Afterword. A Meeting with the Most High

At last, I have reached a state of peace and harmony. I no longer swing back and forth from Hell to Heaven. Hell has disappeared completely. At times I used to feel irritation or dissatisfaction with certain people, but even that is gone now. I am living in Paradise, and right here on Earth. A state of quiet happiness, though perhaps it won’t last long. The 3rd and 5th dimensions have merged. God’s Kingdom is descending to Earth. Light is pushing out Darkness, perhaps forever. Though who knows? The ways of the Lord are mysterious. What matters now is to keep moving forward, to grow, and to help others.

I am typing and editing the book Galactic Internet, and it feels as if I am returning to that turbulent time when energies and emotions raged, when my Quantum Transition was happening.

Right now I don’t want to fight with anyone. I am in a state of unconditional Love, like in the second zone of Divine Love and the zone of Harmony. Sometimes I work in my garden, do my household chores, and continue working on the book. For now I have decided to take a break and remain a little while in this new state of serenity. Outside, a warm rain has been drizzling for a whole week, and I even enjoy it. The air is fresh, neither hot nor cold. A meditative state. I am working with the Natural Generator, ordering the weather, and so far everything is working.

Perhaps soon I will meet people who strive to live in the new energies. I think a new period of my life is beginning — new sensations and new information. I would really like to work with people who began their spiritual development in childhood, who know where they came from and, most importantly, why.

But perhaps I will write about that in the next book. Or maybe I will begin writing a scientific-esoteric treatise. It all depends on the development of people and the wishes of the Teachers. And for me, any Co-Creation with the Teachers and Cosmic Divine Beings is interesting.

I am at a crossroads again. I have almost finished typing and editing the book Galactic Internet, and I published it online on the Espavo website, the International Association of Lightworkers. I even met new friends. But what to do next — I don’t know. There is plenty of work in the garden and vegetable patch, but day and night the heat is unbearable — 35 degrees, and it’s impossible to go outside. Only at home, sitting by the fan in the cool air, can I read, write, and meditate.

Maybe they have arranged another forced vacation for me? I wish someone would tell me. I felt a strong flow of energy — it seems Argon has come.
— Hello, Sister!
(His presence immediately made me smile and lifted my mood.)
— Argon, I’m so happy to see you! I keep wondering what to do next. What’s ahead? I’m so tired of waiting and being disappointed in people. They have promised me so much, and so little has come of it.
— Natali, don’t sink too far into the lower vibrations. Remember: 50/50. You must spend half your time on spiritual work.
— What kind? Reading books? There’s nothing left to read. And the internet doesn’t work. I’ll go pull weeds and dig up potatoes. No one else will do that work for me. But what should I do during the day, when it’s scorching hot? At least if they’d show me some kind of show, or give me spiritual work!
— Fine, we’ll give you some soon, since you’re asking for it yourself. Expect guests!
— Hurray! I love guests, especially interesting ones, and ones who don’t climb onto your neck or act rude. I don’t need demons.
— Demons already avoid you — they’re afraid of you.
— Well good! Though many people seem afraid of me too, from childhood even. Especially men.
— If they’re afraid, it means they respect you. What can you do: saints are few, and almost everyone else is a sinner.
— Argon, let’s fly somewhere today, at least to your ship. I’m so tired of this old world, it’s boring. Yesterday we went to the sea, and the weather was fine, sun and thunderstorms. But the water was warm, no pleasure at all. And the people… all wrapped up in material problems, in constant fuss, believing in nothing, dissatisfied with everything. It’s probably their spirit that’s dissatisfied, because they won’t listen to themselves, to their Higher Self.
— What can be done? People won’t wake up until they get hit over the head a bit.
— And how should I talk to them?
— You don’t. Send Light and Love, and we will help you. People are like moths — they fly to the Light, both the light ones and the dark ones; everyone wants joy and delight.
— And then what? Feed the vampires? And then end up squeezed dry like a lemon?
— Connect to Cosmic energy, there will be a lot of it now, and connect to us. Give Light in measured portions, when they’re ready to listen to you. Don’t waste Divine energy, observe the Law of Economy.
— All right, I’ll try. But for now give me some energy so I can weed the grass and dig up potatoes.

I felt some kind of sorrow.

— Argon, what happened?
— We will have to part for a while.
— Why?
— A High Divine Being wants to meet you. And I must take on another important task.
— Really? That’s sad, I’ve gotten so used to you. I’ll miss your jokes and your radiant, mysterious smile.
— You’ve been elevated in the Hierarchy of Light, and now a new curator will work with you. An important task lies ahead.
— Argon, you’ve intrigued me. I thought guests would come to me on the physical plane, but it turns out they’ll come spiritually, from higher dimensions. And who is it? What kind of work will it be? Something for the Galactic League?
— Yes, for the GL, and for Earth. Guests will come both here and there. The work is connected with the materialization on Earth of the Intergalactic Center and the building of God’s Kingdom here.
— And who will I be working with now?
(I felt a strong flow of energy and a pang of sorrow.)
Ah, Argon, I don’t want to part with you! I love you so much!
— I love you too, my Beloved Sister! But we will meet again! And now — look!

