Part 16. The Gates to the Asia-Pacific Region

January 29, 2013

In the morning I woke up early and couldn’t fall asleep again. I turned on Primorye news.
I liked what Valentina Matvienko said — that Vladivostok is THE GATEWAY to the Asia-Pacific Region. Not just a window, like her native Saint Petersburg. One acquaintance of mine said back in 2007 that Petersburg is a little window to Europe, and Vladivostok is a Door to the World. But Gates sound far more solid — especially against the backdrop of the huge bridge across the Eastern Bosphorus strait. So yes, Vladivostok is already truly the GATEWAY — to Asia, and to Australia, and to America, and to all countries of the Asia-Pacific region. And even to southern and eastern Africa, where our Pacific Fleet is constantly on duty.

And most importantly — there is already both a railway and a highway stretching all the way to Europe, and roads to Korea and China. And now we even have an International Airport, and everything else a future International Capital needs — even a modern Opera and Ballet Theater, and a Sports and Concert Complex. What remains is to solve the housing problem — massive construction is needed, as the city is still small, not even reaching a million people. Fortunately, there’s plenty of land — build as much as you like. No chemical plants, and the sea breeze blows from all sides. They’re also building bypass roads and new districts.

At the Asia-Pacific Parliamentary Forum they discussed building a soy processing plant in Vladivostok — soy is the main feed base for livestock. Soy grows well here — summers are hot, long, and rainy; you can harvest even after the first frosts, before deep snow arrives — and in Primorye there isn’t much snow anyway. In winter the sun almost always shines brightly. And despite good infrastructure and roads, the whole Primorye region is sparsely populated. All around Vladivostok — hunting grounds. We have them too. Pheasants even steal potatoes from our gardens — we have to dig them out early, while it’s still hot. And only in Primorye do Ussuri tigers and leopards remain. In China they’ve long been exterminated, and now poachers sneak across to us.

Yesterday morning I listened to the news again. They said the 30th was the last day of the Forum.
So I must go today. They also announced a presentation of ten development projects for Primorye. But what was most interesting was hearing Forum participants say that Vladivostok will become a major megapolis — like Beijing or Hong Kong — in just ten years. And one foreigner said:

“Russia has changed a lot! I don’t know what Russians think, but Russia is a great country!”

Apparently he already noticed what many Russians themselves don’t — they complain that everything is bad, yet never leave. That Russia has changed is often seen only by foreigners.

And as for me — even knowing the Divine Plan — I still find it hard to believe that in ten years there will be a megapolis here. There are so many problems with roads and traffic jams. To make a megapolis, one must build a new city and new infrastructure for Vladivostok, leaving the old city as a historic center. And beyond money — where will we get the people? Otherwise it may indeed turn into not a Russian Vladivostok, but a Chinese one, like Beijing.
Maybe we shouldn’t build a megapolis? Maybe instead — an International Scientific and Information Center? And for the chosen — for Russians. I don’t feel like living in a Chinese megapolis. How to attract Russians here? Only with high salaries and cheap housing — or better, free housing for skilled Russian specialists. Let the Chinese invest money here and hire Uzbeks and Tajiks — Russians won’t work for 20,000 rubles a month.

So — I should form a thought-form, to attract more intelligent and decent Russians here. And that is why they began with the University. The best of the best will come to study in this resort-like place and then stay to live — provided there is work and good salary.

Moscow may remain one of Russia’s capitals. What is Moscow now? A city of office clerks. Most production is in the region and across the country. Moscow is not the main transport corridor — one can bypass it. And it isn’t suitable for international trade. Even Petersburg is better, though it is only a small window into Europe. No wonder it’s called the Northern Capital. But Vladivostok is the Eastern Capital of Russia and of the entire Eurasian Union — its EASTERN GATES into the Asia-Pacific. And Matvienko echoes Putin: Russia’s development vector is to the EAST. Why? Because there’s nowhere left for the West to grow — everything is already built. The East is different — endless work ahead, virgin land. Resources — immeasurable! Sakhalin alone is worth what! And Siberia, and all the Far East! And a World State — a union of the Asia-Pacific and Eurasian countries — will become a true Federal Union with an International Parliament.
— What do you think, my Friends?

