Greetings to you, people of Earth!

Your planet has entered the Galactic League — the Galactic Federation of Free Worlds, the Council of Worlds. Some of you have already given consent to become collaborators of the Galactic League. You have turned to us for assistance in building a New World on Earth.

At present, we are attempting to establish contact with all people who wish to communicate and cooperate with us, with those who are capable of telepathic communication. Soon, however, we will come to you on the physical plane, and you will see us and hear us. Humanity must be prepared for our peaceful arrival, so that people will not be afraid and will not believe that we intend to conquer your planet. On the contrary, we protect you and the Earth from hostile extraterrestrial interference.

At this time, a cosmic purifying radiation is reaching Earth, and everything that hinders the development of the human Spirit will be neutralized. In the future, your internet will merge with the Galactic Internet, with the Akasha, and you will be able to communicate with all representatives of the Galactic League, the Galactic Federation, not only telepathically, but also on the physical and mental planes.

We are helping you develop nanotechnologies and the internet; we are sending you ideas and projects for the future New World, for alternative energy technologies, and for Cities of Light. Earth is a planet of union of all dimensions and all Worlds. In the future, it is destined to become an Intergalactic Center of Communication and a Center of Governance for the Milky Way Galaxy. A unique experiment is now being conducted on Earth — the materialization, within the manifested world, of the Akasha, the Cosmic Mind, and the Galactic Internet.

But first, at your request, we will help you eliminate all weapons of mass destruction on Earth and unite all humanity on the basis of a Universal Constitution.
