For several days now I have been in a strange state — a kind of premonition. I feel heavy, gray energies, the pressure of coarse matter. All my acquaintances are either ill or feeling unwell. One friend told me that all her relatives are being crushed, problems pressing in from all sides.
“We need to pray,” she said.

I feel well only when I am engaged in spiritual work. And yet, even then, there is a sense of heaviness — the pressure of the lower worlds. Perhaps I should switch to a fruit-and-vegetable diet.

I turned to my Teacher:
“Rainbow, what is happening? Even on the internet, among spiritual people, there is contradictory information.”

— The final purifying battle is beginning. The Black Hierarchy has taken from its reserves all possible negative energies and methods in its struggle for power. This is a battle not for life, but for death. And that is exactly what we need — for all negativity to manifest and become visible.

Space is pressing on people so that they may turn to God, begin spiritual development and spiritual work. One must pray, meditate on the Light, and help others move toward the Light. Yet humans are so constituted that they turn to God only at the brink of death, when things become unbearable. When life is good, they forget about God. “Why meditate, pray, and help others when I already feel fine?” they think.

There is a struggle of energies taking place in space — human and cosmic alike. A struggle between the purifying energies of Pluto and the reforming energies of Uranus. The old world is collapsing, making way for the new.

If a person wants to live, they must transition into the new world, into new energies — the energies of Light and Love. The more people immerse themselves in solving material problems, the more such problems will multiply. One must stop, reflect, and understand why these problems arise.

Perhaps people devote too little attention to their Spirit? Perhaps they communicate too little with their guardian angels, who could help resolve all their difficulties? Perhaps they need more communion with God and the Teachers, more prayer and meditation on the Light, more selfless and sincere love for their neighbors, more contact with Nature and Mother Earth?

The bustle of the physical plane draws people in like a swamp, and they may perish in it. For now, this is only a warning. Those accustomed to feeding on lower energies feel exhaustion and fall into depression. One must learn to nourish oneself with the energies of the Sun, the Earth, the Cosmos, and the luminous energies now beginning to arrive on the planet.

One must learn to transform any energy, turning it into Light and Love. Everyone will have to pass this exam. Those who pass it will gain a happy life — life in the New World.

The heavy premonition I felt in February did not deceive me. Soon after, earthquakes began in Japan, along with other purifying events. Since then, I had no desire to write anything. The information that came was either personal or intended for a specific individual.

Yesterday morning I woke up in a very good mood, as if I were heading to a celebration. And indeed, yesterday was a holiday — Navy Day (my father was a naval officer). It was also the second meeting of the esoteric club “Power of the Spirit” in the city of Artyom.

But the day before yesterday, on the contrary, I felt a heavy sense of collective grief and sorrow, some kind of foreboding. Today there is discomfort — I cannot find my place, cannot do anything, as if I urgently need to do something important. But what?

I turned again to my Teacher:
“Rainbow, tell me — what is happening? What should I do?”

— Do not worry. Everything is going according to the Plan. Yes, the fiery purification of the Earth has begun — the burning through of all Planes from the lowest to the highest. Hence the cataclysms and disasters, the strange and irrational behavior of people.

You must meditate more on the Light, grounding it on the physical plane. If information comes — write it down. When you force yourself to work only on the physical level, you feel discomfort. But if you view everything through Light and Love, imagining that you are creating a Bright New World, then physical work will bring joy.

Try this: first, mentally charge with divine luminous energy the object you are about to work with on the physical plane. If you need to make tomato juice, imagine the tomatoes as magical pieces of the Sun, filled with divine energy. You will process ten kilograms of tomatoes, and in winter you will nourish yourself with this preserved solar energy.

At this time, it is also necessary to work more on the spiritual plane — to help people who are expanding their consciousness and striving to change. Call your acquaintances, talk to them, invite them to visit, to nature, to a river, to the sea.

Recently, everyone felt sleepy — the Earth’s magnetic field dropped to a minimum. Now solar activity is beginning, and the magnetic field will increase. Energies will intensify; they must be transformed into Light and Love. Meditate, pray, chant mantras. Create luminous thought-forms.

Treat all negativity with humor. Only you yourselves can change this world for the better. Do not wait for someone else to do it for you — build the New Bright World yourselves.

The Old World will collapse, but you will create around yourselves an oasis of Light and Love. And from this small piece of Paradise, a great New World will grow — the New Earth. The Kingdom of God on Earth will be built by human hands and feet, though under the guidance of God and the Teachers.
