I received information through the Galactic Internet from the Hierarchy of Creators, and translated it into contemporary Russian. Here is that message:

The Soul suffers, mourns, and longs for liberation,
Yet it cannot understand that it must create within this very confinement.
Abandon all earthly thoughts and fly, Soul, to the Heavens —
And having tasted the visible Paradise, you will find your Happiness in full.

There is no true happiness in the third dimension — there is only flesh, emotions, and thoughts.
The Soul dwells in the fifth dimension,
And there abide Happiness and the Divine Mind.

There abide God and the Angels,
And with them all the beings of the invisible plane—
Christ, Vishnu, Brahma, Shiva,
All Entities and extraterrestrial intelligences.

We enter parallel Worlds when our consciousness shifts into the Soul;
Forgetting the body of the caterpillar,
We rise like a butterfly into the Sky.

And it no longer matters where that body lived—
In wealth or in poverty —
For Happiness is not measured by that,
But by the state of our Soul.

You are happy if you are in the Heavens —
Whether through Love or earthly Creativity —
But the main thing is that your Soul is alive,
And you are not a bio-robot, not a zombie.

The Soul lives in many dimensions
And can travel to distant Worlds.
It can draw inspiration
From the parallel Future Worlds of the Earth.

Awaken and sing the Divine Mantra,
And thank all Creators and Gods
For this unique opportunity —
To be a God-Human and a Co-Creator of the Earth.

Apparently, it isn’t time yet to pass this on to people.

All my acquaintances have plunged into material problems again,
and I once more became a hermit.
I work in my Paradise Garden and with the Natural Generator.
I speak with Gaia, I order weather from her.

both weather and Nature.

the Hierarchy of Light descends into the dimension
of the Human Kingdom.

the year of the New Era, the Galactic Era —

and has entered the Galactic League
(the Galactic Council of Worlds).

the first joint assembly
of the Galactic League, Shambhala,

to the Galactic League for help.

from the Galactic League,

You may submit a petition
to the Galactic League
to be accepted as a collaborator of the League.
You may become a representative
of the Human Kingdom of Earth
in the Galactic League.

Your petition will be considered.
If you are not ready yet,
you may become an assistant
to one of the League’s collaborators.

On 23 June you are invited
to send a thought-form to the League
(written or spoken)
asking for help for Humanity.

Say what you desire —
how you wish to be helped.

The Galactic Council of Worlds,
together with the Hierarchy of Light and Shambhala,
can assist Humanity
in building on Earth
the Kingdom of God,
a space of Higher Justice,
Cities of Light and Love,
an intergalactic Center
and a terrestrial representation of the Galactic League.

You may also request assistance
in cleansing the Earth.

At the next Assembly,

your proposals for building the New World
will be considered.

for constructing the space

Cities of Light, etc.

On June 23,
thirty of us gathered in the Zone of Divine Love.
We carried out the work,
and everyone was absolutely delighted.

Those with clairvoyant abilities
saw many Teachers and Masters on the clearing —
Sanat Kumara, Kut Humi, and others.
They also saw many other radiant Cosmic beings
whom they had never seen before —
so many of them!

And above us
they saw a Dome of Blue Light —
the radiation of Argon’s Ship.
One boy saw Archangel Michael.

There were no dark entities at all.
The weather was beautiful,
birds were singing —
messengers of Gaia.
And all of us were happy,
though some were in shock.

Some saw on the clearing
a beautiful golden Grid
in the shape of a DNA spiral —
one of the nodes of Earth’s
Magnetic Crystalline Grid.
The energy there was extraordinary.

Now, when people have appealed
to the Galactic League for help,
nothing threatens us anymore —
except cleansing and tests.

We may begin building the New World on Earth,
and soon there will be many of us.
People will begin awakening
and remembering their purpose.
People will become Co-Creators
and God-Humans;
they will communicate with other Worlds
through the Galactic Internet.

And Earth will become
the administrative center of our Galaxy,
an Intergalactic Center of Communication,
and a Source of Love and Light!
