The Quantum, or leap-like, or accelerated Transition into the Fifth Dimension, into the Kingdom of God, the Fifth Kingdom of Souls that follows the Fourth Human Kingdom, has been decided by the Higher Powers to be cancelled, as humanity has turned out to be unprepared for accelerated development. However, the Transition has been underway for a long time already; it will simply last not five years, nor even fifty, but five hundred years or even a thousand.

People with earthly souls, who came to Earth from the animal kingdom millions of years ago, do not wish to develop their consciousness, and it is difficult to force them to do so. No messengers from God, no Messiahs, no suffering, illnesses, wars, crises, cataclysms, or catastrophes have been able to make them develop. They are interested only in money, tasty food, and entertainment.

Yet due to favorable astrological conditions, the Teachers decided five hundred years ago to accelerate the evolution of human consciousness. As a result, geniuses and avatars from highly developed Worlds began incarnating on Earth. Brilliant composers, artists, sculptors, scientists, philosophers, and politicians appeared. In the twentieth century, revolutions took place, accelerated evolutions: scientific and technological, socialist, educational, and in many other spheres of human activity. Over the past 150–200 years, humanity has grown much more intelligent. But unfortunately, on the spiritual plane it has not become better: people help others less, and today the young often look with contempt upon the poor, the sick, and the elderly. People have become less interested in philosophy, religion, and psychology. They think less about the meaning of life and its purpose. And in the developed countries of the West, a terrible degradation is taking place altogether. What, then, are the Teachers to do in this situation? Father Absolute Himself has intervened in the development of humanity.

At present, the Higher Powers: Father Absolute, the Hierarchy of Light, Shambhala, and the Galactic League, — are choosing which path of development would be best for humanity. The final version will be approved in 2025 at the Council of Shambhala, which takes place once every hundred years.

Most likely, a gradual and slow Transition into the Kingdom of Souls will be chosen — one in which the majority of incarnated people will live as God-Humans, similar to Jesus. They will wisely combine material and spiritual life, refrain from sin, develop their consciousness, and engage in creativity together with God.

However, since the majority of people do not wish to develop voluntarily, do not wish to observe God’s Commandments, and do not wish to refrain from sin, by the decision of the Divine Court they may no longer incarnate on Earth in the near future. Criminals who commit evil may not simply be destroyed: their Spirit will be cleansed, and the Monad, the Seed of Spirit, will be sent to other planets into the mineral kingdom to begin development anew, having been thrown back millions of years. Those who simply do not want to develop and wish to live like animals: to eat, sleep, and entertain themselves, — their souls will be sent to other karmic planets into the animal kingdom to continue the evolution of their Spirit.

Those people who nevertheless try, at least to some extent, to live without sin and not cause harm to others will live to a ripe old age, and according to the law of evolution may incarnate on Earth again in a thousand years, when the Kingdom of God will already exist on Earth, and all children will be spiritually developed from birth by their spiritually evolved parents and by society itself.