Argon:
— Well, the plan is not bad!
— At least thank you for that — but more specifics?
— You want everything at once, told and shown.
— Of course! I want to know everything — that’s been my motto since childhood.
— The more you know, the sooner you grow old.
— I’m not young already. But if one imagines a megapolis in the southeast of Russia — its location gives it many advantages over other cities. It’s not only the GATEWAY OF RUSSIA to the Asia-Pacific — but also the GATEWAY OF THE ASIA-PACIFIC into Eurasia — a transit corridor to Europe.
— Russia is destined to unite with China and India, as well as with Belarus, Ukraine, and Kazakhstan.
— Then maybe build a megapolis like Delhi? We could bring Indians — they develop spiritually. We could make a Scientific-Esoteric Center on Russky Island, and an International Esoteric School. How do you like that, Friends?
— You think correctly! Co-creator! Or rather — Co-creatress. On Russky Island there will be a planetary control center — a Scientific-Informational Center for managing planetary systems with cosmic technologies; and you will have a center for managing the Galaxy — we just need to wait a bit.

Yesterday, crossing Vladivostok by bridges, I looked at the city from the height of a bird’s flight — the view was impressive. And clearly everything is only just beginning to be built. I reached the end of the University territory, walked around, and approached the main building surrounded by a high, nearly transparent fence. I looked at the glass buildings glistening under the bright southern sun — it felt like summer. As if I were in another country. The energy was different — as if my Friends filled this place with Divine Light. I kept thinking — what country am I in? And finally I realized — I am in a future country that does not yet exist on the map. And it will be here — not somewhere far away. And here will be the center of the International Capital of the future World State. I saw it and felt it. Yes — it’s simply fantastic!

And what, then, will be here, at the edge of the future megapolis? My Friends keep silent, only watching me mysteriously and with interest. Will I guess? Couldn’t they at least give a hint…

Again my head spun — I lay down and drifted somewhere. I felt drunk, yet my mind was bright and thoughts clear. Again I felt as if I were leaving my body. I felt a rising stream of Light. A state of happiness — though it was hard to move. As if I were drunk on love. Funny — I love someone, but don’t know who. Or perhaps someone loves me? Maybe my Friends are sending Love energy across Primorye, to bless the guests of the Asia-Pacific Forum before their departure? I tried calling someone — no one answered. Finally I reached Lena S. She felt the same — but thinks someone here, a person, loves her — she just can’t tell who. I told her — it’s God loving you. It’s Divine Love our Cosmic Brothers are sending us. Interesting, isn’t it? Maybe this energy will unite people? How long will it flow? And outside — not just warm, but raining. Indoors — warm, too.

Where are you, my Friends, my Brothers?

The image of Archangel Michael appeared before me, and I felt a pleasant energy — like a father’s love.

Arch. Michael:
— Natalya, dear, don’t worry! They are still working. They are seeing off the Forum guests — making sure nothing bad happens, no one spoils their mood. So that they leave Vladivostok, Russky Island, and Russia with only Light and warm memories. So they will want to return. This Light Magnet will attract them, and they’ll tell everyone in their countries what a Great and Radiant land Russia is.

— Yes, yesterday I felt such a strong stream of Love that I was literally drunk on it. It must have been Argon — covering our whole region with his invisible starship like a dome of Love, pouring this radiance onto all of us.

— Yes, it is not easy work. One must not overdo it — even you felt dizzy. The important part is — you didn’t fall ill. You are our test indicator — we calibrate energetic influences using you. Soon powerful streams of cosmic energies will pour to Earth. And as in treating cancer, one must know the correct dosage.

— So you’ve begun healing the Earth — or rather, humanity?

— Yes, we have begun — for now in places, experimentally. Later we will start work everywhere.

— So besides watching over every one of the six billion humans through guardian angels — watching who incarnates and who leaves — you also regulate healing energies?

— Everything is interconnected. Angels watch over each person and send energies accordingly — protection, healing, or neutralization.

— How harmoniously you work together, helping each other!

— We are Co-creators — creating with God according to the Divine Plan. Angels help us — such is their mission. They are not creators themselves — they serve the Co-creators. Their meaning of life is to serve others.

— Thank you! Disconnecting for now. Stay in touch.
