A lavender field
She made a first step the porch off to the grass and shivered…her body was still keeping the warmness of the sweet night sleep. Closing her eyes by a palm she looked into the empty field surrounded by dark-green forest inviting and repellent at the same time.
And for a second she felt it…light, strange, unbelievably fresh and dense odor…Odor of her dreams that she couldn’t recognize…But she smiled and breathed it all in almost fainting…
Town started their own life involving more and more people to follow its streets circulations and rhythms.
Having her bicycle parked next to the small French bakery she was enclasped with smell of butter, sugar, vanilla, cinnamon and freshly baked bread. Smiling to her hunger she gaily opened the door and almost jumped in to the kingdoms of bakery as Alice in wonderland would jump into the rabbit hole.
Thousands of little pins have pierced her heart in that second, breast didn’t let the air in and heart was about to jump the throat off…That odor…that magnifying odor captured all her…she tried to open wider her eyes widely opened just to see the origin…
She motioned to the street with the only thing in her head – smile…Was that a smile with her dream odor…Shaking a head she thought of Cheshire cat and accidently hit into something warm…It was all together now – that smile and unknown capturing odor…That was him.
Staring at him she had lips opened. He smiled again and went the bakery off.
Paralyzed…No moves appeared to be possible…
“What do u you want today, my dear?” – asked the bakery lady.
She compressed lips and pulled – “Bagels…please”
“Of course – lady smiled – He is a soap maker. He told me the land was rich to lavender harvest this year…”
She didn’t hear anything anymore…Lavender…His smile was gentle, purple lavender..
Rushing away she had a very clear picture of the next painting, of her predestination and that empty field to seed with…His lavender smile made her awaken and alive.
