Here in the Far East, this is the main holiday. I myself was born in Southern Sakhalin, which was liberated from Japanese occupation only in 1945. Nicholas II had been forced to hand it over to the Japanese back in 1905.

I wrote down this information several months ago, but did not publish it, it was too early. An information war is underway. But today is not just a Victory Day celebration. It is the Victory of the New World Government of the Hierarchy of Light of Christ over the old World Government of the Black Lodge. And today also marks the beginning of the First Eastern International Economic Forum on Russky Island. The center of the world economy is shifting to the East. A new Eastern economic system is being created, in which the main currencies will not be the dollar, but the yuan and the ruble, backed by gold and material wealth. At this forum, Vladimir Putin is expected to speak and give the start to the transformation of the global economy.

I sometimes publish my forecasts only after they come true, because these are not forecasts, they are the Divine Plan. And I am trying to show the true esoteric reasons behind the events taking place. Nothing happens by chance. So.

Yesterday, June 2, during the June full moon, there was a celebration — the Esoteric Trinity and the Birthday of the Buddha. On this day, the power of thought increases thousands of times. And on this day, the Hierarchy of Light descends to humanity, and mass Initiations are carried out for those who are already ready.

And this year the celebration is special, because Earth has entered the Galactic League, and on May 4 authority over the Hierarchy of material forces (the gray hierarchy) passed from the Black Hierarchy to the White, the Hierarchy of Light, the New World Government of Christ (NWGC), through Russia and its President. And yesterday, aboard the intergalactic communication ship Argon, a Council of Shambhala, the Hierarchy of Light, the Galactic League, and initiated representatives of humanity took place. Why this Assembly was held not in the mountains, as usual in Shambhala, but on the Argon's ship, I understood only yesterday.

The celebration lasted three days, and today it will be closed. What took place there was simply fantastic. I myself could hardly believe what I saw. I hope that this time as well, everything that was seen will be confirmed over time.

However, I will briefly speak about some of the issues that were addressed yesterday at the Council. Three issues were resolved.

1. The creation of an alternative Eastern financial system through which the NWGC will operate. This includes the creation of a new international banking system, a new economy, and a new conditional monetary unit to which the currencies of the countries of BRICS, SCO, EAEU, and the future Asia-Pacific Union will be pegged.

2. The creation of a Unified Information Anti-Crisis Planetary Governance Center. In Russia, Defense Minister Sergey Shoigu recently presented the National Defense Management Center of Russia, which collects information and controls all military, financial, social, and environmental processes. Moreover, it monitors not only Russia but the entire planet. There are no analogues of such a center anywhere else in the world. Based on this center, similar centers will be created in the countries of BRICS, the SCO, and the EAEU, all connected into a single international system.

An alternative internet for the BRICS countries will also be created, and a fiber-optic cable will run from Brazil along the seabed through South Africa, India, China, and via Vladivostok into Russia, to Moscow. This is necessary for creating an independent alternative banking system. An alternative satellite system based on GLONASS will also be used.

The goal of this international information anti-crisis center is the detection and elimination of crises in the military, financial, social, and environmental spheres, i.e. stable development without crises. This is embedded in the Plan of the NWGC.

The existing World Government of the Black Lodge, acting through the international Zionist mafia of England and the United States, operates in the opposite way — by creating various crises and wars for the purpose of material gain.

At the NWGC council, a third issue was also discussed. But it is not yet possible to speak about it. Later, I forgot about it.

And it is precisely here that the connection between the Information Anti-Crisis Center and the intergalactic communication center of the Galactic League and the ship Argon becomes clear. Through this center, control, protection, and governance of humanity on planet Earth will be carried out with the goal of eliminating crises and building a New World under the leadership of the NWGC.

The upcoming summits in Ufa in July' of the SCO, BRICS, and the EAEU, — will become the transition point into the New World of a multipolar system. And Russia and Vladimir Putin will be the conductors of the NWGC.