And I saw an extraordinary Being. From it radiated multicolored arrows of Light, countless Rays of different energies. Such an unusual Deity! The whole world around me filled with Love and Rainbow Light. It reminded me of Vishnu. This is the God-Protector who created the Creator Brahma and Shiva, the destroyer of old, unnecessary forms. Vishnu always smiles. The multicolored Rays of this Deity were like countless arms with which He governs the World.
— Argon, is it really true that Vishnu Himself has come to me? And how is He connected with the Galactic League?
— Directly. Vishnu, the Most High, supports and protects life everywhere. On Earth and in the Galactic League, the Intergalactic Council of Worlds. Vishnu governs everything that happens on Earth, Brahma, Shiva, the demigods, and the demons. He is the Great Director of everything that unfolds on Earth. He will never allow life to be destroyed, though He may allow Shiva to destroy part of humanity if it goes too far off course, as has already happened more than once in humanity’s history, during the Floods. In Ancient Rus’, the Most High was called Vyshen or Kryshen. And Krishna is one of Vishnu’s incarnations on Earth.
— So this means I saw the Most High? Vishnu? And how will I work with Him? Will I write another book?
— He will tell you Himself.
— Yes… of course, it would be fascinating to talk to Vishnu as I talk to you, and to write a book about it.

Again I saw Vishnu, shining like a Diamond. From Him came a gentle, serene energy of Happiness, Heavenly Bliss right here on Earth! Divine Peace! God's Grace! And this Light poured onto the Earth like the Sun pours its energy onto the world. Perhaps I wasn’t the only one who felt it? There is an ancient prophecy that when humanity becomes fully degraded, Vishnu Himself will descend to Earth and restore the World and Justice. Some say that is Sathya Sai Baba. He is surely an Avatar and can do anything. But why, then, has Peace and Grace not come to Earth? Though Sai Baba did say he would leave in 2022 and reincarnate in 2030 to bring Divine Love to all people. That is too long to wait! I should have written down how I spoke with Sai Baba for three days in his Ashram on the subtle plane. I wonder what will happen now.

— Argon, and what does Vishnu have to do with the GL?
— He is conducting an experiment on Earth — creating the perfect human being: the God-Human, the Co-Creator. And then the matrix of this God-Human will be replicated throughout the Universe. And Earth will become the Center, an incubator for the whole Universe, the Intergalactic Center, the main transit cosmic base between different Galaxies and civilizations. The great experiment of the Most High is nearing completion; soon the spread of the God-Human throughout all Worlds will begin, not ordinary humans, of course, but avatars endowed with super-abilities, capable of telepathic communication and of building the New World, capable of being Co-Creators and God-Humans. And the GL is actively participating in this experiment. And Vishnu, the Most High, oversees everything through the Hierarchy of Light, the Heavenly Office of Archangels, and the Galactic League.

I suddenly felt myself disconnecting. Then the cats woke me up. In my dream I had been receiving interesting information, but because of the cats I remembered none of it. But it’s all right, I will recall it when needed.

Last night I communicated with Vishnu again, and I didn’t even want to wake up. I had to drink some coffee to wake up and go weed the strawberries and flowers while it was still cool.

I began meditating. And again I saw the image of Vishnu. He was radiant, shining, and emanated a pleasant, tender glow. I remembered the film Vishnu Puran, which I watched five years ago, and how I fell in love with Vishnu then, and how my room filled with Light coming from Him. And now He Himself has come to me, and I feel His Love, His Presence. I am simply happy. All discomfort vanished. In winter Shiva and Brahma came to me. And now Vishnu Himself — the Most High. A Divine Peace has come, and I don’t want to fight anyone. Even officials who torment people and shamelessly rob them, taking their last money from their bank accounts, now seem like pawns, mere toys in God’s hands, through whom He tests people and tries to reach them.
Now life seems so wonderful, not somewhere out there in the 5th dimension, but here on Earth, though this is also the 5th dimension, or rather all dimensions at once. I have learned to unite all dimensions and all planes, physical and spiritual. God’s Kingdom has descended to Earth and begun to manifest in the physical and astral planes. It must be the Most High, Vishnu, who has descended to Earth.

— Vishnu, dear Vishnu, Most High, take the governance of the human realm into Your hands. Bring order to Earth. Remove all fraudsters, thieves, and criminals. Let people feel Your Light and Love. Let them see You and feel Your Presence and believe in You.

At that moment I felt such Divine Grace! Such Love from the Heavenly Father! No wonder that in Ancient Rus’ they called the Most High Vyshen or Kryshen. I truly felt protection, like a Roof of Divine Light covering me, shielding me from all negativity.

The Most High, Vishnu:
Yes, I have come. I have come to establish Peace on Earth,
to cleanse the world of evil,
to bring happiness to all the righteous and the suffering.
I have come to establish Divine Justice,
Divine Order on Earth.
You, people, called Me, waited for Me —
and I have come!
Let there be Light and Love on Earth,
let there be Peace and Happiness for all!
My beloved planet Earth
will become a source of Love and Light —
the Intergalactic Center,
the Center of the Universe!

I was speechless. It felt as though I had shifted into another dimension again.
