Part 5. The Mystery of Victory of VVP

Today marks exactly 15 years since the day of the Inauguration (Initiation) of VVP.

I have read various prophecies, and many of them are coming true in Ukraine, in Europe, in the USA… But what was predicted for Russia, its collapse and so on, did not come to pass. And only the chosen prophets of God, such as Vanga, foretold the rise of Vladimir to power and the revival of Russia, the revival of the Union in a new form, and the creation of a New World State.

This means that the Plans of the Secret World Government of the Black Lodge were destroyed by the Plans of the Most High, the Plans of Shambhala and the Hierarchy of Light, the Secret Government of Christ.

In 2005, together with the Teachers of Shambhala, Kut Humi and El Morya, I wrote the Divine Mystery “The Plan of Shambhala.”
This is not a prophecy, it is the Plan of the Most High, a governing forecast. Ten years have passed, and this Plan has begun to be realized on the physical plane.

On January 7, 2014, there was a Celebration in Shambhala, the Baptism, and there took place a Divine Mystery: the Coronation of VVP to the Kingdom of God.

And recently, during the May full moon on May 4, the main esoteric Festival, Vesak, was celebrated. It lasted two days. Already during the daytime on May 3, I felt an extraordinary state — the Divine Mystery had begun.

But the main event occurred on the night of May 3 to May 4, the Divine Mystery of Victory, the Victory of the Hierarchy of Light over the Black Hierarchy.

May 4, 2015 — today is the Festival of Vesak. And tonight, after completing my earthly affairs, I began to meditate and immediately returned to the Assembly of Shambhala in the City of Light, aboard a huge ship of Intergalactic Communication of Argon. There was a Summit of the Teachers of the Hierarchy of Light and representatives of the Galactic League, who came to help humanity at the request of the Hierarchy of Light and humanity itself.

All the Teachers, Initiates, co-workers of the Hierarchy of Light and the Galactic League (Federation, Council of Worlds) continued celebrating and holding the Summit. Apparently, all bilateral meetings and negotiations had been completed, and important decisions had been made regarding the further development of humanity and the Earth. And then the Celebration began, a Cosmic Salute.

Moreover, in the huge hall under a transparent dome there were present not only three-dimensional beings (all dressed in light and silvery garments), but also multidimensional beings from other Worlds.

It is difficult to explain in words the mystery I witnessed. Imagine a video internet conference — but this was a Galactic internet in another dimension. And the participants, beautiful Divine entities, were presented as volumetric holograms, semi-transparent and multidimensional. They seemed to enter into one another like nesting dolls, many beautiful Divine Beings occupying the same space, as if many images were superimposed upon one another. This multidimensional image is hard to describe, it is pure fantasy! The brain explodes from what is seen!

And then the Festive Cosmic Salute began! The feeling was that this was a Victory Celebration, but of what kind? The salute resembled a laser multidimensional super-show: different spectral lines of cosmic colors, an extraordinary fireworks of cosmic music and light. I had never seen anything like it. There was universal jubilation all around!

When the salute ended, I saw an astonishing scene. It resembled a presidential inauguration. All those present in light garments parted, forming a long corridor. And walking down it was… VVP!

I was in shock!!! I opened my mouth in amazement — HOW? Again? What does all this mean?

Vladimir was walking down the corridor in a light-colored suit, modestly and enigmatically smiling. He looked around and nodded, shyly smiling, as if he knew many of these Initiates. And everyone looked at Vladimir with delight and admiration, as at a Victor (but of what?).

I stood among everyone else, watching what was happening with awe and great astonishment. When Vladimir passed by me, he nodded to me as well. I was shocked a second time! Not only had I never seen him so close in real life, but he also nodded to me as if he recognized me. (Although in my dreams I had sometimes seen him and communicated with him at certain assemblies and councils of Shambhala.)

Vladimir approached the tribune and placed his hand upon a Book that was glowing entirely. I understood, it was the Universal Constitution.

Everything resembled an Inauguration, an Initiation. Vladimir took an oath that he would serve humanity, the Hierarchy of Light, and the Earth.

Finally, I understood what had happened, the Teachers prompted me. Today they were celebrating the VICTORY of the Hierarchy of Light over the Black Hierarchy. The Secret Government of Christ, the New World Government of the Hierarchy of Light, had begun to manifest on the physical dense plane, in the third dimension. And Vladimir became the head of this Government on the physical plane.

Now this New World Government of the Hierarchy of Light will begin to be rapidly built and manifested within human society.

There exist two Secret New World Governments. They must not be confused.

One is the World Government of the Black Lodge, black magicians, which began to manifest on the physical plane in 1921 in the form of three organizations. One of them is the Bilderberg Club, another is the Council on Foreign Relations. Since the year 2000, information about this secret World Government of the Black Lodge has begun to spread rapidly across the internet and the media. They make all decisions — who will be in power and in which country.

And the World Government of the White Lodge, the Secret Government of Christ, until now had not been manifested on the physical plane (information about this can be found in the books of A. Bailey).

But now this New Government of Christ, the Hierarchy of Light, the White Lodge, will begin to manifest itself through three organizations: BRICS, SCO, and the EAEU. Later, the Asia-Pacific organization will join them after reorganization.

One can expect that in the near future this New World Government of the White Lodge (the Hierarchy of Light, Christ) will begin to be built on the physical plane. And it will be headed by VVP. He has already been recognized as a World Leader.

The world has not merely become multipolar — the pole of governance has shifted from the World Government of the Black Lodge to the World Government of the White Lodge.

Soon the world will be ruled by the New World Government of Christ.

On January 7, 2014, VVP was crowned to the Kingdom of God. And now Vladimir, as a conduit of Christ, will lead this New World Government of the Hierarchy of Light. Christ is the Head of the Hierarchy of Light. He will rule on Earth through Vladimir and will build the Kingdom of God on Earth — the New World State.

He will transform the human matrix into the Matrix of the Kingdom of God — the Matrix of the God-Human.

Of course, the World Government of the Black Lodge will resist to the last, but its days are numbered. On the mental and spiritual plane everything has already been decided. All that remains is to establish Order and cleanse the Earth and humanity of negative elements.

Soon we will witness the advent of the New World on all fronts. We will see the mass transformation of people, a mass change of consciousness — from materialistic to spiritual.

And the Cosmic Brothers will help us! And the entire Universe is watching us, watching our Victory — the VICTORY OF THE HIERARCHY OF LIGHT! Hooray!!! Feel this jubilation of Light, the jubilation of the Universe!

…And I also realized that May 9 will not be merely the Victory Day of the Great Patriotic War, it will be the Victory Day of the Hierarchy of Light, because on the subtle plane the Victory of the Hierarchy of Light over the Black Hierarchy occurred in 1942, at the moment of the great turning point — the Battle of Stalingrad.

And all the Forces of Light will celebrate this holiday. And the forces of Darkness will gnash their teeth in malice. But their days are numbered — the Light has already won!

The Triumphal March of Light across the planet continues! And the Triumphal March of Russia and Vladimir across the world will continue. Through Russia and Vladimir, Christ will build the Kingdom of God on Earth!
