The Address of the President of the Russian Federation, Vladimir Vladimirovich Putin, to the Federal Assembly, and the Plan of the Father-Absolute.

For many, VVP’s Address came as a surprise. Not a word about Ukraine — not a word about Syria either. Instead, much was said about justice, development, and the future. It was as if we had leapt several years ahead into the future, making a quantum jump. So what comes next?

And next comes the Global Revolution of Consciousness. The year 2017 will still show itself. Shock therapy is inevitable. Many people heard in the President’s Address what they had dreamed of, though they had hardly dared to hope for it. For them, it was a pleasant surprise. Dreams do come true!?

And I… I was in complete shock. It was pure mysticism. On November 29, I wrote the article “The Plan of the Father-Absolute. 29.11.2016” and published it on the morning of December 1 — just before VVP’s address.

But this happened accidentally. I could not have known what would be in the Address, and VVP could not have known what was written in my article. What does this tell us? That this information has long been in the air and has been spreading across the internet in fragments. But most importantly, it confirms one hundred percent that VVP is a conduit of the Father-Absolute and is acting according to His Plan.

Judge for yourselves. What VVP said, and what was written in the Plan of the Father-Absolute:

The construction of a just World.

The centenary of the February and October Revolutions of 1917.

The cleansing of all those who violate the law.

The development of Russia up to 2025.

A new education system focused on creativity.

A new science.

New production.

A new financial system.

A new politics.

And most importantly — the unification of people at all levels.

This is what the Messiah, the Son of God, must accomplish (I wrote about this in the Message of the Absolute).

Do you think these are unrealistic dreams? No. This is the Plan of God, the Most High, the Father-Absolute. And this is only the beginning. The most interesting things are yet to come.

The mysticism lies in the fact that I published the Plan of the Absolute on the morning of December 1 entirely by chance, even though the day before I had intended to publish it later. I also wrote the article earlier than planned. It was as if I were being guided. All of this is the Games of God — Divine Providence.

And now I have no doubt that VVP is a conduit of the Father-Absolute and the Messiah. His mission is the unification of all people. And he has already begun to carry it out. He has begun building a New World while cleansing the Old one. He has initiated a Global Revolution to transform human consciousness.

But the most important things lie ahead. In February 2017, this Plan and this Message will begin to be fulfilled. And in October 2017, people will begin to unite. Energies of unification will flow to Earth from the Absolute through His conduits.

The Russian Spring will come as a surprise to many. For honest people — it will be joy; for dishonest ones — sorrow. And what will happen in the autumn is difficult even to imagine.

The triumphant march of the Russian Spring across the entire world is beginning — the march of the Global Revolution.
The Father-Absolute is beginning to establish His authority on Earth.
