia most of all?

(Again I felt a powerful flow.)

Gaia:
— I love everyone — but you especially, my beloved children, especially those who love Nature and care for her.

— We should thank the military for not letting the land be sold off, though they left ruins from Tsarist times — now guided tours go there. Better for everyone to access them than have closed zones for the rich. I wish I could visit the Oceanarium! Argon disappeared — must be “building the Roof” above Russky with his huge ship, sending Light to the island and maybe the whole Vladivostok. I’ll go look myself.

Argon:
— How perceptive you are! If only all Friends and Sisters were like you!

— Did you think I’d be offended or angry? No — I never learned to take offense, only to be disappointed. If one Brother is gone, another will come! I spoke with Gaia and Archangel Michael. Rainbow must be at the Blue Lodge, overseeing the Forum. Not ordinary people gather there — many Initiates, probably.

— Yes, time to gather the stones. We must also hint to those lawmakers the idea of a World or International Constitution. Something like it exists already. All countries must bring their Constitutions into harmony with the International one. One World Constitution.

— Or Universal, Galactic — Constitution of the Galactic League.

— You think correctly. We’ll work toward that — through our messengers and Initiates. But later — after the Forum. Some dark entities are trying to interfere, especially through channels in America, so we neutralize and isolate them. We put protective domes over them. The Angels help well.

— I feel something interesting happening there. I want to go tomorrow.

— You can observe from home — and work on the subtle plane. Your Module has been activated as well.

— Then I will look right now. All right — talk later, I won’t distract you.

I shifted my awareness to Russky — in the 5th dimension — and plunged into the Ocean of Light. Such unearthly bliss! Infinite Happiness! Endless Joy! And people — filled with causeless delight! It felt like the first time I walked in the University park — as if another planet. I felt energy flowing through me — strong luminous currents. I saw the City of Light again.
