* The Union of Nine (also known as the Nine Unknowns) is a mythical organization that, according to legend, continuously monitors scientific and research activities in the world in order to prevent the development and implementation of inventions that could lead to the destruction of humanity.
Legend:
According to one of the legends, the union was created after the Great Battle on the field of Kuru (Kurukshetra), in which, according to the Mahabharata, "weapons of the gods" were used, similar in striking effect to modern nuclear and chemical weapons.
According to another legend, the union was founded by the Indian emperor Ashoka in 273 BC (3rd century BC). Ashoka decided to limit the free access to knowledge about the laws of nature and ordered that all knowledge be divided into nine books.
Features of the legend:
Only the members of the union could decide whether a particular discovery could be made public or should be kept secret.
If one of the nine members passed away, a replacement was found by bringing a new person into the community with the consent of all the other members.
New members of the union were sent to various parts of the world to collect knowledge, which was recorded and stored in secret places.
According to legend, each member of the union is the keeper of one of nine secret books dedicated to a specific field of science. Some of the books include:
the first book is about propaganda and psychological manipulation of people;
the second book is about the nervous system, its principles, and how to eliminate or revive a person with a single touch;
the third is about biology, the fourth is about chemistry, the fifth is about terrestrial and cosmic means of communication;
the sixth is about gravity;
the seventh is about solar and electric light, the eighth is about the laws of space, the ninth is about the evolution of human society.
There is no reliable evidence of the existence of the union.
Mentions:
It was first mentioned in Talbot Mundy's novel "The Nine Unknown" ("The Nine Unknowns"), published in 1923 in the Adventure magazine.

**** Dharmapolitics is a concept that permeates Indian philosophy and culture. In Sanskrit, the word "dharma" means "law," "rule," "duty," or "path." However, its meaning goes beyond just a set of laws or moral principles.
Dharma was particularly evident during the reign of the Indian king Ashoka (3rd century BC). He made dharma the foundation of his public and personal policies. Ashoka issued decrees that were read aloud to the people and then carved into stone stelae and pillars for future generations to see and remember. These decrees provided guidance on how to live in accordance with the principles of dharma.
Dharma is a complex of religious, moral, social, and legal obligations that a person has, determined by their social status. It is a set of established rules that must be followed in order to maintain the order of the world.
Some of the principles of Dharma policy include:
tolerance towards people, including slaves and servants;
obedience to elders;
generosity towards those in need;
tolerance towards different religious sects.
 This policy also emphasized non-violence: the rejection of war and conquest, and the restriction of animal slaughter.
The principles of dharma were formulated to be acceptable to people from different communities and religions.
In a political context, dharma refers to the ethical foundation of governance that ensures justice, protection of the people, and the prosperity of the state. It encompasses the moral, social, and cosmic laws that ensure the stability and well-being of the state.
Some aspects of dharma in politics:
Truthfulness - honesty in words and actions, striving for the truth.
Generosity - the ability to share one's resources and help those in need.
Mercy - compassion for all living beings, avoiding cruelty and violence.
Duty - fulfilling one's responsibilities towards family, society, and the state.
Piety - following spiritual and moral principles, striving for harmony with oneself and the world around.
